Mycket fräsch och mysig och extra bra va poolen!

Superfint hotel! Rent o snyggt.Bra läge, centralt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Underbar taktersss m pool. Lite dåligt utbud på frukostbuff'en, mest kakor.

Hotell med okey standard på rummen. Bra sängar och välstädat . Välsorterad frukost till rimligt pris. Bonus med poolen på terrasstaket. Hotellet ligger strategiskt vid Plaza Espania med goda förbindelser åt alla håll!

B-Hotel hade verkligen allt och lite mer. Sort plus till takterassen, de stora rena rummen och till personalen. Dock var inte frukosten värd 10€, men att hitta en bra frukost i Barcelona är det minsta problemet.

This was my first time in Barcelona and I was very happy with the hotel. They upgraded me to a very nice room. Travelling alone - a special care for my weelbeing is highly appreciated. ...and the roof top pool was very nice. The only thing that was not top of the pops was the pool side service.

Bodde med en vän och har inget att klaga på. Trevlig och hjäpsam personal i receptionen. Poolen uppe på taket är ett stort plus. Rent och fräscht med en fantastisk utsikt. Distansen från "centrum" är ok men inte mer. Kommer nog att bo där nästa resa till Barcelona.

bra läge eftersom att det låg precis på Pl.Espanya. Metro precis nedanför hotellet. Skönt med pool på taket där man kunde svalka sig o ta en kall sangria efter en förmiddag bland sevärdheterna. Dock kändes hotellet lite muggigt och bilderna var faktiskt finare på bild...Inte bra läge om man vill ha gångavstånd till havet. Städningen var bra. Åt ingen […] frukost på hotellet, så den vet vi inte hur den var. Bor nog hellre på ett annat hotell nästa gång.... Läs mer

I loved the B-Hotel! Cool interior design that was still functional - I admit it wasn't always obvious how lamps and such worked, but that was an easily solved problem. Your just had to read the small explanatory cards that were placed here and there. Very quiet in the corridor and in my room, except if you opened the door to the small balcony - but […] it is situated on a very busy street, close to a major placa (Placa Espanya) with a five- or six-laned circulation place, so I think that should be expected too if you choose B-Hotel. Friendly staff that were very helpful when I hade questions.The pool terrace on the 8th floor was wonderful, I wish I had had more time to sunbathe. If you plan to hang around Placa Catalunya and La Rambla a lot, it might be too far off - it took me about 30 minutes to walk there, but it was very easily found: you just follow Gran Via where the hotel is situated. All in all, I think B-Hotel is lovely and would love to stay there again. I would recommend it to anyone except maybe young people who like to party. They should probaby stay closer to Placa Catalunya. Läs mer

Hotellet hade allt vi förväntade oss; bra service, sköna sängar, häftig takterass, gångavstånd till det mesta, rent och fräscht rum och trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi blev varken störda av grannar eller ljud utifrån. Vi fick dessutom tag på bra pris/ natt. Enda minus var att schampot luktade aftershave. Ta med eget om du föredrar kvinnligare doft. Bra hotel, lite off från de gamla kvarteren men superbra läge för lokaltrafiken, turistbussarna och flygbussarna. Personalen hade inte så jättebra turistinfo eller tips att ge, strunta i att fråga dem och gör din reserarch istället. Hotellet va basic, lugnt och fint. Sköna sängar och tyst trots trafiken. Hotel B hade en toppenläge! Inte nära stökiga Ramblan utan mer mellan kultur och shoppingstråken, en rask promenad så va man mitt i allt. Takterassen bjöd till välbehövd lugn och ro med fantastisk utsikt.

Ett mycket bra och prisvärt hotell i modern stil. Ligger nära tunnelbanan vid placa dÉspanya. Rummen rena och fina, under fyra nätters vistelse bytes lakanen tre gånger. Personalen var mycket trevliga och tjänstvilliga samt pratade god engelska.

Mycket nöjd med B-Hotel bra läge, nära tunnelbana som tar dig till La Rambla och stranden. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Skönt med pool på hotellet dom dagarna man inte orkar ta sig till stranden.

Trendigt och snyggt hotell i centrala Barcelona. Rummen överträffade våra förväntniningar och poolen på taket var perfekt! Rummen var något kalla, men det fanns en stor fluffig filt att lägga på sig. Kanonhotel, väldigt cool inredning & miljö på hotellet! Poolen på taket var extra häftig. Personal var supertrevlig & väldigt hjälpsamma. Ska definitivt bo på detta hotell igen!!! Enda minuset var väl roomservice, tog lång tid för dom kunde ingen engelska så dom gick fel & så.

I picked this on previous reviews and because it was very handy for the airport. The Hotel is on the first stop in on the Areobus (last back), which took about 30 minutes. Had everything we needed - close the Metro, just a few stops from the Old Town. Great views from the hotel roof of Montjuic. Rooms were clean and tidy and very comfortable. Staff could not have been more helpful no matter what query we had. And there is even a large shopping centre (The Arena) next door for the consumerist in you, or if you just need […] to pick up some things on your way in or out. Superb hotel. Our room was absolutely beautiful and clean. Located in a very nice and accessible accessible. One bus (Bus 46) ride away from the airport and the Metro is a few metres away from the hotel. Staff are very helpful and speaks fluent English. Would definitely stay here again.

It really is a mix for me. Upon first glance- it was wonderful. Very contemporary building and room. Staff was very friendly with me always. But once the awe wears off- it has very obviously seen better days. In my room at least. The bathroom is mainly where the issues were. The glass separating the shower from the sink was disgustingly molded between […] the panels and the edges around the tub had thick chunks of scum in the crevices. The water would also leak from the bathroom into the room- leaving a small puddle near my bed each time. Everything else was okay- but the bathroom gave such a bad impression that the rest of the room felt very cheap as well. The location was okay- not too central though. I like to walk and everything of interest as a tourist was at least a half hour walk. Towards the end of my stay I just started taking trains and that was perfect for commuting to the hot spots. Room large and very comfortable, bathroom/bathtub very nice, staff very helpful. Breakfast (not included) very good, book it in advance for reduced price. Internet connection slow. Not so nice smell on the floor outside the room

Excellent location- just hop of the Aerobus. Lovely room with balcony. Only complaint is the bed was VERY firm. Would definitely stay here again.

As I used to work in 5-stars hotel I have always been uneasy with the general quality the hotels in Europe have to offer (unless you pay crazy price). I have to say B Hotel totally surpassed my expectation. The room was great, they also assigned the room according to what I requested upon booking (quiet corner room). As a smoker it's the first time I didn't have to go all the way down and out of the hotel, as there is a balcony where I can just step out and have a quickie. I will certainly stay there again. Great 2 day stay this Sept. Location is great -pool is to die for- service fantastic and the room is the same. Book early and get great deals- but say here- we loved it!

The room was basic (I don't appreciate twin beds pushed together) but at least clean. Having the Metro within a 2 minute walk from your front door was the selling point for us. Also the train station was a 10 minute walk. The staff were more than helpful with information when it was needed and even printed the train schedules for our departure. We stayed at the B-Hotel in Barcelona just recenty Sept 2011 We found it to be an excellent Hotel. Staff were very helpful spoke very good English which is always helpful, area is very safe, transport at doorstep, Good restaurants and Tapas bars around the area, rooms very clean and comfortable, free wi-fi on hand. Would definetly stay there again.

we reserved the hotel based on the reviews on the net and were surprised to see that the hotel was in the same condition that was depicted in the photos, moreover, the service was good, the design was good and the location was great. just 25 min wlking distance from la rambla, 5 min on the subway - which is situated a few steps from the hotel, next […] door to a shopping center and right near the bus station from and to the airport. really nice stay, try the coco loco cocktail by the pool after a good walk in the city. The hotel is well designed and located in a very convinient area across the street from a big mall with supermarket and metro station. Room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. it would have been better if the bathroom was cleaned better and the glass beside the bathtub was renewed. The Good Stuff: The B Hotel is in a great location, easily accessable via public transportation (take the A2 bus into Barcelona from the airport and get off at Plaza Espanya, the hotel will be across the street to the right). It is near interesting sites and reasonably priced, good restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety and good food […] -worth the "pay in advance" price of 10 Euros/day. The rooms are okay, although you should give yourself 10 minutes to read the "how to" on how to turn on the lights and adjust the bathroom window shades. The Not-So-Good Stuff: I found the hotel staff pleasant but generally unresponsive. If you want something done, you have to take the intiative and be very clear. For example, each morning at breakfast, my husband had to literally walk into the kitchen to order our coffee as there was noone in the dining room to take our order. If we had waited for someone to come and take our order we would have never had coffee with our breakfast. Another example is that the air conditioning in our room did not work. We called and had a technician come to our room twice with no resolution. When I complained to the front desk night attendent that we would have to sleep with the door open to be able to get any relief, he did not take the hint and move us to a room with a functioning AC, rather he said he would leave a note for the manager (who actually doesn't even work on the weekends) . I should have said, "We need to change rooms TONIGHT." Finally, the pool bar staff was elusive. Literally we would see them for a moment then they would be gone for 30-40 minutes. It is fabulous. All staff are VERY helpful with nothing too much trouble. Extra pillow delivered in a few minutes, pool is fab and bigger than most rooftop pools in Barcelona, very clean too. Very near to bus stop for the Aerobus from the Airport which is just over €5 and a taxi will cost over €30. Tourist bus stop is a few minutes walk away. B-Hotel is conveniently located in a amazing part of town. Its a block away from Plaza de Espanya, Arenas (New Mall, former bull fighting arena), and Parallel (main road that takes you to the beach). 5 minute walk from the fountina at Montejuc, 10 minute walk to Las Ramblas, 15 minute walk to the beach. This was a great hotel with the friendliest hotel staff. The hotel is situated in walking distance to the Espanya Metro station which makes it very easy to get to any are of Barcelona. The only thing about the hotel I feel you should know is that there is no iron in your room and if you need an iron you have to send your clothes to be ironed for a  […] fee. Läs mer

This hotel is in a fabulous location (second best to the beach) in Barcelona. It is right next to a shopping mall, a metro and bus stop and MontJuic (home to several museums, restaurants, an artisan community and outdoor festivals). The reason why I gave the hotel an average rating on maintenance is the first room I was put into had terrible mold on […] the bathtub partition. It was in between 2 panes of glass, but was still bad enough that I had a hard time sleeping that night and didn't take a shower that day. The second room was great. The rooftop pool is fabulous as are the snacks there. The staff is quite sweet and helpful; however, they are all young and sometimes need direction. nice area, brand new mall beside it, a little far from the city center but only a few stops away. Supermarket close by was great for buying drinks. The aero bus stops across the street from the hotel. I would stay here again.
