Booked a Jr. Suite. Hotel dot com had it listed as a room with a city view. Turns out it had an interior view of the retail shopping complex. Turns out all junior suites at this location overlook the interior retail complex. It was like being in an interior cabin on a cruise ship. Not what I had asked for.

This was a birthday present to my husband, I had expected a Sheraton quality hotel but this turned out to be more of a motel quality stay. It was a disappointment.

My 13 year old daughter and I went for an overnight stay in Cocoa Beach to see a concert in nearby Viera. First impressions were important here. Was greeted by a friendly staffer in the driveway, then directed to their free parking garage. The General Manager checked us in himself at the front desk. Couldn't have been any nicer. After checking in we […] headed one short block to the beach. Then we came back for a soak in the spa. Next was a delicious lunch in their restaurant The Shark Pit. The fish tacos were awesome and my daughter flipped over the hamburger topped with macaroni and cheese. They have a huge aquarium with a shark and we were lucky enough to score seats at the aquarium bar. As we ate, sharks and huge fish were inches in front of us. The hotel also has a huge two-story store, which was convenient when we needed to buy sunscreen and a tank top that I had forgotten to bring with us. The location is good, a quick walk to the beach. Hotel staff was nice but not professional. A few staff members were walking around on cell phones and talking about smoke breaks while we were checking in. We had an issue with our original room, and were able to switch rooms easily, and received free dinner vouchers at the Shark Pit restaurant to make […] up for our room problems. Dinner was not good; we definitely would not have eaten there if it wasn't free. The pool is located in the parking garage and is not secure except for a sign stating that it is for hotel guests only. Overall, the hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable but the pool area was not inviting. We will pay extra to stay at a nicer hotel next time. Läs mer

Hotel exceeded my expectations. I though it was going to be far from the beach because I was really hoping for something directly on the beach but it wasn't far at all. I was worried about the pool being too small and partly in the garage, but the kids loved it and it wasn't bad.

Great central spot in Cocoa. The beach is a short walk down the street. I love the fact they assign your parking depending on your room floor and it is an easy walk in. Ate at the bar one night (they had Hockey Night in Canada on one of the tv's!) and it was terrific and the price was very fair. Pool seemed more kid oriented. Fridge in room. We stayed here for one night following a cruise, hoping to get some beach time. Unfortunately, it was way too cold to go to the beach, so we never got to use this hotel's rentals and services, which was the main reason we booked it. However, we still had a pleasant stay. The layout of the hotel is a little confusing. When you drive in to park, there […] is a small sign for hotel check-in with temporary parking that takes you right to the hotel lobby, but if you miss it (like we did) and park in their garage, the entrance is through the large surf shop, with the hotel in back. I could never figure out how to get into the hotel from the parking garage, though I'm sure there must be a way. Service at the front desk was polite, but not friendly. The room we got was nice. 2 queen beds, fridge, large TV, enough room to move around, large bathroom counter area with separate toilet/shower. Decor was pleasant. You get 15% off one meal at their restaurant, which we tried. I wasn't impressed. I think pizza is their specialty. We got burgers, which were just okay. Since we couldn't go to the beach, we ended up heading to Kennedy Space Center and Merritt Island. It was an easy drive, but a bit further than we expected. There are definitely closer hotels if that's what you want to do. I would stay here again on a warm, sunny day, but not again in winter. There's not much to do here if you're not going to the beach. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The room that we stayed in was comfortable and fit our family of four well. The only thing that bothered us was the smell in the bathroom. Occasionally it would have a funky odor that was irritating and resulted in us having the fan run most of the time. I would also have to say that the floors weren't […] vacuumed very well. Floor and pool area are not secured. Bathroom floor did not look clean. Sink would backed up, hallway carpet and room carpets did not look vacuumed. Chairs in room had stains.

Front desk staff were friendly. Location is within walking distance of the beach. Charges to leave a vehicle while on cruise is fair. Some hallways and pool access were not keycard entry secured. Pool area had wet towels laying around and empty beverage cups laying around.

We were just passing through for the night and stayed here. The staff was nice and the location is in a great area of cocoa beach. I like the surf shop, reasturant and starbucks in the lobby. The downside was the rooms are very "cheap". It is a newer hotel but the only plugs for our computers and phones were behind the desk and bed. There are no safes […] and minimal storage. Läs mer

We stayed at this hotel because it was so close to port Canaveral where our cruise went out of also because it had a pool and hot tub we went on a Disney cruise and had 2 children with us when we got there we were informed that the pool was closed because of painting. We were very disappointed we were never told the pool would be closed or we would […] have stayed somewhere else. We are from northeast Ohio and were looking forward to swimming, When the pool did finally open at 4pm on our last night the pool and hot tub were very cold I asked the front desk to turn heat up and they told me it was turned off and would take 36hrs to heat up I dont understand why pool heater was off to paint walls surrounding walls for 3 days Läs mer

This Four Points hotel in Cocoa Beach was a lot of fun. Our accommodations, a junior suite, were just what we needed. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and our room overlooked the atrium portion of the hotel, including The Shark Pit restaurant and its 5,600 gallon circular fish tank. The only drawbacks to our stay there were that […] the pool (outdoor) is extremely small and the water seemed not to be heated, which would have helped in January! Air conditioner turned on and off with such a racket that it was hard to sleep. The hotel is not on the beach, but is in a central location.

Upscale facilities, adjacent to surfer's amenities and conveniences, external patrons not affiliated with hotel can be overwhelming, Starbucks coffee shop is a welcome addition.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Our only dissatisfaction was the pool---both the size and the crazy location under the parking ramp. The convenience of having a great bar/ restaurant and shopping venue inside the hotel was great.

Hotel was great, however the food quality in the restaurant was disappointing. My club sandwich was generic , bread toasted on one side only. My husband had fish and chips, which was only 3small lumps of fish. Other members of our party of 6people was also disappointed with the food served.

we stayed here from 10/21-10/25/2012. The room was very clean and comfortable. The desk staff was very accomodating. The staff and food at the Shark pit bar and grill was above wonderful. We would recommend this hotel to any and all of our friends. we will be beack next year.

Fantastic hotel. Very modern, clean and in a perfect location for cocoa beach and exploring the space coast. We had a junior suite which gave us a sitting area and the room felt very spacious. Nice vibe to hotel. Only downside was that the air conditioning was very noisy in the room. We would stay at this hotel again.
