Ok ställe, frukosten var av den sämre sorten. Trasig brödrost och bara vitt bröd och muffins. Rummet var rent och som det brukar vara i den prisklassen. Inga överraskningar.

Vi hamnade mitt i de historiska vingslagen i Alamo. Intill fanns också en mall för shopping och vårt barnbarn köpte en riktig cowboyhatt. Det var jättefina; bra hantering av bilen som kom direkt nr vi ville ha den.

Bra hotell med bra service. Frågade receptionisten efter en extra madrass till bäddsoffan och fick det levererat kort tid efter. Underbart med frukost som tillagas efter beställning, dock var det knapert utbud i frukostbuffén.

"I would stay again"
The manager on duty was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. For the $ it was a great deal. The ONLY gripe I would have is that the a/c was not turned on for me and it took about 30 mins to cool the room down, other than that no complaints and I will definitely be staying there again.Verifierad gästrecension

Although located on the frontage road of a busy freeway, the room was very quiet and allowed me a restful night of sleep. The staff was friendly and very accommodating with my requests. "Not a recommend"
Tub leaked so bad it went to the 1st floor a/c heat did not work. The tv would shut off randomly they gave us the room next door to take showers the drain plug did not work so you had to stand in water the tv in the 2nd room had no remote the a/c worked so we opened the door so we could heat our room. "NO SECURITY"
After spending the night, the next morning we found that our car had been broken into. Car window was broken and we lost @ $2000 in merchandise. The motel security cameras are worthless. Only ONE camera was recording and it is a sorry video that cannot be used. The cameras appear to be only keeping track of the grounds keeper location. Theft occurred […] at 3:30am. Most Best Westerns are pretty good, but this one drops the ball. The carpets in the room are old and filthy. Everything is extremely old and outdated - old television, old bathtub/showerheard, the toilet had trouble flushing, the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine when the light was turned on. We came to San Antonio to go to Schlittterbahn and Fiesta Texas, and this hotel was equally distanced between the two. It was also only about 15 minutes away from downtown.
