Vi bor sedan några år alltid på Kimpton Hotels i USA. Väldigt trevliga hotell. Vintage Park ligger bra till, har trevlig personal, bra och ganska stora rumm, snygg design trevlig lobby med brasa. Missa inte Kimptons´Social Vine Hour varje dag 17-18 där det bjuds på goda viner och en trevlig stund där det är lätt att träffa nya människor. Tulios - hotellets italienska restaurang är mycket bra, väldigt hög klass på både mat och dryck till

Ombyggnad i receptionsdelen när vi var där vilket gav ett lite trist första intryck. Luktade lite gammalt i korridorer men rummen var fräscha och sängar och linne var vi mycket nöjda med. Trist utsikt och man fick gå några hundra meter för att komma till centrum men med tanke på priset tycker vi att det var prisvärt. Frukosten innehöll det mest väsentliga men var inte på nåpon gourmetnivå. Grymt bra med fri parkering samt trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Detta hotell är rent och fräscht och har bekväma och sköna sängar att sova i. Läget är kanon med bara ett parkverter från Light Rail stationen som tar dig till och från Seatac på 30 minuter för endast 2,75 dollar. Mitt i city och gångavstånd till allt även båtarna till Victoria.

Our reservation said 1 King & 2 double beds in our suite....what we got was 2 double beds & a double size hide-away....and for as much as we pay for the room---you would think the wi-fi would be free----nope!! Disappointed for sure!!

The Property is very nice and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Iss ues that would stop me from this being my first choice for a stay longer than one night are as follows. No coffee available in the hotel except the cheesy in room coffee makers and two single servings. only option is to buy coffee at inflated prices from the hotel restaurant […] or Tully's coffe shop No laundry in the hotel. They will shuttle you to a neighboring hotel. It's late when we got there and We couldn't find a nice parking because it's too dark and my husband is scared to leave anything in the car coz someone might break-in the car. They should put lights in their parking. On the other side of the parking is so muddy and look dirty. The front desk person is so nice... we got our warm cookies which I love. […] We're expecting to have 2 room suite but got only 1. Anyways it's a good size room and the bed is king size. The TV doesn't have free cartoons channel so my son is so bored an not much channel for us to choose from eventhough we got 2 TV's. "Needs Updating"
The hotel is nice & clean, great location, but it needs to be remodeled. Our room had cigaret burnes in the carpet, the alarm clock didn't work, and the dimmer swich in the living room was about to go out. Other than that it was a great hotel.

"Airport and shopping"
We stayed here in december to pick up my wife from a late night flight into seatac. The location is just a few minutes from seatac and is right in the heart of the southcenter shopping area. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and overall it was a pleasent stay.

I was very impressed with the customer service at this hotel. Staff were not just friendly, but also willing to go out of their way to help you. It is always a very pleasant surprise to find places where you can still find people who still care about doing a good job.

This hotel has a great staff. The hotel itself is pretty much like any other Hilton property, well maintained but will not knock your socks off. However, the staff at this hotel is well above the Hilton average, which is pretty high in the first place. I would definitely reccomend this hotel to others. It was an excellent price for great value. The rooms were so large. We had three couples in one room and everyone fit in very comfortably. We didn't even have to rent a cot as the couch opened into a bed. It had all of the amenities we could need. This is a very nice hotel. Perfect for shopping destination as it is close by Seattle Southcenter Mall. Lots of restaurants around. Most of all, free cookie warm chocolate macadamia cookie. The best.

We got a pretty good price to stay at this DoubleTree for 5 nights, including the excellent breakfast buffet. The suite is very roomy for the four of us, and everything is pretty good. Almost no complaint, although we would want their pool water can be better heated (very cold!) and their change room could be bigger and better equipped. The bathroom […] in their suite is surprisingly small while the rest of the room is exceptionally spacious. We were very pleased with our stay overall. The clerk who checked us in was extremely helpful. Navigating the TV set was a challenge because there wasn't a TV guide close by to let us know which channels were which and the desk staff wasn't very helpful. The room next to us was very noisy with plenty of knocking on their door and running up and down […] the hall. The commode in our room ran constantly and to be honest the clerk we told about it when we checked out looked less than interested in what we had to say. I like staying at the DoubleTree Suites because it's close to the SouthCenter Mall and I can walk back and forth. It was a great shopping trip. I ate at the Olive Garden and also the Cheesecake Factory The room was quiet and I found everything quite satisfactory.

The only reason the hotel scored low for location & neighborhood in my book was because of a big construction project that had surrounding streets closed. It is not the fault of the hotel AT ALL, but rather the State of WA project manager for such POOR SIGNAGE in terms of getting back to the freeways North or South. The hotel itself was FABULOUS and […] I would definitely stay there again! I will not hold the incompetence of the State of WA against this facility. It was great. The front desk clerk who checked us in was very professional and made us feel welcomed into the hotel. A huge compliment to her. The only comment on the negative side was we had asked one of the front desk agents to hold the newspaper delivery as we would not be reading it but still received it every day.

Location in Southcenter area is very convenient to many things. The hotel itself is a bit run down, the carpets all need to be restretched, there were not enough employees to provide adequate service and the ones on duty didn't really seem to give a darn. Banquet rooms and conventions seemed to be the focus here and attention to people renting rooms, […] check in, check out, general service, seemed secondary. "Doubletree - an easy choice for quick trip to Seat"
This hotel worked great for our groups visit to the Seattle area for a team competition. The shuttle service and front desk employees were timely and helpful. Would recommend it for ease of use.

I was concerned about the breakfast not being included and the price of a $15 buffet. There is a regular menu with lots of good options. The room is spacious with a terrific layout and living room space. Large gym connected with the pool area was very nice.

The hotel was further from the airport than I was led to believe from the website (I did realize it was NOT on the airport property but not as long a van ride as it was). The hotel was not very busy so maybe the heat was turned down because of that, but I thought it was chilly in the restaurant and at the bar. "The Seattle Southcenter Doubletree"
This is the second time we have tried this Doubletree. The first time was over a week before, and the bathroom in the room was not clean. This time, we were given the same room with the same results. The bathroom was still not clean, with hair in the tub, and the shower curtain still had mold in the corner. We complained and were given another room. […] In this room, the bathtub had to be rinsed of debris in the bottom (not sure what it was), and the remote to one of the tvs did not work. "The Southcenter Doubletree in Seattle"
The hotel is well kept. The room was nice. No continental breakfast and Ihop is about a 10 minute walk. The bathroom tub had hair in it and the shower curtain was moldy on one of the bottom corners. Wifi was not free.

I travel weekly for business. I love the suite style rooms. I was pleased with the layout, couldn't hear the neighbors and the room to spread out. I was thrilled to find a suite style room in the Doubletree Chain
"A good hotel"
This is a quality hotel with good service. I recommend it without qualification for anyone looking for a hotel outside of downtown or the immediate airport area. Several good restaurants and a large shopping mall in easy walking distance.

"Very close to airport and SouthCenter Mall"
My wife and I stayed here recently for an early morning flight we had from SEA-TAC. The hotel was very close to the airport - the shuttle ride was only 7-8 minutes. The staff was very nice. The rooms were newly remodeled. The price was appropriate and the beds were very comfortable Since the hotel is located in SouthCenter Mall area, there are tons […] of restaurants within walking distance. For late night cravings, the McDonald's across the street is open 24 hours a day. We did not have time, but there are tons of shopping options there as well. I would stay here again. Läs mer
