Det är dåligt att det bara ingår frukost för två stycken av fyra boende i samma rum. Enligt vår bokning skulle frukost ingå för alla fyra under vistelsen.

Everyone loves you when you arrive, then you are forgotten. The rooms were very clean, except for the hair in the bath tub, yuck. We had a city view which looked upon vacant lots and Prime one twelve. The "Private" beach was nice with food and "beach butler", whom just takes your order and throws you food. When charging you for chairs/ umbrellas order […] food now because you will soon be forgotten again. After waiting 25 mins to order, I had the fish sandwich, it still had the tail on it, not something you want to deal with on the beach. I asked 4 times if I could get a towel, the butler I asked twice, never did bring one. The beach itself is very lovely. Beware of the hot tub! IT WAS SO HOT everyone was sitting around it. The sauna was off. Bad back or knees, DO NOT stay here. The whole room is of marble (which isn't child friendly and had some film on the floor) and the tub is in this mass of marble. So we literally had to grab the top of the shower and pull ourselves in over a huge step. We are 6'1 and 5'8, so good luck if you are shorter. They clean your room around 2-4pm. So overall, the beach was great. It was out of the way of "south beach" yet just a small walk. And the rent bikes are everywhere. If you are on a budget, I'd pack a sheet for the beach buy an umbrella (give it to a homeless person when you leave) and save the extra money by staying somewhere else. If you're not on a budget, I'd spend more money and stay somewhere else. :) Läs mer

Lovely hotel with a great beachfront location. I was upgraded to a 1-bed suite, which was fantastically spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Upon arriving to the hotel from a long flight, we checked in to the Hilton. Upon entering our oceanview room we soon realized it was 1. Partial view 2. Looking directly into the building in front 3. Their house cleaning is horrible for 2 days in a row, we had DIRTY filthy towels, they were gray not white like they were intended to be. Great staff, great beds, great rain shower, nice balcony even with city view. I would come back again! So close to Ocean Dr. But quiet down on our area. Take the city bus that goes up n down Washington for 25 cents if you don't want to walk. Don't forget to eat in the little Italian area, it's so romantic!

Wonderful efficiency room with a balcony in a quiet area of South Beach. Would have appreciated it more if parking was included as the fee was $35.00 per day which is high considering the price of the room.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and nightlife. Room decor sleek and modern. Balcony with ocean view was nice. No vanity countertop to speak of in bathroom so difficult to get ready. Half price deal was fair price for the room.

It was the location of my room that I had a problem. It was right above the smoking area, so could not enjoy my outside deck if anyone was smoking. They said they were booked; full but I saw very few guess around and not many lights on at night in other rooms.

From the moment we pulled up to the front entrance, every staff member provided us with exceptional service! They were willing to go out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing. We were only staying one night but we wished we could have stayed longer. Our room was a large corner suite that offered lots of space and an amazing view of the ocean […] and city from our balcony. Check in was very efficient, staff being very pleasant and attentive. Location was good although the road works were a little off-putting. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Very nice hotel, right on the beach. They have privet chairs and umbrellas that are not included so you have to rent them for $10 each for the day ( but it's worth it ). The hotel is not far from the restaurants but far enough from the nighttime noise. We went there late September and there was some construction going on in the hotel so I would recommend […] to call ahead to see if they are done. The hotel along with its staff was nice and clean. Construction is being done though out the hotel. And may put a small damper on your stay. The location of the hotel is 6 blocks away from where the action starts in south beach, which is not bad if you want to relax.

We were not informed of the construction going on out front of our hotel. They started work fairly early in the morning during the week. The hotel seemed a bit tired, hallways could use painting etc. But our room was comfortable and clean.

Nice room panoramic view on city and partially on ocean. Staff is ok. Pool area - clean and comfortable. Beach - clean, very close to the hotel. All this gives positive and comfortable stay. The minor negative point is - free wifi in lobby only.

Grelt hotel wonderfull location friendly staff clean rooms, BUT extremely noisy aircon system will make us chose another hotel next time. 35 dollar Per Day parking is expensive and inflexible sunbed and umbrella rental at beach priced at USD 60 for 4 beds and 2 umbrellas Per Day whether for one hour or full day also negatives.

good overall hotel. Things that bothered me - renovations under way - I was never warned about this before booking. They started at 7am. I did not like paying for lounge chairs on the beach. this should be included. I did not like paying for internet service. This should have been included in the price. The only downfall to our stay was the construction to the penthouse on the same floor that we stayed on. The Hilton South Beach was a perfect hotel for our one-night stopover in Miami. The hotel staff we incredibly helpful and courteous. I would definitely consider staying here the next time we're in town.

We really enjoyed the suite we stayed in. We had booked a partial ocean view. It was farther back from the ocean than I had anticiapted. I was prepared to pay for an upgrade to ocean front, but no rooms were available. The only complaint is one of the sliding balcony doors would not lock. The hotel fixed it immediately though. Relaxing, friendly, clean, modern place to stay with great pool area and beach access. Full pool and beach "butler" service for drinks, food and comfort. Fabulous beach chairs to rent by the day. Same wonderful chairs free at the pool area. Customer service is a plus... very pleasant and accomodating staff. I would/will definately stay there again.

Great hotel in tip of south beach. Suffice to say that Kardashians are staying there when in South beach. It is in a quite area but close to all the action on Oceandrive.

I came to Miami, in route to Bahamas, for the celebration of my 25th High School Class Reunion. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had!!! My classmates and I look forward to our next visit. Perfect access to South Beach! My only regret was that I only spent one night there.

The hotel has created a car parking monopoly. And I have to hand it to them, it's pretty slick. There is no option to park your own car at this hotel, valet only, which is fine, however, it costs $35/day to park at this hotel.....ridiculous in my opinion. The parking lot adjacent to the hotel boasts cheaper rates, however, you cannot park there between […] 3am-7am. So you're stuck paying the $35 per night at the Hilton. There is a charge for sitting in the chairs posted up by the hotel on the beach (umbrella is extra!). This includes guests of the hotel. I understand this is south beach we're talking about, and everyone is a millionaire, but that is crazy. We just laid our towels down directly in front of the chairs for spite! A couple positives are the staff, location, and attached restaurant. The staff was always courteous. Our bellman, waiter, and receptionist were all helpful and descent people. The cuban dishes at the restaurant are tasty. The hotel is setup in a great spot for beach access, restaurants, and bars. Overall in my opinion this hotel charges south beach rates with an outdated 80s decor look and feel. I would not stay at this hotel again and I usually lean towards the Hilton brand on most vacations. Läs mer

Wonderful support provided by all staff from check in, room service, dining room, and beach support. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and felt like our honeymoon was recreated! Great food in a location that is accustomed to guests from around the world. We look forward to returning this year.

The hotel is located in an area where you can find varaiety of restaurants either for breakfast or dinner with super nice views and reasnable prices, and close to the bayside area in the miami down town which is a must see place.
