Helt perfekt hotell. Helt obegripligt att detta ar ett 3 stjarnigt hotell. Allt helt perfekt. Personalen mycket trevlig och hjalpsam. 5 STARS.

Hade bokat rum med Fallswiew, men blev incheckade på våning 10 och där såg vi bara "misten" från fallet. Pratade med receptionen och blev erbjudna att antingen få ett rum för rökare högre upp eller flytta dagen efter och vi valde det sista och fick dag 2 ett rum på 38:e. Blev vänligt bemötta och fick vårt bagage flyttat under dagen. Frukosten var rejäl, men typiskt amerikansk och utsikten slog allt! Rent och fräscht även om hotellet har några år på nacken. Parkering var ganska dyr (fast bekvämt), svårt att hitta annat alternativ då vi anlände ganska sent och inte kände till området. Plus var den kupong för en fri drink med tilltugg, trevligt! Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse i Niagara Falls

Mycket bra hotell med kanonläge! Lyxhotell för "vanligt folk". Mycket trevlig personal. Kanske något lyhört. Kom ihåg att boka rum med utsikt mot fallen!

"Stay Away"
Bed was comfortable but the interior was dark and dirty. The chair was disgusting stained and dirty. Did not even want to touch it. The bathroom was very poorly lit. The king room I was in had a whirlpool tub with the shower in it. The shower head was disgusting and really needed cleaning. The shower curtain and liner needed to be replaced and the really […] should consider putting a liner that fits. Very nice hotel and great location for shoppers.Nice balcony over looking the pool. Only disappointment was breakfast, very slow service and cold food!
"Compensated for shuttle not showing up"
I spent close to 30 minutes at the airport waiting for the hotel shuttle to pick me up. After calling a couple of times, I finally took a taxi to the hotel. When I mentioned my displeasure during checkin, they compensated me for the taxi fare, gave me a free breakfast voucher and apologized. That's about what you can ask for.

"great location for airport departure."
everything was very good. just one thing if you have to get up early the second floor wasn't the best floor to be on as the pool and courtyard were the children can run around other than that it was great.

"Hotel Mellinium in Buffalo (near warden galleria)"
The hotel is ok. Not much impressed with the breakfast option. It was expensive for kids as they were not included and there were hardly any options available. We didnt event eat there for the second day of our stay.
Very rude desk clerk when I checked in. Management/security made no attempt to correct the issues when I complained of teenagers running up and down the hallways all night long banging on everyone's doors.

Hotel needs updating. At 4 am the heating airconditioning starting squeeking so bad we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Staff not well trained in hospitality. Only asset is it is close to the Mall.

This hotel was ok. We arrived late and were up very early to head to NYC on the train. Great location to the station. The breakfast was bad. Scrambled eggs, hash browns that looked like they were out of a bag. Not flavorful at all. I would of rather had a quick bagel or something. Very blah. My mother and i enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable.I found that the last half of breakfast time had a long wait time. Maybe we should reserve a time before the morning.
The hotel was ok staff at desk was great. The breakfast people at restaurant was bad, the greeter wasn't friendly and couldn't get service once we sat down. A couple of tables left before us and went to the I Hop down the street. The rooms were ok but not the greatest clean job.

Reservations were messed up. I ask for ajoining room for myself & my children. 2 separate rooms were books, that was quickly resolved upon check-in. The family that stayed there before us had soda cans & empty glasses on our patio area, that should have been cleaned before we got there. Loved the room as it walked out to the court yard/pool area. Not […] the room for you if you don't like noise.(1st or 2nd floor). But, perfect for my family & I. Pool was very nice, clean, and roomy. Just a lot of unsupervised children, no life guard. Fitness room/sauna was very nice. However, my handyman husband had to repair the weight set in order to use. Loved the restaurant attached to hotel. Inexpensive and elegant looking. I was really pleased with the pool area of the hotel and the friendly service of all the staff,--maids, concierge, bar and restaurant staff. Breakfast that was included was good. A little more choice would be appreciated. I was disappointed with the small bathroom, the quality of the bed sheets, and the small distance between the bed and the credenza […] on which the TV sat. "Truly not a 3 star hotel"
They say they have remodeling coming, hope so until then experience left a lot to be desired. Had to change rooms twice, was offered no compensation of any kind(example: upgrade assuming there was something better). First no wifi as promised and room exceptionally cold, second room could join conversation with people in adjoining room if desired and […] did not and was smaller than first room, third room, fair. "Good choice for the money"
Very convenient to the highway. Just outside of the city. Next to big mall and lots of chain restaurants and stores. Nice, clean. Would stay there again.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Long term parking and an airport shuttle were convenient. Only complaint is that there was not a crib in the room as requested prior to our arrival. Luckily one was found relatively soon after arrival, but it was the last one available.

Really nice hotel, the staff was very polite and friendly. We especially enjoyed conversing with the hostess at the Walden Restaurant. Her name was Maria and she was very friendly and receptive.

"Value - but a little past its prime"
Not a bad location, at one time, sure it was a great place - just a little run down and feels old. But not bad for the price - nice pool, and gym - no problem for the money.

"First and only stay"
The room was not clean, the carpet was filthy and the promised breakfast was not available when we checked out in the early morning. Best part was the ride to the airport.

Hotel needs a lot of TLC. An aging hotel that could use sprucing up in the way of renovation. I found the hotel to be dirty and messy in the halls, stairwellls and room. Carpet in halls well used and dirty. Would only stay again if renos were done or if stuck in a storm when in Buffalo. Booked a Superior room, paying the extra $10, and spent all weekend […] wondering what the standard room could have been like. Staff were helpful though and the inclusive breakfast was pretty good.
