One of my favorite places to stay-- love the extra room to spread out in, great pool/hot tub/sauna area. They have an excellent fitness center, along with racquetball courts. Besides the extremely comfortable beds, though, my favorite part is the friendly staff :0). Its a short walk to the mall, as well. We will be back again and again!!

The service at the hotel restaurant was horrible. We tried to eat there twice. The first time was extremely slow and inattentive. The second time we sat there for a half an hour with out getting our coffee that we requested twice. I had to go find the booster seat myself because she forgot. She poured my sons apple juice and then let it sit on the counter […] for another 10 minutes before she delivered it to us after we pointed it out. There were plenty of waitresses but it looked like they were all just spinning their wheels and doing nothing. The hotel is extremely loud, especially at night. The stay was perfect except for one element. Our room was supposed to have been a non-smoking room, but the room had a lingering smoke oder.

First of all the people at this hotel were VERY friendly. But the rooms themselves were horrible. I had a king suite which consisted of a slated door that was ricketity that seperated the rooms. With the bathroom on my king bed side which meant my kids were coming in and out every 15 mins. Our bed had a dip in the middle and we keep rolling to the middle […] of the bed. and the bathroom was SO SMALL. We had to rotate around the door just to get in. Well the location was excellent. Mall to my right with a movie theater and on my left there were a variety of locations to dine from elegant to casual. Then across the street was fast-food for the days when Im in hurry. There was a shuttle to and from the airport at no charge and the hotel staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Old hotel... remodel brings it to just ok. Decent Gym, Racquetball courts a plus. Weekend are VERY CROWDED. Pool was just INSANE Saturday & Sunday. :( Overall = C-

The hotel was very nice. The room was large (great rate thru Hotels.com!) and clean and the room service was very good. Only two issues: the wi-fi was NOT free (they want 10 dollars for wi-fi!) and there was no hair dryer provided. Would have rated a '5' otherwise.

The lobby is nice but the suite was very small. I had called prior to ensure the bedroom was separated from the living room by a door. They said yes but that was not a real door. The living room was much smaller than the website pictures. We did not have a table and chairs as was shown. The bathroom situation was not good for people sleeping on the […] hyda bed. Nice hotel and pleasant staff. Nice swimming pool with hot tub and sauna. Pool overlooks green space. There are two racquetball courts. The weight room is very well equipped compared to most hotel weight rooms. Convenient Tully's coffee shop with good pastries. Business area has four or five computers, conveniently located, but no privacy. Restaurant […] is good, but pricey, as typical. Rooms are nice but beds were not the most comfortable. We slept a family of six with no trouble...two double beds and a sofa-bed. There are also two flat-screen tv's. Conveniently located next to mall, theater, many restaurants, iFly, and more. This is a nice hotel for the price, only issue we had was we got confused with which one we were going to, our fault. It was late and I was hoping they understood that it is a very common mistake that a lot of their customers make but they gave us a map and sent us on our way to the correct double tree. By the way, the cookies are the best!!!!

We rented a suite had my parents and my son we stay comfortably in the room using the sofa bed. Breakfast is excellent and service outstanding. People at the front desk got out of their way to make us fell confortable and they got me my honorr reward points! It is not by the peer but getting there is very easy. Definetly will go back.

My wife is a shopper. This hotel is walking distance to hours of endless shopping... Pros: 2 flat screen TVs fridge in room great workout room close to airport and shopping centers cons dark parking lot

Great location. Close to the mall, Costco, food etc. The hotel is kinda old, but the condition is very good. The room size is excellent, with the bedroom separate from the living room. Love the warm cookies at the front desk ... nicely kept warm. Two complaints (1) the washroom is a bit small ... even with the sick outside the washroom; (2) the parking […] lot not clearly identified for Hilton and needs more lighting. Alright hotel in our experience. Right when checking in you get a nice warm chocolate chip cookie which was a nice touch. The elevators howevers were rather old and noisy. Not very upscale. The rooms were also a bit old considering todays standards, the card-key reader in our room didnt work very well, took something like 10-15 tries before it would […] open. We did get 2 seperate TV's which was nice. Sofabed wasn't very comfortable, neither were the super-soft bed and pillows. Our window was a bit leaky making the room cold occasionally, so we cranked up the heat which was very noisy. Other than that it was a decent hotel for the money, but lots of things that can be improved on in the future. Läs mer

We had 2 rooms for 2 nights, one king suite and one executive king suite, both non-smoking and on the 2nd floor. The king suite smelled like smoke each evening. Must have been smokers nearby. We stay at this hotel often and this is not the first time cigarette smoke has been and issue. The executive king suite was very noisy! The HVAC sounded like it […] was going to explode every time it kicked on. The bathroom fan was not much better. Out the window was a rooftop with all the HVAC stuff. It was an okay hotel. Did not like the fact that sinks are outside the restroom. Small restroom with toilet and tub and little room to stand. Also, mattresses need replacing. Felt like my feet and legs were in the air all night. Pro's include the location. Close to restaurants and a large Mall.

You couldn't choose a better place if you're looking for fun. Lots of shopping and good food all around!! I have stayed here several times in the past and always enjoy my stay.

Reasonable hotel very close to the SEA-TAC airport. No wired Internet in the room and wireless appeared to cost money and was confusing to use. That said, a reasonable value. In hotel restaurant served good food though price was a bit high. Pool was not very inviting as it was dark and had no seating.
