Staff was very freindly, room very nice, and the bed was a great place to sleep.

This hotel physically did not appear like the picture advertising it. The room appeared dirty,pillows were old and held odor and did not appear to be clean. Bed linens were checked for bed-bugs. The towels are adequate, room had microwave and refrigerator. Toiletries provided included shampoo and face/body soaps. Continental breakfast consisted of […] packaged rolls and cereal. I would definitely pay a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else. Do not stay here!! The room smelled like mildew. The carpet was patched in places. The bathroom decor was a pink and black swirl from the 1980s. The bathroom walls had several holes and cracking. Thank goodness I was only there one night. It was completely disgusting!! I liked this place not bad, the pillows were a little unconfortable, and our toilet got clogged, I called the front and they did supply a plunger for us. Over all it was an Ok place to stay.

I SAW THE REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL AFTER I HAVE BOOKED IT. FOR MY SURPRISE IT IS A NICE HOTEL IN A GOOD LOCATION WITH QUIET COMFORTABLE ROOMS AND A GOOD RATE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO STAY THE NIGHT, THIS IS THE PLACE.

Very quiet hotel and well-maintained. Did not feel like just a two star. Very convenient to interstate, shopping centers, fast food, sit-down restaurants, etc. We were able to park right at our door, and our pets were welcome. The room did not smell of smoke as many other "non-smoking" rooms do. There is a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and free internet. […] There's only one bottle of shampoo provided and two slivers of bar soap, but all this was plenty for us. These hotels are mostly the same. Indian owned poor service. You get what you pay for it was inexpensive so the towels were cheap and the bed lines although clean were cheap. This would have been a bargain at half the price. Also the second night I stayed there they told me I would have got a better rate had I not booked through this web site.

i stayed at this hotel and the room was big and bed was comfortable. the room never got cool enough. the sheets would not stay on the bed. when i got home i checked my account the next day and they charged me $10 for a tv remote that they said was missing. it was on the bedside table when i left so i am not sure what they did with it. when i called […] they didn't care what i said. i was wrong. i know $10 is not a lot of money but it is the principle. i did not take the remote. what would i need it for. i can get a universal remote at the store for 5 bucks. do not stay here if they get $10 from everyone they will never go broke. i guess that is what they do. Our stay was very minimal on the quality side. Our room was not stocked with enough towels or toilet paper. We found clothing in the room left by a previous guest. The pool was not clean & ready to use even those the weather was in the 90's. The local pamphlets were not in good condition. The Continental breakfast was very basic. Would not stay here […] again. We planed on staying at the hotel for two evenings. We drove down from our home in St. Louis to see the Cowboys game and visit family. We were greeted in a friendly manner. However soonafter, was given trouble about the pets. We called the Super 8-800 number and made reservations. We paid the 7 dollars per day per pet fee. We were told we had to repay. […] (I was too tired to fight with them). The receptionist told me that from now on that we need to contact the property about pets. She stated that we should be glad that there was a pet approved room available. We were told that we would not have been able to have a room at the hotel, otherwise. We went up to the room and it was alright. It was a smoking and pet friendly room. We expected the room to be less than normal. We found a room with cigarette burns everywehre, including the tub and bibles. The bed spread was ripped. I understand that it allolws smoking and pets. However, this does not give the hotel the right to give us a sub-par room. Smokers and pet lovers shouldn't be treated as less than their non-smoking and pet free counterparts. Other than these grievances, the room was fine. We were able to get more towels from the housekeeper, as there was only one of each sized towel originally. Nice people at check-in...no problems - they had my reservation. Nice quiet neighborhood, yet minutes away from shopping & eateries. I-20 is a block away. This isn't a fancy place, but if you're looking for a place to lay your head at night, it'll work.

We really enjoyed our stay. The area was really good and we felt safe there. The service was good and the grounds were kept neat and clean. As a matter of fact the cleanliness of the outside was what we noticed first. I will definitely go back as the experience was a pleasant one. I definitely recommend this Motel to others.
