Its a great central location for Dallas. It's not outstanding but it's clean, quiet and comfortable.

The hotel staff didnt talk to you much, which made you feel unwelcome. On our second day there they decided to clean the carpets and it smelled like vomit throughout the whole hotel. I was disappointed with the stay. I had booked the room to share with my mom. I was taking her to see her first nascar race. It was easy to get to, but the walls were dirty. There was a set of foot prints on the bathroom wall. The wall next to the mini fridge was nasty. The sheets were clean. The comforter had holes and stains. The carpet was sticky. […] It was gross. The hotel looks like it needs repairs. It appeared dirty and it smelled awful. To top off when we booked the room with Hotels.com the rep told us the hotel had cribs and so she noted down we wanted a crib in the room. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel. The service was polite and pleasant and the facilities and room were clean and well kept. The breakfast was pretty good and we enjoyed the amenities, including the laundry facilities. The only draw back at all was the location. It was a bit further from Dallas than expected. Room was not cleaned properly, mirrors were dirty. Blow dryer did not work and was dirty. Carpet in room outdated and full of stains. Pillow covers had stains on them. For a two star hotel, it was great. Roomy, clean, friendly staff. A few stains on the curtains and ceiling, but carpets were clean, bedding fresh and clean. No dust. All my favorite cable channels. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Looks good from the outside, but rooms are in less than average condition. Have stayed here twice and both times the rooms were hot and stuffy when I entered, and even after running the air conditioner for several hours, the rooms did not cool down adequately. Very uncomfortable.

Right beside highway 35, easy to get in and out once you figure out the side/back entrance. Room has a desk and office chair which I really appreciate when staying in a hotel (and also a small sofa and coffee table). Definitely not shiny and new, but seemed reasonably clean. The hotel exterior appearance looks fine, its on a major intersection with a number of restaurants and fast food spots next door. The hotel staff was cordial and very relaxed to include their attire. This hotel is on the service road of I35 and next door to a Jack-in-the Box and a Waffle House although the hotel offers a more than adequate breakfast. First of all this place is not 6 miles from Cowboys Stadium its more like a 30 minute drive! The place seems worn and the room smelled a little funny but it was not visibly dirty. It was cheap so if you want nice, pay the price.

If the bath wasn't clean we would have left. Cob webs on the walls. USED soap in the shower. Dirt on the bedside table. carpet needed vacuumed. The guy behind the desk was very pleasant and accommodating with extra towels and coffee.
