I made my rsvp in February for a May 2013 stay. In March I called directly to the hotel office and spoke with the front dest to have a crib added to my room. I was told no problem. When I arrived in May, I was told that in the single bed rooms no crib is allowed it is a fire violation. Hotel was sold out. I was very upset. The hotel ruined my vacation […] and I will not stay there again since no one there,including the manager, seemed to not know how to accomdate a guest when an error is made by there staff. Our stay at the Hampton Inn was great. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. Our stay had to be extended 3 days and they were great about making sure we had the same room and even arranged for a late check out on the day of our departure. Our only complaint was that manager refused to even consider upgrading us to a king size room (not a question of price..just wouldn't do it). Also the room was the smallest I've been in in a long time...almost cramped.

i got a 1-qeen bedroom. rooms are a bit small. if you like to walk around in your room and talk to the phone, this is not the room for you. however the room is fully equipped with microwave, fridge and even laptop holder. Also, the breakfast was very good including the nice hotel staff.

We had a great stay. We have had good service and the quality of the hotel and room is very good. When we come to the area this is where we choose to stay. The breakfast is great and the beds are very comfortable.

I was very pleased with Pam the front desk clerk. Everything was ready when we got there. The room was very neat and clean. She did a fantastic job. The breakfast preparer was very corgial and volunteered to make waffles for everyone, which was also very nice! I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends!

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room we had came with a microwave and refrigerator plus a HDTV. Breakfast in the morning was one of the best we have had in a hotel. Everything was freshly cooked and included eggs, hash browns, sausage, pancakes, fresh fruit, biscuit and gravy. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful.

Out of all the hotels down this road, I would highly recommend the Hampton Inn. Not only do you feel like you're right at home, the breakfast is excellent! It's worth paying more to stay at this place then to stay in another hotel down the road. The staff was friendly. Everytime my family & I visit Arkadelphia, we stay at the Hampton.

Stayed for two nights in mid June. Maintenance, quality, cleanliness were very good. Staff, from the manager to the janitor were very pleasant people ready and willing to help in any way at the drop of a hat. The only issue we had with our stay was we were on the third floor and the vending machines were on the opposite end of the building from where […] we were but most of all the soda machine was eating coins and not accepting bills. we stayed 2 nights in april 2012. The pool was wonderful. my 3yr, old grandaughter loved it. The room was great, had everything we needed. Would be nice if they had outdoor seating around the hotel. The last day we did notice one cement table on the back side. something to sit on while the kids run around the grass would be great.

Great hotel and the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. The rooms were smaller than any Hampton I've stayed at before, but were still comfortable. The fitness center had no towels or water for the users. Location was great.

We were impressed with the room, a full shower instead of tub/shower combo, comfortable bed, plenty of sheets, blankets, and towels, and decent size. Staff was friendly, check-in easy. Great trip.We go to that area at least once a year and will plan to return next year. Didn't encounter any problems. Hotel accomodations were good. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

We arrived after 11 p.m. and were greeted by a friendly check-in staffer. We were two parties (my sister and I were staying in one room with my one-year-old and my brother, his girlfriend, my nephew and my brother-in-law were in another). Check in went very smoothly. The room smelled fresh and clean and the linens were soft. The bed was so comfortable. […] My sister and I were in a room with a king size bed and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and varied and the man running the area was pleasant and helpful. He even stopped by the table to clear our plates and offer a smile to my daughter. Check-out was easy too since I had paid through hotels.com. My only two complaints: the elevator is kind of loud and seemed like it needed maintance. Also, since we arrived so late, it was a little hard to navigate the exit from the highway (we missed the turn in to the hotel the first time), but that's not exactly something they can fix nor is it their fault. So just be careful and go a little slow once you exit if you are traveling late at night and you will be fine. Läs mer

My wife and I were extremely happy with this Hotel. It is fairly new and is kept in good condition. The room was comfortable and CLEAN! We felt safe with the location and had a great night's sleep. We will definately stay there again on our next trip to Arkansas and would be happy to recommend it to our friends and family.
