Kan inte vara annat än mycket nöjd. Tillbringade 2 veckor av semestern på hotellet. Det var fräscht och rent. Härlig pool och nära till stranden. Längtar redan tillbaka.

booked a 1 bedroom king suite. very cozy room, with full kitchen (full size fridge, range, dishwasher, toaster, no oven tho). Was perfect for making a quick breakfast however the downstairs breakfast was great (french toast, waffles, parfaits, yogurt, bagels, eggs, cereal, juices, coffee, tea, apples, bananas....). "Surprising gem of a property."
This property turned out to be a surprise gem. It clearly would suit a vacationing family on their way to a cruise (which we were) and represents great value with a free barbeque thrown in the evening we were there. "Not Handicapped!"
Check in was not helpful. Beds too soft. We were put in a handi cap unit and we booked 8 months ago. We could have stayed in any other facility, but chose Marrott . We wish we had not booked here. OK, it was my mistake, but before anyone else makes it, be warned: the suite with the king bed and the pull-out sofa is really a 2-person suite. The pull-out sofe is extremely uncomfortable, the mattress is thin and you feel every wire in it, it is really not fit for sleep. The bedroom with the king bed is nice and comfortable, the kitchenette is OK […] - we didn't use it - the room is clean, and the breakfast bar is really great. "Traveling on a cruise or with pets!"
I was traveling with a pet and the front staff loved him and were very welcoming about the puppy. They had treats and with my permission gave him plenty! The only thing I would suggest is to have room service. However they had grocery pick up and a restaurant in the hotel....they also had restaurants within a stones throw of the hotel. European visitor: Very good location for Kennedy Space center and for cruise guests. Hotel staff were very friendly and always helpful, especially the breakfast staff. "A good pre cruise stay option"
Good value, I do think as a Marriott when I accidentally left a small bag behind the hotel could have sent it free of charge as I was a customer two times in a week for 4 nights. This to me would be good customer service and a way to assure repeat visits. The cost of $10-$12 dollars to you now could create more income for your establishment overall. "Review of the Residence Inn - Cape Canaveral, Fl"
We stayed at the Residence Inn for 9 days and had a wonderful experience. EVERYONE that worked there was very friendly and very helpful. Avander (Van), one of the chefs in the kitchen, was our favorite due to his outstanding and uplifting personality and his great cooking. We love you, Van!! The hotel offered a free breakfast every morning of our stay […] and it wasn't just the basics either but rather a little bit of everything ranging from oatmeal and waffles to fresh fruit and bagels and everything in between. Three of the nights they also offered dinner/snacks at no extra charge (your choice of wine and beer included!!). We got to know many of the staff by name and they remembered our as well; everyone was quick to say hello and were always more than willing to help if needed. The Residence Inn at Cape Canaveral was first class all the way and there is absolutely no place we would rather stay if we were to go back to that area for a visit. The rooms were large and were very clean, the pool and hot-tub were very well maintained.....I just can't say enough good things about this place. Well done and a big THANK YOU to the staff there! "Great Place to Stay"
My family and I were going on the Disney Cruise from Port Canaveral. The hotel was the best spot to be. There were shuttles there to take everyone to the cruise lines, not just Disney. It was a great place to stay, clean, breakfast was magnificient! Services was spectacular. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with the family. Loved this hotel and would stay again without checking out others first. Very close to cruise terminals. Took the hotel shuttle to and from the cruise terminals and also used the hertz car rental located in front of the hotel for a car to get back to the airport. All very convenient. We stayed here the night before our cruise. We could have left our car there during the cruise for $5 a night but chose to drive ourselves and pay $20 a day at the port. I've stayed here before and it is by far my favorite hotel to stay in. I will say the beds and fold out couch in the handicap room was a little more comfortable than the room I stayed in this time. This was a nice little hotel that was close to the cruise port in Canaveral. I loved everything about it - the service, the quaintness of it, the pool area, and especially the complimentary breakfast in the morning. The thing that was not good was the sleeping places. We had a suite with 2 beds and a pull-out sofa bed. The beds were quite soft and not […] very comfortable, but the sofa bed was another thing altogether. The mattress was thin and worn and the springs were sticking up and poked up into the boys' backs. I felt sorry for them sleeping on it.
