Hotell Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Laval - Laval

This hotel is really in the business to stay, Customer service is extremely excellent, the place is very clean, free breakfast. Whenever i'm going to Montreal there is no doubt, they will get the call for my room reservation. I will refer anyone to this hotel, Satisfaction guarantee.

The hotel was ok, but a disappointment for a Hampton. neighborhood behind was not the greatest and the snow removal in front walkway and parking of the hotel was horrible , had to walk in middle of lot to front doors. very limited English speaking area restaurants and no food in hotel besides frozen foods .

From the friendly front desk staff to the rooms cozy bed this hotel was perfect. The room was very spacious (king bed with pull out sofa), clean and very well maintained. The room has a refrigerator and microwave, and little counter area! There is a great grocery store next door. I a Hilton chain aficionado and the Hampton is one of the most convenient Cain either for business of family stay. This Laval location is great, clean and well equipped with a pool on top. Compare to other Hampton and high local taxes, the cost for the room is a bit on the high side, but will go back!

Most pleasurable experience at this lovely property. The staff is very professional and accommodating with very friendly attitude. I highly recommend this property to all. It is a Hilton flagged property and that is always a plus for me.

Although I stayed only one night, I already know that next time I need to stay in a Hotel, anywhere, I will look for a Hampton Inn! It was quiet, comfortable, clean, good breakfast too.

I am a Hampton Inn fan ,I was again happy with the excellent service ,comfortable bed and a very edible breakfast,something for every one.

Room was nice, not in greatest neighbourhood, but we were carrying on to somewhere else. Spoke English well.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay at the Hotel.

great hotel. Got there early but staff were very friendly and made sure the room was quickly prepared. Everything was 100 percent. Only downfall was the distance into Montreal

Front desk staff was wonderful, very friendly. We are always pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms at Hampton as we were again on this trip. Location looks a bit sketchy and we were warned several times by staff not to leave valuables in the car but we never had any issues.

Excellent staff. Very helpful during our stay. Breakfast was average and could be improved. One of the few hotels that did not charge a surcharge for additional guests. Vey happy with the over all experiance and would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, warm friendly and professional staff. The room was very confortable and quiet, even though we were near the elevators. My daughter loved the pool and breakfast, she loved it so much that she was crying and didn't want to leave..."why was her room no like this" We compromised and told her we would return for a longer stay. I chose this hotel because I thought that it was close to the airport. It is not. It was an expensive cab ride from the airport, and my driver got lost (although did not rip me off - he was really lost). It is also not close to the center of Montreal, where my business was. So I spent a great amount of money on cab rides. The facility, however, was […] immaculate, arguably the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. The furniture/accessories appeared to have been recently updated/contemporized, the bed big and comfortable, and the new flat screenTV had several US cable channels (not so downtown) which mattered after a hectic trip in to Canada. The staff was particularly accommodating and informative. The breakfast appeared to be modestly above the standard hotel free breakfast, the area for eating was clean and well appointed. Had a good experience at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The only area that I feel could be improved would be the hot option at breakfast time. On our first morning, the omlettes that were pre-made had no flavor and were rubbery in texture. My wife and I chose the Hampton Inn -Laval because it was close to where our friends reside. The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Although located in french Quebec the staff all spoke english perfectly. The room was very clean and the queen size bed was very comfortable. The location was fine for our stay but […] may not be for someone on an extended stay as there are no grounds to speak of. The hotel is located on a fairly busy divided six lane Cure'-Labelle Blvd. There are plenty of places nearby to eat, shop or get services. The hotel is close to major highways leading into Montreal ( a beautiful city to visit ) which is less than a ten minute drive. There is a breakfast included every day which featured eggs, bacon or sausage along with other lighter fare including cereal. A fitness room and nice indoor pool are also available. Hotel is well located for travellers not wishing to stay in downtown Montreal. Easy access to highways going to downtown Montreal or to Quebec City. Service was friendly and efficient. A lovely clean and new hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended a good place for dinner. The neighbourhood has a lot of Greek food. the pool and facilities are great.

Trés calme, situé à 15 km de NY : chambre spacieuse, propre et bien insonorisée (6è étage). personnel avenant. petit déjeuner inclus, un peu léger. Repas du soir un peu frugal mais correct. La navette de l'hotel vous emmène gratuitement à l'arrêt du bus 163 pour NY (20 mn). - enfants contents - pisine ! (malgres qu'elle soit un peu bruillante -ventillation et accoustique-) - petit dejeune un peu pauvre mais tres acceptable. - pas de frigo dans notre chambre. - tres bon conditionnement d'air. Sinon, pour nous, excellent choix et tres content du sejour.

Accueil très sympathique, souriant et disponible. Le petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. Le seul bémol, c'est que nous avions demandé un lit pour notre fille de 3 ans 1/2 à la réservation qui n'était pas présent dans la chambre.

une des raisons pour lesquelles nous avons choisi cette hotel est qu'il y avait une piscine. Malheureusement, elle était très mal entretenue. L'eau puait et était visqueuse. Ma fille était très déçue. Le coût pour un petit lit pliant est un peu exagéré: 15$ par nuit je trouve ca un peu excessif.

l hotel est tres chaleueux,le foyer en entrant nous fait sentir bien,c est calme et tres courtois.le personels tres a l ecoute de nos besoins.nous recommendons sans hésiter cet hotel et nous retournerons c est sur nous avons adorés,, merci a tout le personnels
