Well aware that the hotell wasa bit far from the beach and centrum I did not regret a bit that I stayed here. VEry comfortable room and all that you need, a little bit rusty the cooking device, but still ok to boil som egg if you want. Fresh pasteries to buy just over the street, big supermarket 10 min away by foot where you can buy all that you need, including wines. W.e did not tryied the pool, but that looks also as a nice spot. All together worth the money for what was offered.

Hotellet var bra och hade vackert bakgård och simpol. frukost var OK. lobbyn var inte så ren. Rummen var bra. snälla personal. Bra läge.

"Lagom nära strand och stad"

Hemska rum. Det första rummet vi blev erbjudna var skitigt, bajs från något djur. Sprickor i väggarna och luktade mögel. Det andra rummet var bättre men fortfarande skitigt och illa medfaret med sprickor i väggarna och avflagnad färg. Luktade mycket rök. Det tredje rummet smutsigt med sprickor och i renoveringsbehov.. Vi bodde tio dagar på Igoudar Appart hotel i 10 dagar och är jättenöjda. Billigt boende, inget lyxigt men för de pengarna kan man inte räkna med det. Läget var perfket ner till stranden och bakomliggande gator (10-15 min gångväg) fanns bra affärer med fasta priser, café/konditori, affärer med det dagliga man behöver. En skön lugn hotell med trevlig poolområde. "Good basics"
It is a very lovely budget hotel. The apartments are rather large and offering everything that you could need. You can tell that it is very clean. the beds are very comfortable. The pool is rather lovely. It would be nice to have Wifi in at least part of the hotel. Also, although I found the staff to be lovely, there was one lady working the front desk. […] She yelled at me and was very rude when I tried to take a towel to the beach (not to use on the beach/sand but on a chair). "Not a great experience"
The room was average for budget Morocco places. The kitchenette is a nice touch, but quite small. Having a refrigerator was nice. Unfortunately, we didn't stay very long. They had no hot water. When I let them know, they called someone and later informed me they didn't have anyone who could fix the problem. They have a sister hotel across the street […] and offered us a room to shower in over there. I asked that they just move us over there since they'd have to clean the room after we bathed anyway, and they ended up doing that. I found the staff member to be quite responsive. I stayed here with my girlfriend for a week in November 2012. I have to admit, I was a little bit worried about this hotel when I read through the reviews on Trip Advisor. However, they surpassed all expectations. The bottom line is this: don't go to this hotel if you expect 5* quality. "Run down but staff friendly and helpful"
I have stayed at this hotel in the past and in comparison to my previous visits it is somewhat run down the bathroom shower and bath tub needs replacing although me and my family were able to have hot showers or baths when we wanted the staff were both friendly and helpful and cleaning was completed every day and clean towels were provided .No wifi […] was available but we could access this service at the sister hotel Targdirt I would stay again as we use it as a base while visiting family but would not recommend to newbies to Morocco Läs merVerifierad gästrecension från Expedia

"Hotel In need of a facelift"
Hotel was very shabby and in need of a facelift. Bath enamel had worn away, shower hook on wall, but no hook on shower attachment to fit it to! Toilet door didn't fit as it has warped. Bathroom and "kitchen" area in desperate need of a facelight, very gloomy. Only one unbrella by the pool. Had large bar area which was always closed, would have been […] good to have been able to buy a drink at the hotel, hence we went out most of the time. Loved it. More like an apartment with daily housekeeping--no soap or shampoo though, so bring your own. Spacious and clean; pretty good location 2 blocks away from the beach. Good value for price. Your in a great location, a 5 min walk from the beach, and depending on your room, you can see the beach. "DREADFUL!"
I resrved 2 rooms at this hotel. we ended up not being able to stay in them. We arrived at 10PM. There were no towels, no toilet paper and the pillows with black spots had no pillow cases. We were able to get toilet paper but they were not able to give us the towels and the pillow cases because the cleaning ladies had already left! We had to leave […] and find another hotel. "We did not enjoy ourselves"
When we arrived the front desk personal told us that she did not have our reservation. We had booked and paid online and showed her on our laptop the entire confirmation. She told us that we had to go to an internet cafe down the street and print it out. We went but every keyboard was in french which made it impossible to type our American English passwords […] into our account. We returned stressed and upset for her to inform us that she had received it. We went to our room it had not been cleaned. We had to wait. There was black mold all over the bathroom walls. "Massive apartment"
Booked a double bed apartment as that was the closest option to having a double bed room (was quite reasonably priced too). It turned out to be a big apartment with lounge, kitchen, bathroom and a reasonably sized double bed room. The hotel is well located as well. A bit run down but clean. Don't stay here unless you care nothing for noise, no privacy, at best indifferent service, and a general lack of comfort. The staff acts like they are doing you a huge favour in dealing with you, and the rooms are close to derelict. If you are looking for cheap basic accomodation ok, but..... The neighbourhood is noisy, the hotel itself is on it's ast legs. I only got the resemblance of decent service after spreading quite a lot of tips, several 100 DH. The first room was groundfloor, meaning everybody could not only look into my room, they could actually enter, fridge not working. […] Second room stovetop not working, fridge barely. These are quite basic apartmets - not very modern, but very clean & comfortable. The apartment itself is huge! we were a couple and had a 2 bed apartment to ourselves. Great place to bring children. "Igoudar, a just ok hotel for an affordable price"
We got to Igoudar and it was ok, for the price you don't expect much anyway. There was no room available when we got there at around 11am so we had to wait for guests to check out. We came back at around 1pm, the lady at the reception gave us the key to the furthest room they have, you litterally have to climb a lot of stairs just to get to the room, […] you need to be in good shape to handle the climb, since i went there with my mother that can have a hard time climbing all those stairs we requested another closer room that we got after getting attitude from the lady in the reception. Overall, it's clean, quiet not like some of the reviews suggested, could use some fresh paint and you have to ask for stuff, like i had to ask for a missing bath towel. What a lovely restful surprise. A quiet hotel apartment close to the sea with sea view in some cases . Each little apartment laid out so you don't intrude on others and feel a sense of space and privacy . The cooking and bathing facilities are basic but functional. "Sea, Sun, Sand & Shopping."
Agadir, while not a true experience of Morocco, was a pleasant and fun seaside resort. Six of the seven days (mid October) were bright with 25C days but cool evenings. Facilities and environs were excellent. Good choice of food/drink outlets (each offering a similar menu) and reasonable shopping. The Igoudar was excellent. Although basic and well-worn […] the rooms were clean, roomy and well equipped. The room was cleaned daily (pleasant surprise for s/c). Good location. Friendly and helpfull staff. The only minor quibbles would be the shortage of powerpoints and limited surface area in the kitchen. Lacked aircon, so worth thinking about the time of year that you stay here. Well worth a visit.
