Uppe på en höjd ligger detta resort. Vi hade en fantastisk utsikt över stadens fyrverkerier under nationaldagen! Rummen var stora och bekväma, alltid välstädade. Vi fick bra service, både av receptionisten och personalen i restaurangen. Allt som allt är vi nöjda med de två dygnen vi bodde här, inget att klaga på. Under vår vistelse fokuserade vi mest på att "lära känna staden", så egentligen utnyttjade vi inte hotellet till fullo, såsom pool och gym. Om man ska bo här ska man mestadels stanna kvar på resorten, annars kan man välja ett mer ekonomiskt alternativ.

"Clean and comfortable room for the night"

"Very Clean"

"Its okay"
I stay in hotels everyday and although it was adequate and the night desk clerk Richard was great, nice and tried to help us with our reservation etc. We came in after a long day of traveling and work and passed right out when we finally checked in. The morning clerk was a different story. When I woke up I went to the bathroom and noticed that the toilet […] was not cleaned properly(had crusty something on it) as well as the vanity was dirty as well. I took photos on my phone and told the front desk and was told that she personally inspected each of the rooms for cleanliness, so I asked well what happened and she started blaming everyone else even me for not reporting it sooner even after I explained to her what happened. "Not bad"
Besides the mix up with my name on my reservation not due to the hotel check in took about an hour! The place is a bit older but none the less was clean and nice. To me personally the bed was so un comfortable :( when all I wanted to do was rest!! Made my back hurt! My husband didn't complain said it was fine. Another thing out shower was clogged water […] would fill up the tub. Not sure if they were aware of that but I did let them know before I checked out. "Noise insulation not good."
The motel location is good. Next to Denney's and have discount by showing room key. The breakfast is ok. The noise insulation is not good on 2nd floor. "Unexpected deposit"
The hotel was decent. Great location, close to the outlet mall. Although what was really disappointing was that since I paid for my room with a debit card, I had to pay a $100 dollar deposit. "Very comfortable and quiet"
The quality of this Super 8 was pretty much on a par with the other Super 8's I have visited -- a fairly high degree of comfort for the price. I'm not including Super 8's that have exterior walkways and room entrances; those are noisier, more like motels and less like fine hotels. "Poor but could be worse."
I guess you get what you pay for, but this was pretty poor. Dreadful service, small pokey room with small beds and a bad breakfast. It was adequate for one night, but no more. "Good hotel value!"
We were tired and hot from a Renaissance Faire when we arrived early for our stay. The hotel had been full up the night before and the rooms were still being cleaned. The fine young lady at the desk was exceedingly warm and polite. She showed us an employee restroom where we could change out of our costumes, took possession personally of my insulin […] cooler to make sure it didn't get lost or damaged and checked with her staff on the rooms available. She was able to get us into a very nice clean room quickly and all of this with a smile...even if my husband was being a bit of a bear in the beginning. "Run, run very fast."
Stains on ceiling looked like someone opened a coke can that been shaken first. There was something on the floor that looked like ice cream tat would not come up when I tried to clean it. "fine for a night while traveling through"
Hotels.com said we were "GUARANTEED" a roll-away bed. We have five in our family. There was not a roll away bed and the hotel said that they never guarantee one will be available and that our room did not accommodate a roll away bed anyway. "First time and Last time"
Just because the motel might be low budget, doesn't mean that they don't have to do any maintenance. They should make the rooms look decent. The carpet smelled like old urine. The sink would not drain as well as it supposed to. It was gross when you brush your teeth and you see all the water in the sink. The shower curtain was filthy and the shower […] head was awful. The knob to the AC was missing. The TV had no remote control. You could buy a universal remote for $1. This was our first time there, and will be our last time there at Super 8. After booking our reservations we found a lot of negative comments on the hotel reviews but we still opted to stay there. "Closer than we expected"
Location was great. It was across the street from the outlets, and had a Denny's across of the parking lot. Gilroy gardens was nearby too. The only complaint we really had was that the shower rod in our room was loose, so the shower curtain kept collecting in the middle of the rod, and water was either splasing out of the tub or we were fixing the curtain […] every couple of minutes. "Shedding"
Walls were very thin and "BOTH" beds had hair in them so it looked like the sheets were not changed. Also, the bottom sheet was not a fitted sheet and didn't even cover the mattress or mattress cover pad that was on the bed.
