"Best stay in Newcastle"
Excellent motel great position close to all the place,s we needed to go, brilliant room, with sunken Spa bath ,super friendly staff, great pool BBQ all round a really great stay would recommend to any one. When we arrived they did not have our booking so they stuck us in a room right off a busy road. Some of the blinds were missing and there were no drapes. The microwave did not work. The one and only frying pan that was there was trash. Will not be staying there again.Verifierad gästrecension

"very well equipped, spa bath was a nice suprise"
We booked this room because it was the best priced room for 2a + 2ch in newcastle on a saturday night. Bonuses we weren't expecting included a double spa bath, balcony with double glass doors and plantation shutters, free parking and in innerspring mattress on the sofa bed. One minor (odd) thing though was the boxes of bathroom tiles in the wardrobe. […] I understand they must have been for renovating, but it made the wardrobe unusable and would have been good to know at check-in. This is a modern executive style units with most thing included. However they fall down in information supplied in the unit and office. No folder in unit to tell you how to operate the equipment, whats on in area and no brochures in office of things to do in Newcastle. Visitors from overseas don't understand the TV channels and some of the hotplates […] are modern and not operated as normal and no instructionsOur unit was 38A, right on very busy intersection with a lot of traffic noise. "Clean and tidy, close to shops"
The hotel was lean and tidy however i would not recommend it to older people as the shower is over a large spa bath that you have to climb into. It might only be a few rooms designed like this. Thank you to the friendly staff and was in a great location.Verifierad gästrecension från Expedia

Me and my wife were having a night out in Newcastle. Looked up some hotels on hotels.com and jesmond executive suited us. Upon arrival staff were helpful and our room was upgraded and the room was very clean. It was very relaxing. I will be staying there again.Verifierad gästrecension

"Excellent value for money"
After i booked this place i read some awful reviews & was sorry i booked it but when we got there we were very pleasantly surprised & i have to say i couldn't fault a thing. We just stayed one night & were sorry we couldn't stay longer here. It's located a bit away from the town centre & after a night out we couldn't get a taxi so it was a long walk […] home but i really couldn't fault the place itself. It was clean, modern, well equipped, far cheaper than other places of the same standard. When we were 2hours late checking out the staff just said no problem, it was $10 extra per hour but we were 2hourrs 20mins late & they just charged us $20 & were very friendly & good-natured about it.
