Bra hotell med helt ok standard. Servicen var bra. Frukosten var också helt ok. Engelskan är sådär men det finns alltid någon som kan som kan assistera. Läget är det vi var missnöjda med under vistelsen. Åker vi dit igen väljer vi nog ett hotell som ligger närmre buss och tågstationen och det är även där det finns en hel del intressant shopping.

Ett mycket bra hotell med hög standard, säkerhet, renlighet och service.Trevlig personal. Bra läge med enbart 6 min promenad till Nathan Road. Vill man så kan man åka med hotellets buss som avgår 3 ggr i timmen, gratis. Bra gym och pool på 9.e våningen med hänförande utsikt. Bodde där i 10 dagar och har absolut inget att klaga på.

The restaurant on the top floor had no windows and smelled of cigarettes, and the restaurant´s service was very poor. The aircondition in the gym did not work the day we were there. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay. The room was simple but clean, and the location ok.Verifierad gästrecension
"Service and condition of hotel"
Bed is hard and good. But the overall room doesn't look very clean. We booked the unit with 3 rooms expecting 3 beds but there were only 2 beds. This is a letdown because we had to get another bed at a charge. Porter service was good but housekeeping was not satisfactory. "Has potentials to be better"
This is my second time staying here. I returned for the location, convenience, and facilities. Service wise requires much more improvement. Very spacious room with divided living quarter and a kitchenette. Map location of this hotel is wrong. It is located right outside the Shaibu subway station and lobby is around the back. Right at the Shaibu Metro Exit A (do not use their map as it is quite far from People's Park as shown online). I got a huge 1 bedroom suite which was very clean but quite stark. I book business suite with twin bed. I have 2 kids ages 6 & 8. The room is spacious with a living hall & small kitchen. Bathroom is spacious but without bathtub. Well the pictures online looked great. Hotel was nice but not as nice as it was made out to be. There was mold in the bathroom and the bathmat was covered with it too. The kitchen comes with no utensils or dishes and is really only useful to boil water. Tehy advertised the room came with a washer/dryer but there wasn't one in the room. Very little […] of the staff spoke English making it difficult to ask for help or assistance. Take your translator. Nice on the outside but not so great in the room.
