Nice friendly staff who tried to help us best they could huddling down waiting for Sandy. Close to the falls, walking distance for us (non-american) walkers. Good restaurant and bar staff and adequate food. But the city of Niagara N Y is a run down place so anyone who can should stay omn the Canadian side which is nicer, livelier and with a slightly better view.

"Good location, but tired on the inside"
Condensers on roof are noisy. Asked to move from top floor. Accommodated quickly to lower floor room, not as large, but updated. The carpets in high traffic areas are grungy. Hotel is popular with airport travellers, good transport service.Verifierad gästrecension
"Another epic shopping trip!"
The location is fantastic! Use of microwave in lobby, also a plus for heating up leftovers instead of having to go out after a long day of shopping! 2nd time staying at the Millenium, will definately be back! We stayed at this hotel the night before our flight from Buffalo airport and left our vehicle at the hotel for the week of our trip. This hotel met our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location(right beside a mall!) There are many dining options available in the area within walking distance. I observed the bar employees are free wing samples to hotel customers that walked by but didn't offer me any on any of the numerous time I walked by. House cleaning was well below standard, while looking for an outlet for my cell charger, I found a pair of men's briefs laying next to the bed under the sheet. "Hit and Miss"
Stayed two nights at the Millennium Hotel. On the first night the smell of cigarette smoke infiltrated our room through the air vents. Despite it being a non-smoking hotel, some ignorant guest decided to make his/her own rules. We did call the front desk a few times but there wasn't much to be done about it. The next morning we talked to them at the […] front desk. They upgraded our room to a suite on the top floor with no questions asked and that night we experienced no problems. The employees at the front desk were extremely helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The hotel is located right in the parking lot of Walden Galleria which is amazingly convenient, and right off of the I-90 highway. The hotel isn't in the best of shape with some stains on the floor, bathrooms in need of a reno, and flickering lights in the hallways but you get what you pay for. We were a bit nervous as had read some negative reviews about the condition of the hotel but we loved it. We were in a renovated section of the hotel and the room was lovely. Our bathroom looked like it was designed for a child. Had to sit sideways on the toilet to avoid the toilet paper dispenser. Vanity was incredibly low. Turned up the heat a bit and when it was running sounded like a broken toilet. Only good thing about this hotel is the location, right beside the mall.Verifierad gästrecension

"Stuck in Buffalo"
I was stuck as were many due to weather. I was looking for something cheap that had a shuttle to the airport. It delivered on those items. But the photos are clearly old as the hotel is not in the condition portrayed. There is a stale smell in the rooms, the finishes are dated and abused, and you should plan on hearing your neighbors conversations. "Unsatisfied"
I checked in and was given a room, because I book via Hotels.com the front desk help had an attitude. I was given a room that had not had an update since maybe 1990. The carpet was visibly stained, the shower was moldy and the bathroom floor had hair on it. Not one hair but it look like someone had an extended stay at the hotel and brushed their hair […] twice per day and the maid service never cleaned the floor. I asked for another room and this room was equally horrible. I complained about room number 2 to discover they had no more rooms for the night. I stuck it out. The next day they upgraded me to another room making a big deal out of the upgrade to satisfy my needs. This room was circa 1995 the rug was clean and the bathroom floor, but again the shower had mold in it. I was wondering if the maids were blind or didn't know that bleach kills mold? The service in the Walden restaurant was less then desirable. I walked out because the service was so poor the first morning. I waited 15 full minutes 3 of the wait staff walked past me 2 times each and no one addressed me asked if I was being helped or offered a cup of coffee. No cool at all. Day 2 I had breakfast again the service was substandard and now the Eggs Benedict I order were horrible. The taste was as if the cook had poached the eggs in dish water, the sauce was without flavor , just and overall trauma. I would never, never, never recommend this hotel or stay there again. "Shopping and Eating Experience"
I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I picked it because it was very close to the Walden Galleria and the Olive Garden. The staff at the hotel were very helpful during my stay. I stayed in a Standard King room and felt that the room was very large. I would stay here again for sure.Verifierad gästrecension
The only thing that bothered us was that there were 4 adults staying and when we arrived @ the room there were only 3 towels, 1 face cloth and no conditioner. Had to ask for extra. Then next day still same situation! p.s. they don't give conditioner out it's not provided!Verifierad gästrecension

Bathroom and carpet...nasty!!! Looks like the hotel has been neglected for some time...not just in decor, also structurally - toilet was in disrepair and clogged drain and mold in shower - UNACCEPTABLE!!! My partner and I had a good stay at the hotel. It is a little old but clean. The hotel is right next to Walden Galleria, so there are many restaurants and shops inside the mall. Excellent location. Stayed at Millenium at start and end of our vacation to Florida. Really enjoyed the proximity to the Walden Galleria Mall, the nearby restaurants and the airport. "not good at all"
My room was not what was expected. It was called a superior room I don't think so. The heat barley worked and when it did the noise from the vent was horrible. There were a bunch of children running thru the halls at all hours. Don't beloved you're booking thru here because there was no in room safe and the satellite TV is nothing that you couldent […] get at home with an antenna hooked to you TV.
