"Staycation"
We live about a half hour from Pasco and stay here two or three times a year for a staycation. It has a nice pool and hot tub. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and they have a great breakfast buffet in the morning.Verifierad gästrecension

"Very Nice"
The lobby of the hotel was large and very nice looking. Our room, which had one king size bed, was also very large and included a sitting area. There were 2 TV's, one in the sitting area and the other facing the bed. There was a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and a safe. The free wireless internet worked well. The bathroom was on the smaller side, […] but nice. Everything looked clean and new. Even though it was right next to an airfield, we heard no noise. "Nice, clean, comfortable, great breakfast!"
The hotel was great. They accommodated our one day early checkout without question. Breakfast had something for everyone. We did have a small problem with the toilet, which they responded to quickly. My only complaint is the young children that stayed above us who started jumping and thumping at 6:00am and continued until 7:30am. "Clean & Comfortable w/great Breakfast"
While the location is about 10 minutes away from downtown Richland, it was very quick & easy to get where we wanted to go. Hotel has great amentities like pool, lobby, and the room was very nice. Only downside was the bathroom was quite small. It helped there was another small sink outside the bathroom. The breakfast was very good and even included […] good to order omlettes. "BW Inn & Suites Pasco WA"
This is a fantastic hotel - very well kept and friendly staff - ample parking and amenities. My only negative is that 1) the elevator is VERY slow! and 2) there was a dog barking in the room across the hall from 7:30 a.m. until the time we checked out at 10:00. Located conveniently off highway near offices and businesses. Room was more than I expected with gas fireplace, jacuzzi, micro, frig, wifi, safe and other amenities. Cute sparkling cider and flutes by jacuzzi. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Breakfast served each day 6 to 10 a.m. It was excellent quality, fresh pineapple, strawberries, peeled grapefruit […] sections, omelets made to order, fluffy scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits, bacon, sausage. "Late night arrival"
Good location. Close to the airport. Hotel paid for my taxi ride from the airport since the shuttle was shut down for the night. Nice large area for hot breakfast. Didn't get to the hotel until about 11:30 at night. I had a cast on one leg, walking with a cane, 2 large suitcases, and a carry on. I had been assured when I made the reservation that someone […] would be available to help with my luggage. The lady at the front desk said she was the only one working and couldn't help. She was a little rude (sounded stressed) when she told me that. A man who was also checking in helped me get my suitcases to the elevator. Lack of help was a definite draw back.
