This was my third stay at this Embassy Suites and each time I've stayed I have been more than pleased with the customer service, cleanliness, and comfort. The beds are a dream. The kids have an indoor pool. Also, if you are attending anything at the VBC the fact that the hotel is attached to the center is such a plus. Also, convenient to shopping.

We loved our stay. The rooms are a great size and the breakfest was great. We were able to come to the 5:30 to 7:30 meet and greet to have snacks and drinks and it was awesome. Thanks for a wonderful experience while we were in town.

Any time my husband and I can think of a reason to stay here we do. It's like a mini-vacation everytime. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous & the breakfast in the morning is amazing. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Hotel service was excellent. The only improvements that I would suggest are upgraded bedding, the mattress was extremly flimsy. The other suggestion would be better service and quality of food form Ruth's Chris Steak House within the hotel. The food was cold and disgusting.

LOVED extended hrs for Pool/ Spa area due to energetic kids (holidays). Restaurant and breakfast both nice, though restaurant (dinner) VERY pricey even kids items and food quality not very good at Ruth Chris for price. Comfortable beds and ample space. Accomodations were excellent!

The staff were all very couteous and professional! The rooms were very clean and alll amenities were excellent! I do recommend some attention to the plumbing design in that air in the system tends to make pipes rattle and this is a nuisance! This is isolated to where the building piping risers are located. The sound of constant running water is probably […] due to the circulation system which is located too far in the space or needs insul for noise! My huaband and I have stayed at this hotel for the past five years at Christmas. We visit family and love the central location. We have never had a bad or negative experience while staying here. I visit Huntsville several times a year for business and we stay at this Embassy Suites. The service is great. The Ruth's Chris on site is truly a plus as well as the manager's reception. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would recommend free Wi-Fi but this feature would not stop me from visiting again.

The convenience to the VBC Arena was amazing. We were able to walk through the hotel to get to the Arena. The check in wait was absolutely ridiculous. We had to stand in line for at least 15 minutes before we were told that our room was not yet ready. Hotel was very nice and clean. However, don't plan on getting into your room when you arrive. We arrived at 3:30 and could not get checked in until 6:05. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in (hockey event and concert going on) The staff was rude and could not give a reason for the rooms not being ready. Very nice facilities, professional staff, clean/comfortable rooms. Only critical comment would be the $5.60 parking charge added....this should have been part of the room charge.

Embassy is a good location for those travel on business. Really great freebie breakfast; good in room amentities and other services thru out. Would be better if wifi was free in room

The hotel is gorgeous. The staff is very helpful. I love that it's tucked away but still close to the highway. You will definitely be glad you stayed here.

We got lost & called the staff for directions, they were amazing, got us to the hotel & when we got there, they were very nice & helped us get dinner after a long trip! I will definitely go back!

Super nice place, had to pay for parking- not cool- if you drank the bottles of water in the room $3 each!!! other than that pretty good. Great breakfast, and drinks at night, attached to the von braun center, where we seen Bryan Adams, we walked right over. Staff were professional and nice.

The hotel is not located within walking distance to many attractions or services. Shuttle service is provided by the hotel for our locations. The do provide an airport shuttle service on the hour. The breakfast buffet items are inconsistent in quality, but enough items are offered to please most palettes.

Rest, relax, take in a massage, or enjoy the manager's reception with some friends. Start your day off with a freshly cooked to order breakfast. The only drawback was being charged for 'everything'. We really enjoyed this stay. Very spacious room. We travel with a service dog, and everyone was very polite about it (you would be surprised how many hotels don't like us staying with them because of our needs). I enjoyed my stay, however I was ver disappointed in the buffet breakfast, I have stayed at Embassy Suites in other cities where the buffet breakfast was far superior.

I learned on this trip to keep my magnetic card key away from my cell phone and other credit cards. Once compromised, sometimes, it will not longer work. However, the hotel staff is always available and willing to solve any hotel related issue or need. The service is great, fast and very much appreciated.

Our stay was great. The employees of the hotel were all super friendly and helpful.

nice hotel, but it wasn't a bargain

Great hotel for my family and me. This is the second year I have stayed here while attending a family reunion and I recommend it to anyone staying in the Huntsville area.

Great free breakfast,wonderful evening cocktail hour, spacious suites,attentive shuttle driver,but parking is not free nor is the internet.

This is a great hotel that happened to be attached to the convention center where I was attending a wedding. There is a indoor pool that was clean and my kids loved swimming in it. There is also a Ruth Chris steakhouse inside the hotel and they also will deliver room service if you want to stay in your room. Splurged a little on a romantic getaway... received a room with two small, tiny, beds after requesting a King at time of reservation. Hotel staff said there were no rooms available - We booked 2 weeks in advance!? There was nasty soap scum on the shower wall and ledge. Also, TV remotes wouldn't work. Acted like a low battery issue. When the 'technician' […] came up to fix them 30+ minutes after we called the front desk he barely looked at it, said it was a programming issue, and that he'd work on them the next day. Lot of good that did us since we checked out before then! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend less money elsewhere and get much better service. Läs mer

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was very large with a separate living room from the bedroom. We loved the full breakfast we got every morning and the manager's reception was nice every evening. Outside of the hotel was a beautiful pond and it was very relaxing to stroll around the park. Everything was exceptional.
