Helt okej läge om man gillar att promenera lite. Rummen är mycket bra, lite hårda sängar bara, frukosten helt okej och mysig bar/lounge där man kan sitta och hänga i sköna soffor.

Fräscht hotell med trevliga utrymmen. God och prisvärd frukost (€10 med voucher) 15 min gång till temple bar-området och granton street för den som vill shoppa eller ta sig vidare till St Stephens Green Park. Intill hotellet ligger puben ferryman med sin anrika och gammaldags inredning. Njut av en Guiness och lyssna till irländsk folkmusik.

Hotellet var precis det man förväntar sig av ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. Rummen var rena och städades dagligen. Läget var helt ok. Promenerade till de centrala delarna på under 20 minuter. Ett utmärkt hotell mycket nära kongresscentret. Komfort och service motsvarande Scandic. Frukosten höll dock ej samma nivå, men var tillräckligt bra.

Har övernattat på många hotell i Europa men detta är det mest prisvärda hittills , äntligen ett hotell där man kan bo privat utan att bli ruinerad. Rent och fint , stort rum , bra frukost (tyvärr inte lika bra som resten av hotellet) , kassaskåp på rummet, trevlig personal , för det priset vi fick en klar 5a i betyg

Bra service. Stora rum. Skön relaxavdelning. Bra gym. Kanon frukost. En bit att gå in till city, fast det än bra gångväg längs floden. Lätt att hitta.

The location was excellent for O2 and Bord Gais Energy Centre Theatre. Rooms clean and spacious. Hotel staff good. We were a bit disappointed with the Vertigo bar after the show. Crowded, not enough seating, very modern decor but cold not cosy ambience. Bar staff need more training. Music in bar very irritating.

My stay at the Maldron was excellent. The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food at this hotel was excellent and i will recomend any body to come and stay at this hotel.

Treated two relations in their 80's to a overnight in the Maldron and was delighted at the response of the staff who were very helpfull especially a man called Martin I think he was a security person He offered the ladies help and carried both their overnight bags to the bed room and next morning he enquired how they had got on the night before at a […] musical in the Bord Gas Theatre. These little gestures mean a lot and make a huge differance to the outcome of any stay anywhere. I have already recomended this hotel to family and friends. Läs mer

Lovely hotel. The location is great if you need to be close to the Financial District, but not as good if you're wanting to be close to the Dublin City hotspots (Temple Bar, O'Connell, Grafton). The walk is about 10-15 minutes and by cab (for those typical Dublin weather outbursts) is roughly 8 euro. Not too bad, really. It's a nice place to get a good […] night's sleep. The amenities in the hotel are good, the staff is helpful, and it's kept very clean and presentable. Not a lot of restaurants and pubs nearby, though, but the hotel restaurant and pub will do if you're really not looking to go too far out for food and drinks. great hotel . just pillows no good . but all good with the rest of everything.

Good location in the new and modern Dublin canal area. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful reception staff. Lovely pool area. This was our second stay in if hotel, given a lovely room on the sixth floor with balcony. Will be back :-)

Absolutely fantastic location as it's across the road from the Bord Gais Energy Theatre (formerly known as the Grand Canal Theatre). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Next time I'm up for a show I'm definitely staying here again, couldn't fault the hotel at all.

Excellent staff in a very attractive hotel located very conveniently to the grand canal theatre. Bedroom very quiet. If breakfast prices were more reasonable guests would be more likely to breakfast there and rates could be quoted on a room and breakfast rate - much more enticing.

Just returned from a four night stay in the maldron hotel,staff were friendly and helpful room was big and very clean food in the vertigo bar was lovely and would highly recommend it.The breakfast was also fantastic and would definately stay there again.

Nice location - close to pubs, the O2, and public transport. +-15 minute walk from the centre of Dublin/Temple Bar. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Enjoyed my stay at the Maldron. The location was quite convenient as we were attending a concert in the 02 which was a 10 minute walk away. My only gripe would probably be the hotel bar. As we were only staying one night we decided to have a drink in the the hotel but only stayed for one as we found the prices high and general service to be quite poor. […] We were waiting quite a while for our drinks even though it was not that busy, there seemed to be a lack of clean glasses and the staff behind the bar seemed to be very inexperienced. Other than that our room was quite spacious, satisfactory and overly comfortable. I'd reccommend The Maldron for anyone attending a show nearby but if you're staying for longer than a single night I'd pick something more central as we felt a bit out of the way. Läs mer

Good hotel, nice rooms and bar, pool and gym are a bonus if you have town. About 15 minutes walk from Stephens Green. Good for concerts in the O2 or Grand Canal theatre.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights as I had booked to see a show at the Grand Canal Theatre. The hotel is right across the street from the theatre, prime location! However it is a 15min walk to the city centre. There is nothing around the hotel to do. However the hotel has a restaurant which requires a reservation and a pub. Our room was spacious […] and clean. Very good hotel. Staff were all but perfect. Beds were a little hard for my liking but thats only personal. Use the restaurant as local restaurants are expensive and not good value for money (£20.00 for a plate of Irish stew ?) Good place to see the sights and a 10 Min walk to center of Dublin. Also £10.00 cab fare from Temple Bar

Can't fault this hotel- its conveniently located in Dublin city centre, across the street from the Grand Canal Theatre and an easy 15 minute walk from Grafton Street. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were really comfortable. Will stay again!

Stayed here for Valentine's day, the facilities were good, it was nice to have a balcony and I could see the river. Had a mix up when I bought breakfast after I checked in. They gave me some tokens which I assumed were the vouchers, at breakfast I was told that I hadn't paid and the vouchers were not proof of paying, I found the experience very uncomfortable […] and insulting. Stayed in the Maldron recently and were very pleased with the service and the general buzz in the hotel. Without doubt it is the most convenient hotel to the Grand Canal Theatre and is not too far from the O2.

Very nice hotel, we were provided with a lovely top floor room with balcony so was well worth the money. However I would be slightly disappointed if I paid the price and didnt recieve a balcony room. Overall great food, drinks, staff, facilites and service!

Hotel with a great location, residing across the road from the theatre, and a short walk from the O2 which was the purpose of our visit. Also only a short walk on the flat from temple bar and the other sites. The hotel was very fresh and new, with no complaints at all. The staff were friendly and looked after all of our needs, baggage hold etc.

The Maldron hotel is lovely and location is perfect for the O2 and litreally across the road from the Grand Canal Theatre. We ordered room service for dinner as it was close to Christmas time so the restaurant was booked for the whole time or our stay, the food was really good and we were served quite quickly which was great. My only issue with the […] hotel was the breakfast it is DEFINITELY NOT 4 STAR!! Its served buffet style in the restaurant which is quite busy in the mornings and depending on the time you go down for breakfast the que can be long which I would not mind if the food tasted good but its not good, not good at all!! Hotel was new, clean and conveniently located. Plus - if you're active - it has the best swimming pool (super warm)!! Only ate breakfast there but again, clean, lots of options. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, comfy, convenient. Modern hotel. Nice friendly staff. Quite a lot of loud diesel truck engine noise throughout the nite from distribution centre next door. Nice gym and pool. Obliged to buy a swimming cap for 2.50euro to use pool. Very close to river, docks, Kraft, fast bus to airport. Shame no thermostatic room temp control
