Good, location, good standard and good service.The only disappointment was the breakfast-buffet with almost no food available although we arrived early for breakfast... It was sorted out but we do not expect to have to sit and wait for food as we had other plans and this caused a delay...

Mycket bra hotell och prisvärt. Vi uppgraderade till Royal Club vilket var en fullträff, frukost, eftermiddags fika och drinkar under 3-4 timmar ingår. Du har även tillgång till Royal Club poolen med mycket lite folk. Ligger med gång avstånd till flygplatsen men du stört inte av denna. Flera restauranger på området där vi åt lördagsmiddag för ca 450kr […] inkl dryck mycket bra och prisvärt. Har bott på många hotell i Dubai men väljer nog denna nästa gång igen. Läs mer

Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell till alla som ska till Dubai och vill ha avkoppling och lyx. Kanonbra personal och förstklassig service. Rummen städades flera gånger per dag och i och med att hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen är det främst ett affärshotell vilket gör att det var relativt lugnt vid poolen.

Very good accomodations. Not sure why they di not rum a free shuttle to the airport. Travel time is less than 5 minutes so it irritates the taxi drivers when you tell them where you are going. The outdoor dining and pools are good. I am not on a strict budget but do you really have to charge 18 US dollars for a pint of Fosters. Not sure if that is supposed […] to make it an exclusive place. Unfortunately a pint taste the same whether I pay 4 USD or 18 USD. The air handling system in my room was so noisy it reminded me of some two star best western with a window unit. This is unacceptable for a five star hotel. This old girl is showing her age in the hallway carpet alone. The staff are friendly and courteous. I enjoyed an excellent steak with truffle sauce at the beef bistro just out the front door to the left. The service was great and the food was top notch. Again I must be paying for the ambiance, because the steak and beer was over 110 USD. This was for the smaller portion US angus beef rib eye. Conclusion, charging high prices does not increase your star value. A look a tripadvisor will show you that. I will continue to use this hotel but only when I can book it at a substantial discount so that I can afford the food and drinks. Läs mer

I stayed here for 2 nights in May 2013. Found the hotel to be a beuatiful 5 star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, nice and clean. Overall a great place to stay, convieniently close to the airport. Only 2 issues, Wi-Fi was not free. (I was a bit surprised as I've stayed at various hotels around the world and majority, even the […] 3-4 star hotels, provide free Wi-Fi). Mini-bar: Be careful as you will get charged for just moving a product in the minibar. I was charged for a product from the minibar which I had not used. It turns out that the minibar has sensors and if you move a product, it automatically gets added to your bill. Yet another return visit, the staff remain helpful and friendly. However the general level of service seems to have deteriorated since our last visit. Royal Club combined with the Gourmet Club still remain excellent value for money. Royal Club is not suitable for children.

Had an amazing time at this hotel! Would definitely recommend te royal club rooms! Fantastic rooms, breakfast inc, afternoon tea, soft drinks all day, alcoholic drinks and canapés in the evening 6-9. All for a small charge to upgrade! Staff at hotel could not have done more for us! Would happily go back again!

Good. Service and staff very good. However room was somewhat dated and lighting in room was poor. I have stayed here many times and believe the room needs refurbished and brought up to date. Also wifi service should be provided as part of room cost and not extra cost. TV channels should be expanded there is currently poor selection. Amazing hotel, clean and staff were outstanding, only 2 points to raise....internet was 99 AED a day, this is very expensive, considering it was 40 AED per hour........breakfast at the restaurants was nearly 40 pounds for 2 people, coffe, jiuce and scrambled eggs on toast - shockingly expensive considering you could have had breakfast in your room for […] less......an idea to put the breakfast costs on the menu or check first. Excellent service+++. Good location near airport+. Clean rooms+. Very hard bed with feather pillows going flat was a double minus. Not a good nights sleep after a 15 hour flight was a minus. Room service was so-so. Pricey compared to other hotels of similar value is a minus. This was probably my last stay.

I couldn't believe that I was in a Meridien hotel when I saw the room they gave me. It felt more like a motel in the Midwest. Chairs were covered by ugly pink (stained) covers, the furniture was old and didn't match, the bathroom counter was plastic (not the marble and tile mosaic advertised). This hotel is ideally suited for stopover travellers as it is close to the airport. We found it excellent in every way. The staff were very welcoming and the facilities comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurants were great. My only gripe was others who stayed there said they had a walk in tile shower with multiple heads but the one in our room was just the tub with shower head. That may not be a concern for others but I would have enjoyed my stay more with one of those. Room service and cleaning […] was superb. The buisness center was great for access to e-mail. We went to two malls while we were there and the hotel gave us transportation to them as well as the gold souk. Used hotel taxi for a couple of hours to show us the major sites in Dubai. Le Meridien is well situated if you're just passing through and want to be near the airport. It is less convenient if you'd like to be close to the centre / tourist area of Dubai. The hotel itself is clean and the service is very good, however, in many areas it could do with a refurb. Absolutely loved this hotel. Staying in the Royal Club rooms had so much benefits with complimentary afternoon teas and happy hour. The staff were exceptional and even treated us to our very own chocolate cake and bottle of wine to congratulate us on our marriage. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Dubai.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional. The many choices of restaurants, bars, and pools makes this a very nice place to get away and not even have to leave, but the close proximity to some of the Dubai attractions and shopping makes it an even better choice. The hotel was quite lovely with excellent service and the best breakfast buffet in the world. The room was very comfortable, the grounds were lovely, and the spa provided an unexpected opportunity for a mani/pedi.

Perhaps showing its age a little (opened in late 70s), the hotel more than makes up for this and its proximity to the airport (5 mins by taxi and the occasional helicopter flies over), with wonderful staff and a selection of excellent bars and restaurants (The Village Terrace being the best value and most popular). Hotel is good, has great benefits if you book royal club room. Breakfast is ok, doesn't serve real bacon due to religious reasons, but other than that pretty good. Nice, quiet hotel with easy access to airport and city. Is quiet a distance from the palm and attractions around the palm.
