I was surprised at the location. It met all my needs. I did find it difficult to locate (do we always check the No of the buulding) it sort of laid back from the front of the buildings adjoining ( you had to climb a couple of stairs from street level, and there was the elevator). The policy is that you gat the room from 14.00hrs. I had previous to my […] arrival in Sydney, travelled from Perth W.A. by train ( 3days journey) but upon my arival at the Hotel about noon, I was permitted to enter my room. This was a reason enough for me to recommend the hotel to a friend. A strange quirk was the fire alarm going off at about 2.40am. Hotel was very hard to find. The person at the front desk said we were "upgraded" - however the room was tiny!! when we had put our suitcases down on the ground there was barely enough room to walk around the bed (which was only a double bed mind you) I would hate to think what the size of the room would have been if we weren't "upgraded" ?? Hotel is centrally located given I travelled on public transport. Room was clean and comfortable, tourist brochures available & helpful staff sharing local knowledge. Would gladly return and recommend a stay.

This place was a glorified hostel. Pay the extra and go somewhere else...

Rooms were superb but they do not provide fresh new ammenities on a daily basis. I booked the room for 3days 2nights and made myself a nice cup of coffee on the 1st night, the coffee & milk were not refreshed the next morning. Similar for the bath soaps. We stayed at the Family Suite along Sussex St, the walkways are pretty small but it's ok to draw […] the bags through but slightly inconvenient as they have stairs thru the way and not ramps! Else, everything was superb .. especially the location, Chinatown was a 3-minute walk away, Paddy's Market is exactly opposite Chinatown .. you wont miss it. The Free CBD Shuttle is just 2 doors away from the George St exit. Woolworths and Coles are about 5-8 minute walk down the road from George St and dont worry bout food, there's Charlie Chan's downstairs if you need a drink and a small Thai restaurant which is run by some young Thai owners and serves exquisite Thai at reasonable pricing! We managed to get a great deal from Hotels.com but ended up paying it back when we wanted extention of stay in the rooms. Check out times are 10:00am daily and if you wish to extend it's AUD15 per hour up till 12:00pm. Else, you can use the lounge on the 1st floor which has all required - toilet, sofa, microwave, wash basin, refrigarator. If you need a place to keep your luggage, they have lockers that runs at a minimum charge of AUD5 for min3 hours. Läs mer

The hotel is overall very good for the price. It is located just a few minutes stroll from central station which was very handy and they have recently refurbished some of the hotel to a very good standard. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The bathroom in my room was obviously new, it was of the same standard as a 4 star hotel, nice wet […] room style with all round mosaic tiles and very clean. The room itself was not to the same standard, it was an odd shape with the TV hung from a high sealing and there were three massive stains on the carpet, each about a foot wide and there were some small stains on the sheets. However apart from that it was good, the bed was comfy and the room clean and secure. I would defo say pack the ear plugs as it is noisy but you are in low cost accommodation in central Sydney so if you expect silence then you are in the wrong place or need to spend more money, it is much quieter then a a hostel and the noise dies down after mid night. I would stay there again and advise others to do so, the communal areas a very nice and at the end of the day if you're in central Sydney you're not there to spend time in the hotel, it's good location and great price will let you enjoy the city and you have a comfortable and secure place to stay. Das Pensione Hotel liegt nahe dem China Town und direkt bei der Bushaltestelle des Gratis Buses von Sydney. Schöne Deluxe Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal.

Hyvä sijainti ja siistit huoneet, etenkin kylpyhuoneesta plussaa. Suurena miinuksena kuitenkin viereinen yökerho, josta musiikin jumputus kuului aamu 5 asti todella kovaa (äänieristys lähes olematon!!). Huone myös aika pieni ja vaatekaappi puuttui (ei saanut vaatteita roikkumaan henkariin). check-out jo klo 10 aamulla, joka on mielestäni hieman liian […] aikaisin. Läs mer

Das Zimmer ist so klein, dass man nicht mal den Koffer geöffnet abstellen kann. Badezimmer hingegen ist fast doppelt so gross und ganz gut in Schuss. Der bei der Ankunft deponierte Koffer (Zimmer war noch nicht bereit) ist er nach langem suchen und wieder zum Vorschein gekommen. Lage des Hotels absolut top. Es ist aber auf gar kein Fall ein 3-Sterne […] Haus. Sauberkeit ist ok, aber die Enge ist fast nicht zu ertragen. Personal macht einen unmotivierten Eindruck. Läs mer

Wir buchten das hotel im rahmen unserer australien rundreise fuer 3 naechte. Die zimmer sind sehr klein, aber nett und sauber eingerichtet. Das bad ist mit einer geraeumigen dusche ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein zimmer mit fenter in innenhof-staendige geraeuschkulisse. Bin eigentlich empfindlich habe aber sehr gut geschlafen. Zum sightseeing und shoppen […] liegt das hotel perfekt. Direkt davor geht der gratis shuttle bus zum hafen (oper und habour bridge)-also optimale lage. Läs mer

Pensione hotel was very nice, very clean and good service. The room was nice and clean, and they cleaned it every day. It was in great location near to everything and we got it with a good price. Our room was located in courtyard side so it wasn't noicy. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Fint hotell beliggende sentralt til i forhold til Darling Harbour, Chinatown, Queen Victoria Building, Town Hall m.m. Vennlig og behjelpelig hotellansatte, vi ble oppgradert når vi kom dit grunnet tilgengelige rom. Fine, rene, moderne rom.

土・日曜日に宿泊しました。 土曜日の夜、隣の教会でロックコンサートがあったのか、エレキギターの音がうるさかった。 表玄関は、ジョージ通りに面していて、バス停に面しているので、市内の移動も楽である。 裏玄関を抜けると、チャイナタウンすぐなので、おいしい中華料理屋もいっぱいあります。 朝早く飛行機の移動も、駅が近く、電車に乗れば、３つ４つで空港に着くので、イイと思います。

Il servizio è ottimo, soprattutto quando chiedevo informazioni per le varie attrazioni e per prenotare il taxi per l'aeroporto. La camera era pulitissima, con frigo, aria condizionata e tv. Mi hanno riempito di asciugamani tutti i giorni oltre che di prodotti per il bagno. Decisamente un ottimo hotel. Mi ha fatto una bella impressione.

Ein Gemeinschaftsraum (Lounge) bietet ausreichend Möglichkeiten zur Selbstverpflegung. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem wurden uns Möglichkeiten für günstige Touren und Fahrten aufgezeigt. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungsniveau sehr angenehm. Läs mer

Dette er et veldig kurant priset moderne hotell. Bra service og grei beliggenhet. Noen gamle flekker på dynen innenfor dynetrekket trekker ned helhetsintrykket, men ellers rent.

Very great beautiful hotel. Good location! And good vealue of money! Def. Recommendation! Had a good time!
