Jag hade en mycket trevlig semester vecka i Houston tack vara en underbar personal på hotellet som var mycket hjälpsamma ... jag kommer att använda det hotellet fler gånger... jag hade ett club rum, det var inte stort men fyllde mina behov .. rent och helt och trevlig atmosfär :)

Är mycket nöjd med hotellet, det vi inte är helt nöjda med är sängen, vi fick ont i ryggen av den. Vi bodde här i 10 nätter och de sista 4-5 morgnarna hade vi väldigt ont i ryggen. Vi fick frukost, suveränt bra, men det blev lite tråkigt eftersom den enda variationen var att det antingen var färskorvar eller så var det papperstorrt bacon till de konstiga plättarna. Men vi är svenskar med betydligt större krav på vad vi stoppar i oss till frukost än vad amerikanen är som äter scones med gravy till frukost. Är däremot missnöjd med parkeringsplatserna, de räckte inte till. Kom man sent på kvällen var alla platser upptagna bland annat av stora lastbilar som stod i gångarna mellan parkeringsplatser och utanför entrén.

I picked this hotel based on reviews of people stating it was great, not true I ignored a few reviews that were about a year old because I believed that the people would have solved the problems, but that was far from what happen. The floors had dips, the tub had dips. The tile in the bathroom was coming up from the floor which was crazy. The hotel was conveniently located and the staff was quite nice. However, the physical condition of the hotel itself was not what I expected. The parking spaces are quite small and make parking tricky. The floor in my room sloped. Several items in the room were broken or missing (curtain, hair dryer, TV remote control). "You get what you pay for"
The room was inexpensive which is what I wanted at the time. The receptionist and service was great however the hotel wasn't that hot. None of the outlets worked at all on the wall where the bed was. The cords were directly under the carpet so if you walked around with just your socks on you could really feel them. Big hole in the ceiling in the restroom. "Garden Suite has poor upkeep."
The sheets and pillow cases had too many stains to count. There was pained patchwork throughout the room. The bathroom was stained and look as if there was mold. THe towels were like sand paper. I stuck it out for 2 nights then had to leave. I'm easy enough that I can stay in a dive motel when traveling. Unfortunately I was traveling with my young child […] and didn't want to risk him catching anything or getting sick because we distrubed mold. I wouldn't stay there again. "No Maid Service No Airconditioning in Hotel only room"
This was not a very good Hotel. The rooms were large yes, but the airconditioning in the room had a oven catch pan under it to catch the water. You had to ask for room service and if you wanted towels you had to go to the front desk. The rooms are very large but it is not worth the money you pay. "Wichita Falls best hotel"
When we walked into the hotel it was great!! We had been on the road for 9 hours for a 3 hour trip. The AC was on and the room was huge for a small price. The breakfast the next morning was incredible - scrambled eggs, cream gravy, sausage (no bacon though), fresh biscuits and muffins, an area for Beligian waffles, tons of juice (three kinds) yougret […] and fresh boiled eggs - you got to eat as much as you wanted and it was so good. I enjoyed it more cause everything didn't have a ton os salt or pepper - I am allergic to pepper and my parents have high blood pressure. The bed was great and huge so my husband and I had lots of room for us. I also appreciate that the front desk made such a huge effort to get my parents room right across the hall from our room and didn't blink an eye when I wanted a room key to their room for safety. "crappy rooms"
The rooms needed much maintenance. We had two rooms, the first-the bathroom light didn't work, the bed was falling apart and in the second room, the wallpaper was hanging off of the wall, there was a hole in the wall. interior of hotel is nice, exterior of hotel is in bad shape, walls, parking, not much grass, bushes in badly need of trimming, it looks like the location is ina bad nighborhood, it could use fences to make guest feel secure, I try to move to another hotel But hotels.com said that I had to pay again, I did not like that policy dont think is fair, I […] will think twice to make a reservation again much less recommend to someone. "La Porte may not be where you want to be"
Hotel is in a drab area and the hotel itself feels like prison. Cheap - if all you want is to lay your head down - but that's all it is good for. Staff could not print a receipt for my stay at checkout which flabergasted me. Key to room had to be reprogrammed 3 times n 5 nights - but maybe that was me.
