Bra hotell med helt ok standard. Servicen var bra. Frukosten var också helt ok. Engelskan är sådär men det finns alltid någon som kan som kan assistera. Läget är det vi var missnöjda med under vistelsen. Åker vi dit igen väljer vi nog ett hotell som ligger närmre buss och tågstationen och det är även där det finns en hel del intressant shopping.

Vi var två par som bodde med utsikt över hamnen och den var så fin så vi ville knappt lämna våra rum. Bra läge på hotellet och trevlig personal. Vi kan rekommendera detta till andra gäster.

The staffs are very helpful and polite, but the room is too small. I stayed at a standard dubbleroom, but the room is as small as a singel room at a hostel. "First time stay at this hotel"
This hotel is located at a very convenience location and room is clean and ppl are friendly and helpful. But the room was really very small from the door to the bed takes less than 3 steps. Toilet shower head very noisy and water temp up and down fast. Toilet bowl position very squeeze. But overall still good and nice to stay in.Verifierad gästrecension

The location is very convenient: food, shopping, transportation, etc. Other than that, I did not enjoy one thing from the room such as the smell from the air conditioner, a cockroach showed up during my 1st day shower, individual boiler but not enough hot water to finish a shower leisurely, no space for a stand or tiny dressing table to place your stuff […] (may be they expect the guest to put everything under the bed, when I saw the pipes in the bathroom, I thought I checked in a public housing instead of a hotel, free wifi was not working at all until my husband made a complaint and insisted their concierge to check on it...as a conclusion, it's not worth what I paid for at all. "Good location."
Very good location and very close walking distance to airport coach that goes to the airport, as well as MTR that connect to all part of HK. Room is tiny but it's ok. "Pretty good for a budget stay"

"Take other option"

The water pipe in each room made very loud noise whenever you or your next door are using water. The room is so small, there is no table to put your person belonging, you are forced to put everything on the floor. Toilet just closed to shower head in the bathroom, when you take shower, the toilet and sink are all got wet all the time. "A cheaper motel, definitely not a hotel"
The bed is right AT THE DOOR. There was a 5 inch deep cubboard ON the wall, which serves as your table, closet, desk, and your night stand. There is no other furniture in the room, total about 80 sf, as there is no space. The bathroom has a corner which is where you shower, with a curtain to keep the water from shedding onto rest of the bathroom. However […] shower water WILL flow freely all across the bathroom till it drains into a hole on the floor. The bathroom sink is a 1 foot diameter tiny one with no place whatsoever on the side. You put your glasses, etc, on the towel shelf behind the towels. Since the bed is directly stuffed against the wall on one side, you rub against the wall when you sleep. Forget about cleaniness. The hotel is located right in the middle of the red light area in Mongkok, with plenty of "business people" right in front of your hotel entrance, which, interestingly enough, is outside the lobby (since there is no space in the lobby), direct from a "park" which is crowded with quite scary characters. The staff tried very hard to do their job, but are obviously poorly trained. We stood at the reception when checking out, waiting for them to "check the room" for a good 20 minutes, and heard the walkie talkie ourselves sayng the check is over. Yet the staff paid no attention and kept on doing something else, which we thought was some sort of paperwork. Turned out, she was just paying attention. "Smallest hotel room"
Very surprised how small our double bed and room size. This was the smallest hotel room with 4-5 stars price we never had in our life. I recently stayed at Hotel MK for 5 nights whilst in Hong Kong. Before arriving there I was a little nervous as I'd read some mixed reviews of the hotel. When I got there I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was very clean, simple and modern and I needn't have worried about anything. I always look for a bargain when traveling. Hotel MK was definitely a bargain, and I'm not really picky since I'm usually out sightseeing or sleeping while in the room. I booked the standard room (no window#. In my opinion, there are a couple of really good reasons to consider this hotel, and a couple of reasons you might either consider one of the […] larger rooms or another hotel altogether. On the plus side, the hotel is in what I consider a great location. It's just off Nathan Rd., where there is a whole world of shops and restaurants, and it's very close to the Mong Kok MTR station when you want to "hit the road." The staff was very accomodating, and it seemed like a safe place to stay, requiring use of the room key to access the elevators. My room, and the hotel in general were clean, if a bit worn. Really no issues there. Mattress was in good shape and comfortably firm, which is a big plus for me. On the downside, the dimensions of the room MUST include the bath #water closet). The room was a couple of inches longer than the single bed and roughly the same width. There was no night stand or table. The only "furniture" was a valet that would hold about four hanging items and a shelf space on top just big enough to place my computer and some toiletries. My clothes remained piled on my pack on the floor for my entire stay. It is TINY. The bathroom had just enough room to turn around in and is truly a water closet. "Great for the Price"
Ok. That is the word used to describe this hotel. The rooms are small. But who cares? It was cheap and in a great location. The staff are really friendly and quite helpful. Check-in was simple. My room was very clean and was cleaned every day. The WiFi worked well. A bit slow but it was free so I think it's acceptable. The air-conditioning was wonderful. […] You control it and it can be VERY cold. Don't go in expecting to walk around your room. It's literally just a small room with a bed, power outlets, a small TV, dresser, and a closet of a bathroom. For my 2 night stay in Hong Kong it was great. The room is very small. Its not convenient. Its far from MTR. I stayed for 5 nights. I hanged the clean room up sign everyday, I think bedsheet was not replaced. No hair dryer. No fridge. "Not that bad"
The staff was friendly, though they do not speak English that well; I had to draw a picture of what was wrong with my room in order for one of the receptionists to understand. The location is great; close to the Mongkok MTR station. If you are traveling straight to the hotel from the airport, make sure you have landmarks and such to help the cab driver […] know where it is because mine didn't and dropped me off at the wrong place! The only things I did not like about the place is 1)the wifi was spotting depending on which floor you were on. I was originally on 8, and it was fine. But when I moved to 6, I had to use the 5th floor wifi and the 7F wifi was spotty as well. 2) on 6F, whenever someone used the bathroom upstairs, I could hear the pipes. 3) The other guests were too loud at some points, but the front desk was of no help because they didn't understand what I was trying to say. Also, the staff that was in charge of cleaning the rooms would often leave their walkie-talkies on early in the morning (around 7 am) so I could hear the loud conversation going on. "Surprise gem"
I was on my own. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I was surprised at the smallness of the room/cupboard but managed to do everything using all of the floor area to spread out. The bed was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom has shower, toilet and basin. Everything you need but the size is really for one person. There was a plasma TV, wifi, […] kettle in the bedroom. Hotel room is super super small. My hubby and myself travelled from Japan and stopover at Hong Kong. We have 2 luggages of winter wears but the room is too small to place our luggages. There is no space for us to open the luggages. We have no choice but to place it on the bed and on the floor and after selecting out whatever we want in the luggage, […] we have to place it under the bed. There is no wardrobe, only a flat cabinet, which allow maximum of 3 T-shirts hanging in the cabinet. A flat screen TV place on top of the flat cabinet together with a electric kettle. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Smallest hotel room I have ever seen. Room was about 2meter by 2meter. The double bed just fit in the room, by about 10centimeters. I went to complain that I had booked a superior room. The lady said the difference between a standard room and superior room is you get a window! Do not stay here.
