a beautiful hotel, great staff who couldnt do enough to please. The only difficulty we had was that it is a little out of town and although there is a courtesy bus every hour we would have just prefered to be nearer funchal.

This hotel was not as good as other 5 star options on the island. Everything was just average and there was no memorable service or feature. The gym is terrible and the machines do not work but the pool is nice and the spa is good. Well furnished huge rooms, friendly, helpful staff, well kept facilities. Food and drink very reasonable for a 5* hotel and of a good standard. If you want to eat out and enjoy fish try Restaurant By The Sea just to the right when coming out of lift to beach. Will definitely return next year.

The Madeira Regency Palace was everything that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately we only booked a week so was torn between exploring Maderia and making full use of the hotel facilities which we didn't manage to do. The staff were proffessional and curtious without being over freindly. We will be going back for longer next time. The […] location of the hotel is in the hotel zone to the west of Funchal which is a good walk into town but there is a good bus service. It seems the norm in Madeira and not just this hotel to charge for every little extra such as towels for the sunbeds, use of parasols etc so be prepared. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice available. We only ate in the restaurant on the first night and although the food was good the local reataurants are just as good and half the cost. The only negative that I could comment on was that the bathroom fan didn't work so consequently the bathroom mirror was constantly misted up but this was only a minor irritation in an otherwise fantastic holiday. Hotellet svarte ikke til forventninger. Vedlikehold og fornying er påkrevet. Dårlige seng madrasser, som å ligge på gulvet. Grei beliggenhet og OK uteområder samt frokostsal. God frokost. Masse lokale spisesteder og cafeer i kvartalet ovenfor, hvor vi traff mange hyggelige lokale fastboende. Hyggelig betjening på hotellet.

Fint hotel med gode faciliteter. Vel er især tæpperne lidt slidte, men uden betydning for os. Pool bar dyr ifht gennemsnit. Brug yacht baren ved stranden. 2o min gang til rigtigt by liv. 60 min gang til centrum af funchal. Alt i alt fint hotel til en fin pris.

La experiencia ha sido inolvidable, las instalaciones (decoración y ambientación) ha sido excelente. El cuidado y detalles están sobradamente impecábles. Muy relagánte la estancia, la comida muy buena y para terminar, me gustaria (sin dudarlo para nada), volver a repetir ese viaje y obviamente volver al mismo hotel.

Si tratta di un ottimo Hotel che ci ha garantito un gradevolissimo soggiorno. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un sostanzioso investimento nella manutenzione e nel rinnovo degli ambienti e degli arredamenti.

Il s'agit d'un hôtel de type "industriel", sans charme et conçu pour un tourisme de masse en groupes. Si les prestations sont de bon niveau (confort, propreté, petit déjeuner, dévouement et compétence du personnel), les 5 étoiles semblent tout à fait excessives.

Hotellihuone oli siisti ja kaikki toimi hienosti. Sisäaltaat olivat hieman huolto vaille ja aamupalalla vaihtoehtoja olisi voinut olla enemmänkin. Kokonaisuus kuitenkin hyvä ja voisin suositella muillekin.

Flecken auf den Teppichen in den Korridoren hatte es, so wie ich es in ein oder zwei Kritiken gelesen hatte. Das Hotel als Ganzes ist aber definitiv ein Erstklasshotel. wenn man einmal nur die Infrastruktur betrachtet. Es ist ausserdem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. В данном отеле мы были с подругой всего несколько дней в июне 2011 г.. Вид из номера был потрясающей: на океан! Номер просторный, все что необходимо в нем имелось. Завтраки вкусные, очень большой выбор. Единственное что не понравилось это проход к океану, если карточки нет, то не дойдешь и тем более не выйдешь с пляжа. Et flott hotel som bar preg av å være godt brukt. Hadde vært godt om teppene på gulv og i ganger og rom ble skiftet ut med nye fliser som kan gjøres rene. Sjenerende flekker over det meste. Ellers var dette et bra hotel med god frokost.

屋根がマデイラの町にあった瓦を使用し、雰囲気が良い。 プールも形、大きさ、清潔さ、全てよい。 町の中心部に行くのはシャトルバスを使うが、混む時間は予約をすることが大事。

Hotellin kaikki pienet yksityiskohdat eivät ehkä täytä Suomen 5* luokitusta, mutta muuten palvelu lapsiperhettä arvostava ja siivous ripeää. Yleisesti kuitenkin siisti hotelli ja lapsille mukava leikkipaikka. Sisäpiha altaineen hieno ja tenniskenttä ok.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Außenanlagen gepflegt. Wir hatten immer einen Platz am Pool(sehr aufmerksamer Poolmann), es gab Handtücher vom Hotel. Der Yacht Club am Strand sehr angenehm zu sitzen und zu essen. Der Strand aber nur mit großen Steinen bedeckt. Die Promenade bestand nur aus Holzbohlenwegen."Probleme" […] hatten wir mit dem Zimmer, der Teppich hatte viele alte Flecken. Das Bad roch sehr oft nach Abflußrohr. Aus der Toilette lief am Boden Wasser aus. Trotz Reklamation keine Änderung. Läs mer
