Bra hotel som är väldigt nära pendelstationen(greenwich), 10 min till London Bridge. Från London Bridge kan man ta tåget till Gatwick flygplatsen (tar bara 30 min). Bra frukost buffe, trevliga personaler. Vi var 3 personer i ett rum med en dubbelsäng och en bedsoffa. Ända minus var att bedsoffan var inte så bekväm, och väldigt tunnt täcke. Very good value for the money for a family stay in London. + very good beds + very quiet even do we gotta room facing the tube/train +Good breakfast +Nice personal +Easy and quick connections to londn city - The wiped mugs and glasses instead of changing them and didnt changed them for a week, DISGUSTING!!!!

Har rest och bott på många olika hotell i världen men aldrig fått så trevligt bemötande av personalen i både receptionen och restaurangen. Fick byta hotellrum när det första låg nära järnvägsspåret. En kväll var restaurangen proppfull då allt annat i Greenwich var stängt p.g.a. kravallerna. Vi bodde 2 vuxna och två barn. Hotellets helhetsintryck var mycket bra. Servicevänlig personal som gjorde sitt yttersta hela tiden för att man skulle trivas. Underbar frukostbuffet med personal som förgyllde morgonen. Intill ligger DLR, en form av pendeltåg till Lodnon. Några minuters promenad från hotellet finns bussar som kan ta en direkt till London […] eller till tunnelbanestationen North Greenwich. För oss gjorde det absolut ingenting att behöva åka runt 30 minuter för att komma till hotellet. Vi har tidigare betalat dyrt för mycket sämre hotell centralare i London. Enkla transporter till centrala London. Trevlig och pitoresk omgivning i vackra Greenwich. Riktigt bra frukost, boka rum med frukost och undvik kostnaden på knappt 16 pund per frukost kuvert. Varma rekommendationer av detta hotell.

Jag reste med mina två tonåringar. Vi anlände med pendeltåg (15 min från Charing Cross) Köpte Travelcard zone 1-2 för tågen. Hotellet ligger alldeles intill stationen. Men tågen hördes inte alls, det var bara tysta el-passageartåg där. Vid check-in fick vi ett mycket trevligt bemötande. Receptionisten hade informativa och bra svar på alla våra funderigar. […] Rummet var rent och fräscht. Det hördes varken ljud från andra rum eller utifrån! Bra med separat toalett från badrummet. En bred dubbelsäng (lite hård) och en bäddsoffa som kan fungera för två mindre barn, men bara en tonåring. Enda nackdelen var att Wi-fi på rummet var dyrt. Fritt Wi-fi finns dock vid två datorer i receptionen. Hotellet ligger på bekvämt gångavstånd till centrum i Greenwich. Där observatoriet, sjöfartsmuseumet och nollmerdianen ligger straxt intill. Från Greenwich kan man ta snabba flodbåtar in till Londons centrum samt DLR Docklands Light Rail. -Förarlösa tåg som går under Themsen till Docklands och Towern. Vi åkte den fyra stationer norrut till ASDA stormarknad där vi handlade godsaker att ta hem. Avståndet in till London känns rimligt, och med tanke på ett rimligt pris samt att hotellet är bara sex år och mycket fräscht så kan vi varmt rekommendera det. Frukosten var bra för att var i England! Personalen i restaurangen var mycket tillmötesgående och trevliga. De hjälpte oss bla att väga väskorna innan vi skulle åka hem. This hotel is in a great location as it is close enough to central London for sightseeing, shopping etc.,(DLR is right next door and is a great service) whilst also having a less busy, more community feel. Lots of lovely restaurants and shops nearby plus plenty to see in the Greenwich area.

I'm not usually a fan of chain hotels but this was different. A nice sized room, comfortable bed and weekend breakfast served til noon. An ideal place to stay and explore beautiful Greenwich and a good alternative to central London.

hotel was clean and was very comfortable and located near where i wanted to be and felt staff were freindly and willing to help which was nice car park only thing that might be a small issue though would recommend it

the hotel is located near the train and tube so very easy to get around. Very nice and clean compaired to the rest of london.

Very pleasant staff and a very convenient location given its proximity to the overland rail station, with regular trains to and from London Bridge and Charing Cross, and Greenwich is a nice location in itself. Breakfast was excellent and the room clean and spacious.

Lovely hotel close to 02 and 5 minutes walk from Grenwich centre, would use again, perfect for an overnight stay. Bathroom compact but stylish with a bath and separate shower. Very clean hotel with fantastic staff.

We had a lovely stay here just before Christmas. It couldn't be better placed, immediately next to the station. I was a little concerned that we would be disturbed by the noise from the train lines, but not so, despite having rooms overlooking the station. It is also a very short walk to the heart of Greenwich, the river, the park, Royal Observatory […] etc. Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were helpful and breakfast was very good. I've stayed at other Novotels and been happier with the service. There was some debate about whether or not breakfast was included in my package and the staff member was addressing the issue as I was trying to have breakfast. Quite embarrassing! Usually go to Greenwich once a year on business, but won't be going back to this one next year.

Just had a lovely stay at the Greenwich Novotel. Greenwich is beautiful and this was the perfect base. Just near the dlr station and near the park and market. Clean, tidy and not pokey like many others. Near to O2. Also plentiful breakfast! Thoroughly enjoyed and will be back.

We, a family of four, spend 4 nights on the hotel as tourists to London. The staff was very friendly to our kids of 7 and 12 years age, and the breakfast and dinner at the Hotel Restaurant was very good. It's a quiet area too. The Hotel is situated right at the station and very frequent trains is only about 10 minutes to get you to London Bridge or […] Cannon Street Subway Stations, from were London is right at your feet. This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The train station is right next door and the cute, interesting town with many shops, markets, and museums is a short walk. My room was very comfortable...good bed, with a sofa for extra seating, very clean bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and the food service was outstanding. Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast. Would definitely use again. Requires use of overland train to London Bridge station (would recommend this instead of DLR), but trains are every ten minutes and London Bridge station is a great location for attractions and the tube network.

A very busy couple of days in London with a great hotel with very helpful staff. Great location for 02 Arena. 15mins trip on the bus, buses running every 15mins. Also really easy location to get into London for the sights. All very clean and modern, rooms not huge but comfortable. Seperate bath and shower to our room (with great shower pressure). Right […] on the train line but no noise disturbance when window closed. Breakfast at Babas Cafe just at next junction into Greenwich 2mins walk was good and very reasonable. Room felt a bit crowded with two kids beds in it. No free LAN / Wi-Fi. Staff extremly friendly.

Excellent stay, friendly staff, good facilities (including a bath which I tend not to see in hotels as often). Good sized and comfortable bed with a good room size. Right next to the Greenwich DLR giving easy access to the rest of the city.

Sometimes I wonder why hotel rooms look so used. In that context I would rate it only with 3 stars. But when I take into consideration, that the train station is the next building, that the breakfast is really 5 stars and that the service is great - it still comes to a 4 star rating. I have just spent one very comfortable night at the Novotel last week, with my two young grandsons. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean, with a comfortable sofa bed for the boys that made into two single beds. The breakfast was possibly the nicest hotel self service breakfast that I have had. Every taste was catered for […] and it was all very fresh. Again, the staff were very helpful. The hotel is very conveniently situated next to the main line and DLR railways, making access to the centre of London, very easy. Our room was at the back of the hotel, next to the rail line, but the noise was minimal. We had a very enjoyable stay and will certainly use the hotel again. Läs mer

Very good service ,Highly recommended!!!

Our family found the Greenwich Novotel to be very convenient to use as a base for touring London. It was very close to the tube station, clean, quiet rooms, great breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

Great service by very attentive staff. The proximity to to the DLR and train-station make for an easy commute into The City. Greenwich Park with the famous Observatory and Meridian and the Thames are all within a stroll (even our 4 year old could manage it)! All round a great place to stay.

An excellent hotel,staff were very helpful and friendly,willing to help with anything.Room was excellent although a little bit noisy from the DLR railway Breakfast was excellent plenty of variety for everyones taste.Would certainly reccomend it to my friends.It was a bit far for our needs as we were at Wimbledon as it took us 1 1/2 hrs to get to our […] destination. Right next door to Greenwich Station. Room excellent. Bathroom one of the best I have stayed in - lovely shower cubicle, bath and very modern sink with separate toilet. Things I did not like: No instruction on how to use the air conditioning. No information on when to check out of the room. Couldn't have the window open because of the noise of the trains […] but had we been able to use the air conditioning properly we would not have got so hot during the night. Good business hotel but with badly thought out charge for breakfast £15.95. Go to the green cafe 5 minutes walk towards Greenwich, fab foof, nice service half the price all in. Traisn a bit loud with window open.

Lovely clean friendly and bright hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and only a minute from the DLR. Lots of choice for breakfast - overall very pleased with our choice of hotel def use again.

A great hotel - the only slight gripe being the slow lifts. They need more. Overall - excellent and great breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel put on special arrangements for us marathon runners. They let us have a late check-out at no extra charge. (about half past four). Great location for the start of the marathon and a reasonably priced underground car park. There were many positives regarding this hotel: -Room was very clean and beds were comfortable -Decent breakfast each morning (a bit pricey) but kids 15 & under eat free (I had 3 that ate free each day) -Internet in room is too much but the computers they provide are fast with a printer -Staff was nice and an electrical outlet adapter was provided. -Very […] convenient to public transportation -Nice bathrooms with a great shower head. What a lovely place to stay with our two children. The hotel staff were very friendly and the kids loved them. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was just what we needed to come back to and relax after a great day visiting Greenwich Observatory and the Maritime Museum. The staff in the restaurant couldn't do enough for us and the food […] was very tasty. Some of the staff were back again for the breakfast sitting and were just as friendly to us and the children as they were the night before. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return again. The stay at the Hotel (Greenwich) was acceptable and the Breakfast was Very Good with curtious staff. Our only concern; as we had not taken our confirmation details for the hotel reservation, the Hotel reception staff, appeared to be unable to verify that our Breakfast was inclusive in our package, so we had to make additional payment for the facility. […] Ths was despite online website stating that "Short Breaks" were inclusive???
