Fint hotell i bra område, dock får man sätta lite tid på att pendla med byten men det får man nog nästan var man ens bor i London. Hotellet ligger mitt i affärskvarter och det finns inte jättemycket att titta göra kvällstid men annars är det kanon. Mycket trevligt och prisvärt hotell. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukostbuffen var kanon.Rent och trevligt rum. Nära till tunnelbanan, men lite svårt att hitta ut för det enormt stort med hur många affärer som helst där nere.

Jag tillbringade en helg i London och bodde på hotellet fredag till söndag. Rummet var fräscht, stort, tyst och välstädat. Personalen var vänlig och förekommande på ett effektivt och professionellt sätt. Frukostbuffen var generös. Det var för övrigt också en upplevelse att bo i en stadsdel med så mycket glas och betong. This is a excellent Hotel. Well situated in the Business area just a 5 minutes walk to either tube og Docklands Light-Train, brings you to central London within 10 minutes. 2nd time stayin at this hotel. Good location - 5 mins from the nearest underground which takes 5 minutes to get to all sight seeing attractions and into the heart of London. Also 2 mins from the O2 which has lots of food and drink places. Hotel was really good, clean and excellent service when needed. Bar prices a little bit high even if it is london […] and a Hilton but plenty of other options in the area. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great location for O2. Just one stop on the tube. Hotel clean. Room did not have bath robes as expected. So ladies pack your pj's!! Hair dryer very good. But not much light for mirror use to do make-up. Bar staff miserable but that does not bother me. Check your room service charge for the fridge. I had my own coke but when I took it out the fridge […] it apparently has a sensor and the hotel charged me for it. I told them it was my own and was sorted immediately. Have stayed here before but this time was disappointed due to no robes or slippers in the room and the mini bar being half empty. Despite phoning the front to inform them and request the missing items non were replaced. After our evening out we decided to have a drink in the bar, my husband waited at least 10 minutes to be served and was only when he […] asked the bar man if he was ignoring him did he get served. The Hotel near the tube

Front desk staff very efficient and friendly. Great location, just afew stops from Bank underground station which connects to the Circle line to most London attractions. Room very big and extremely modern and clean, bed firm but a great sleep, nice modern bathroom. Tesco mini supermarket just a block away and Canary Wharf shopping Mall and food court […] just across the footbridge. If you get a great hotels.com rate like I did it is a good base for London. Fed up with arduous journeys back to Berkshire everytime we see a gig at the O2, I decided to stay over somewhere convenient after seeing Snow Patrol last weekend. This hotel is perfect for that. One stop only on the Jubilee line. Canary Wharf tube station is only 3-4 minutes walk. we drove there and used the hotels secure underground carpark, very […] convenient. The hotel struck me as unlike many city centre hotels. It is large and uncramped. It never seemed too busy and there were always plenty of attentive and polite staff on hand to help straightaway. The room was a very generous size especially for city centre and very well equiped. Steer clear of the mini bar though the prices are extortionate! The food at breakfast is buffet style and all tastes well catered for. I have no idea why I haven't thought to do this before. We had a fantastic time both at the O2 and the hotel with no travelling stress. I bet we were back in the hotel bar after the gig while some were still queuing to exit the O2! Stayed here for two nights as we were going to a concert at the O2. The hotel is excellently situated for this purpose. The staff were exceptional and a credit to their employer's. I seldom visit London but I would definately stay here again.

Could not fault this hotel at all. Great location, easy access to all public transport routes. Clean, fabulous service and lovely staff, they could not have been more helpful. Blissful breakfast.

Stayed here after an evening in Central London, was a little tricky to get to, mostly due to the snow we had in January but once we arrived that was all forgotten about. Friendly & helpful staff - we asked for a late checkout after arriving later than planned, they accomodated without a problem. Second time that we have stayed at this hotel this year. We were given a free upgrade and the service and friendliness of the staff is always superb.

Location is first class. 5 mins walk to the underground or DLR. Staff are really friendly without going over the top. The room we got was upgraded and excellent. I'm sure the standard room are good too. Breakfast is also really good with everything you could want. 10 out of 10

A lovely quiet hotel with well apponied bedrooms and very attentive staff. A little far out if you want to go anywhere in the West End, but a super place for an overnight stay or even longer. The usual good Hilton breakfast awaits you in the morning!

My visit pertained to the tennis championships at the O2. The Hilton Canary Wharf was perfect for this. If you are able to upgrade to the executive level, the amenities in the lounge are excellent, the breakfast and afternoon tea are wonderful. Even though our romantic package didn't go to plan, the hotel tried to get everything sorted and wavered the extra cost. The exec lounge is wonderful and all free. From the check in to the check out our time at the Hilton canary whalf was first class, the room was spotless , the breakfast was first class even thou it was very busy (even had smoked salmon on buffet!!) overall very nice area ,very near O2 .would def go again

Business Hotel in Canary Wharf which means it's cheaper and quiet at the weekend. On the jubilee line so fine for access. Plenty of standard chain restaurants (All Bar One, Cafe Rouge, Pizza Express etc.) in the vicinity.

the hotel was well placed for the O2 and the staff were friendly and very helpful, would recommend it to everyone to try. the room we stayed in was clean and tastefully decorated.

Extremely rude check-in desk attendant and strange odour in room - somewhat like a public toilet.

This was an outstanding hotel for our London stay. It has a good location near the Jubilee line and on the DLR line but it is easier to use the Jubilee line and just walk to the hotel thru a bulding and across the pedesrian bridge over the canal. the canary wharf location is perfect for business travelers. Warm staff and excellent free breakfast.

Although slightly out of the centre, it only took a short trip on the tube - jubilee line. I would recommend getting off at the Canary Wharf metro stop, turning left upon exiting the station, walking through the shopping centre doors (like everybody else - approx 10metres between entry and exit), coming out the other side and crossing the bridge - turn […] left after bridge and walk alongside river for about 10m then follow road right and hotel is about 20m ahead on left hand side. Only takes 10min max. Hotel itself looks a bit plain from outside but welcome was very good and staff very professional. Room was fantastic - junior suite. Lots of room, enormous bed, great view from huge panoramic window, bath and separate shower. The access to the exec lounge - which we didn't really have time to take advantage of - was also fab and well worth it (complimentary drinks - inc alchol, and snacks/light buffet). There was quite a good choice at breakfast but the cooked version could have been improved upon. The area around hotel in Canary Wharf also looked good with lots of restaurants and shopping centres. Shame didn't spend more time there to explore. If you don't mind being slightly out of the centre then i'd fully recommend. I'd return. Läs mer

Excellent week-end. Hotel everthing I expected. Only 1 negastive point had to queue for breakfast two days, they needed more staff at busy times everything else was excellent. During my I stay I wnet for a guided tour of the Houses of Parliament, very interesting! Would love to re visit the hotel at some time.

The hotel was very easy to access by public transport. Everywhere was spotless. It was worth upgrading to the Executive rooms as we were able to make use of the Executive lounge which was perfect for chilling out. We had a couple of drinks and some canapes whilst watching the sun set over the Thames - lovely. Would definitely return.

Hotel staff breakfast all excellent

Staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms very comfortable thought we might hear some noise from the DLR which runs right past the Hotel but never heard a thing. Food was good drinks a bit pricey. Found the hotel handy for the O2 and would definitely stay again.

My 3 year old son and I stayed at the Hilton at Canary Wharf for one night in August as we were flying from London City Airport early the next day. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The hotel is well located right near DLR stop and 5 min walk from shops and restaurants at Canary Wharf. There is a little Tesco express next door too which was […] handy with child in tow. The staff were friendly & even gave my son a teddy bear which he loved! My only negative comment would be about room service. The hotel was great. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms are comfortable. Very close to tube station. Some nice restaurants and bars in close proximity. It's a little far from the airport when you take the tube and are carrying luggage - a taxi would have been preferable but much more expensive.

This hotel is the best Hilton we have stayed in.So freindly and so close to the O2 Arena and has great shopping centre at Canary Wharf with lots of cafes and restaurants too. Canary wharf is one stop from North Greenich on the Jubilee line so excellent to stay for the O 2 arena.A small bridge to the hotel is a 5 min short walk left from the Canary Wharf […] tube station through the Jubilee shopping centre. We stayed here also in May and loved this hotel so much this is our second visit. as it has really spacious rooms and the best breakfast selection I have ever seen in a Hotel. This hotel has excellent service and standard, particularly if you consider the price we paid. The full breakfast, which was included in the price, was also excellent. perhaps a sign at underground train station for your hotel would aid fellow travellers? Inside the room a small difficulty encountered with the height of bath & narrowness of entry due to sinkcounter of wash hand basin & fold out shower screen. the adjoing areas are stunning by the riverside but totally let down by not having any refuse or recycling […] bins adjacent to the footbridge.
