Stayed night before flying from Bristol airport. Excellent location. Good food at reasonable prices. Cheerful staff especially the night porter at 5.00am !!

Friendly staff on Reception and in the Dining room, good size room and close to Coombe Lodge where we went to a wedding. Would use it again in the future.

We stayed overnight before an early flight from Bristol Airport and had no complaints. The hotel is only a couple of miles down the road from the Silver Zone car park (we found it much cheaper to book hotel and car park separately rather than book parking at the hotel). It truly was class! Stayed in a few Holiday Inns and this one was by far the best! Staff so so so friendly and helpful too.................. Want an excuse to stay there again. My daughter said it was home from home! Thank you for a lovley visit!!!! xxxxx

We booked this Hotel for the convenience of getting to Bristol Airport. We made full use of their Airport shuttle service which was superb. We left our car at the Hotel for 14 nights while away, this part was not so good as it was fairly expensive and there was no special place to park so I had some bad thoughts of dents and scratches as a different […] person parked next to my car every day! Hotel is clean and functional, rooms a good size and staff friendly. Only problem is that it is not an airport hotel - rather it is a hotel a few miles from an airport..

It would have been helpful if we had been told when checking in that we needed to insert our card into the wall slot before electricity would work in our room. We hadn't encountered that before. Also, an electrical outlet either in the bathroom or near the large full-length mirror in the room would have made it easier to use blow dryers, curling irons, […] etc. Läs mer

I have stayed at this (Airport) hotel on several occasions and have always found it excellant. It will always be my first choice when using Bristol Airport, the rooms are comfortable and very welcome after a long or late flight, the staff are helpful and friendly, food good, and plenty of parking spaces. Only stayed there overnight prior to an early morning flight, but hotel was ideally situated and it worked well. Daughter delighted that the bed was big enough for all three of us! Only improvement would have been a complimentary shuttle bus to the hotel as for three people this wouldn't have been cheap.

Super accomodation, easy to find, close to the airport. One little niggling thing was the room vent/extractor? Made a very irritating whirring noise untill about 4.00am! Only just audible but enough to disturb a peaceful sleep.

Used the hotel as it was close for a wedding nearby. Would not necessarily recommend for the airport as it is around 3-4 miles further on from the airport and I noticed that they charge for the airport shuttle (you would think this would be included as it is the "Airport" holiday inn...) Also would comment that a "wake-up" call that was not intended […] for our room went off at 7am...not best pleased after getting in late from the wedding! Läs mer

The hotel is very convenient for the airport and it's so much easier to be in the area and ready for your flight. Food is a bit expensive for what you get in the restaurant and there didn't seem to be enough staff on duty but the check-in staff where excellent and I would definitely stay again.

Stayed here before a very early flight from Bristol airport to Lapland. Staff couldn't have been more attentive, Executive room set up for a family of four as requested. Good value for money and very convenient. We decided not to have an evening meal there and instead headed for a country pub, but all other aspects great. Hyggelig betjening, i 10 min kjøretid fra flyplassen i Bristol. Hotellet har egen shuttel service til flyplassen. Greit sted å overnatte om man har tidlig flight. Stille og fredelig med alle bekvemmeligheter.

Good if you need a place near the airport... a bit far away from town but the shuttle and a bus from the airport will take you there in 15 minutes.

Vi valgte Bristol Airport for vår tur til Wales.og ville ha første overnatting så nær flyplassen som mulig- Vi likte hotellet så godt at vi bestilte rom natt før avreise også. Hyggelige rom,god mat og god service!
