"Meridian Hampton Inn"
Reserved 4 rooms, 2 for 2 nights, 2 for 3 nights with 2 babies in one of the 3 night rooms. Mixed up reservation and put babies in a room for two nights. In order to get babies in room for three nights had to get 2 cribs into a smaller room than the one intended. Seems like they could have changed the larger room to a three night but didn't. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was immaculate. Pool and Spa were excellant. The breakfast bar selection was wonderful. Location was close to freeways but without the noise. Loved the cookies on the check in/out counter.

"Hampton Inn Meridian - Everything you need"
We stayed at the Hampton Inn Meridian while in Boise for a gymnastics meet at Boise State University. It's only about 8 miles from the University, but far enough out that we were away from the event madness, which helped our daughter relax. The hotel was fantastic. Absolutely everything you need with no pretension or nickel and dime charges. The rooms […] were spotless, smelled clean, and had every amenity we needed. The fitness center was suitable and the pool looked great. I LOVED the abundant fruit baskets with fresh fruit available at all times. And of course the breakfast was amazing. Bottom line - everything you need at an extremely reasonable price and no hidden charges. Hilton and Hyatt take note - Hampton Inn is my new hotel chain of choice. Läs mer

"Meridian Hampton inn"
Great place to stay, for the money. This Hotel is close to the freeway. There are several good places to eat close to the Hotel. Its Near a good movie theater, and a water park. The breakfast in the morning was great! Had fun in the pool, it's small but good for the kids! I will stay here again for sure!

The staff friendliness was top notch. I walked in after a long drive to some freshly backed chocolate chip cookies and a very happy to greet me woman. The amenities are excellent with a 24-hr pool/spa/weight room. I had a room on the first floor and it was large, comfortable and had a nice flat screen TV. Wifi worked well with my iPad and everything […] was just peachy... except the pillows. Imagine clumps of grass stuffed into a burlap bag, thats about the comfort level and I'm not even a pillow snob. I will definitely stay at this hotel again but I will be bringing my own head support next time. I surprised my husband with a weekend get-away for his b.day. We enjoyed the comfort of our room, the nice breakfast with a great variety of items and the friendly staff. We sat and visited by the cozy fireplace, swam in the pool and enjoyed the jacuzzi. The almost homey atmosphere of this hotel made us feel at "home" and able to relax and unwind and […] forget about our busy lives for a couple of days. "non-smoking"
I had a non smoking room, which was great and did not smell of smoke. However, stepping off the elevator or out of the room you were assaulted with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Other than that, great place to stay. Very friendly staff.

Wow, what a comfortable bed. 24 hour pool (never seen that before) great breakfast wonderful staff. Convenient location... just off the freeway and close proximity to two movie theaters.

Our check in service was good but we had people running up and down the halls late at night every night we stayed there. (Well past midnight) On our second night at 4 AM we had people fighting outside of our door. When we tried to call down to the desk there was no answer. We realize the hotel staff cannot be responsible for everyone that stays there […] but when we asked to move we were not given a different room, and when we decided to go sleep at our daughter's house we were informed we would not be given a refund because we booked through Hotels. com not directly with Hampton Inns. The hotel was great. We were looking for a hotel in Caldwell but couldn't beat this price of this hotel. My wife and two children stayed there for 3 nights. It was very clean and comfortable. We used the indoor swimming pool and hot tub which are open 24/7. The free hot breakfast was great. They had something different each day. We enjoyed waffles, […] eggs, muffins, toast, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, and fresh pastries each morning while I read the free US Today paper placed outside my room. This is a wonderful hotel. The breakfast was good but found one of the ladies maintain the breakfast was not happy when my kids and I showed up 5 minutes before the end of breakfast. We had such a nice experience. The staff was very friendly, was there with answers when I needed them and knew the surrounding area. The hotel had a nighttime reception during the week,with appetizers and they had breakfast in the morning. "Excellent Hotel"
Very clean and new. Very comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful. My hubby had our car and son and I were stuck and a staffer kindly took us in the courtesy van to get take-out for dinner. Very friendly and helpful! Would stay here again!
The staff was very rude. When I made a complaint to the hotel manager, he told me that the kitchen lady has never been rude before and he knew she wouldn't have started with me and he yelled at me for even complaining about his staff. I will NEVER stay there again.

they have 5 smoking rooms on the third floor, it effects the entire floor. light meal at 6PM, wonderful breakfast and helpful staff
"courteous staff"
The room was comfortable with a nice big flat screen t.v., microwave and mini-fridge. The cookies were great and the front staff were very nice. The vegetable beef soup was awful. I was looking forward to warm scrambled eggs for breakfast but they only had cold boiled eggs and the rest was refined carbohydrates, not good for a hypoglycemic like me.
Easy to get to from the freeway and there were several restaurants a short drive away. Room was clean and the beds comfortable.
