Hotellet ligger på 3dje våningen. Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Många fräscha badrum då det ej fanns på varje rum.

This is a newly built chain hotel with friendly and nice staff for mostly Indian business people. Very good, tasty food, they even served pasta. There is a roof pool and a roof restaurant, both good to spend some time at. I can recommend this hotel, so much better and friendlier than many much more expensive tourist hotels I have visited in India. On the negative side is the surroundings, but that is relevant for anyplace you go to in India. Since this is a planned city with very broad sidewalk, I went out for a walk. Don't do that. The very poor use the side-walks as toilets. It is truly horrible.

"ITC Grand Central Hotel - Not near the airport"
Bad service, lots of noise above our room & in the lobby (repairs and construction), and many promises with no results. I don't recommend this hotel. It is not the one near the airport.

We stayed for one night, and was very happy with the stay. The morning buffet breakfast was also very nice. Exceptnial service. Will surly recommend it to others.

New and well appointed hotel with excellent service and staff. The location is more in the city center and the surrounding are crowded. However, unless going for a walk is a top priority for you this hotel is very comfortable, has excellent onsite services and good food and bar.

great location, the surrounding area is nice too. but hotel tired. buffet good but pricey at 1350 rps compared to others around, lots of desserts but it you close your eyes they all kind of taste the same. The staff though are really amazing! friendly, helpful. only 4 beds near the pool to lay in the sun.

As always location of the hotel would be based upon your purpose of visit. Traffic in Mumbai can lead to many delays and limits the number of meetings you can have in a day. "Excellent Hotel in Mumbai"
The ITC Grand Central was excellent. It catered to every need and the staff worked their hardest to make sure I had a pleasurable stay. From the doorman that greeted us, to the room service deliveryman, all of the staff were polite and attentive to our needs. The room was also in great shape with a very comfortable bed and a big clean bathrooom. When […] our ride was 2 hours late picking us up after check out, the porters and doorman were all very helpful to make the delay as pleasant as possible and often offered to set up another ride for us. They were very helpful in setting us up in the lounge to let us relax and read papers while they kept an eye out for our ride. This was by far the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to India. "Excellent"
Despite not being the most sexiest, well-known hotels in the city, ITC is probably one of the bets hotels as far as comfort, service and most important, location. Nothing major to do around the hotel, but it is central to Colaba and Bandra for those headed to Mumbai for sights and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel.
