De bästa rummen ligger mot poolen där det är lugnt och skönt med balkong som vetter ut mot en lummig trädgård. Atlasbergen syns i fjärran. Kvarteren är lugna och fräscha. Gångavstånd på 15-20 min. till både den gamla och nya delen av Marrakesh. Frukosten är fin och varje kväll serveras också buffé/a la carte i matsalen. Allt smakar utmärkt. Det finns […] en uteservering vid poolside som också är helt OK. Vi fick en fin kontakt med personalen och en excellent service. Det enda minuset var att kranvattnet någon gång sinade och hade dåligt tryck på översta våningen. F.ö. var allt perfekt. Det är bra att kunna lite franska i Marrocko eftersom det är deras 1:a utländska språk som alla skall lära sig. Positives: Nice rooms, good service from staff, very helping with young children. We had a problem with our booking and the staff were very helpfull. Negatives: Lunch and dinner are expensive compared to what you need to pay in the nearest restaurant and the food is not better.

The hotel is situated near to the airport and the staff are friendly, but the hotel itself is very tired and in need of renovation. The room was clean and comfortable, but not where you would want to spend a holiday or more than a night. I have never stayed in a place where the staff were so disorganised, inept and rude!! One night in this hotel ruined my trip to Morrocco. They had no concept of customer service. The room was fine apart from the fact that the wireless internet access didn't reach that far, using the shower flooded half of the room and it was right on top of where the […] band was situated so the room litereally vibrated late into the night. Good location, and easy to find with a rental car from airport. It's about a 20min walk to the place Jemaa el Fnaa but there are always taxi's waiting in front of the hotel. We reserved two rooms, one for my children and one for my husband and I. We reserved the rooms together but they gave us rooms very far apart. I asked for a room closer together and they said the hotel was full and they couldn't do anything. That's how it is. Also the TV did not work in our room and it was above a club or something so we could hear […] music until the early hours of the morning. Me and my girlfriend stayed at El Andalous on a recent 5 day trip to Marrakech. After reading mixed reviews of the hotel on here before our stay we where not high on expectations but i have gone out my way to write this review as the level of service we received was second to none. The hotel is situated nicely between the airport and all the tourist […] attractions such as medina market - meaning you are never really in a taxi for too long. The area the hotel is situated in is lovely and reminiscent of Beverly Hills with its Palm trees and tourist friendly atmosphere - Which is a lovely break from the intimidating SELL SELL SELL atmosphere of Medina and the more run down areas of Marrakech. The hotel staff and management where very helpful (fluent English) even granting us a late 2pm check out (at no extra cost) as we where flying home in the evening. Maid service and new towels where provided daily. The restaurant serves lovely food (beware the menu is only French though and the service tend to only speak french on the food side of things). The pool is lovely and we had ample room soaking up some January Sun, although i imagine it would be alot busier in summer months. The Indoor Bar area is also superb with lavish decor. On a tourist side of things there is always taxis outside the hotel and the gates are always manned and the place is very safe and secure. For its reasonable price El Andalous is a great proposition to anyone traveling to Marrakech and I highly recommend it. Läs mer

This hotel is about 8 mins taxi ride to the main square and 15 min walk to the 'new town', so not a bad location. It has a bar and a nightclub as well, so if you're looking for some night-time entertainment, there is some available. Room service was not the best, and tea-making facilities and irons are not available. Great location, the best in my opinion because it is outside (15mins walk) the chaotic medina, next to great restaurants and shops, and a short walk from Gueliz. Breakfast: buffet. Nice hote, nice pool and would recommend it. However, quite Frenchcentric so difficult to chat to some of the staff. To be honest, they understand basic English so it didn't have a big impact. Breakfast buffet was ok. Pool was lovely. 4 stars? Definitely not but if you can get a good price, worth a stay.

Very impressive building, nice room with decent sized balcony and nice pool area. Several staff very unhelpful - they seem to only cater for package holiday guests/coach parties. The two restaurants were empty, and the buffet was definitly package holiday fayre. When we tried to order room service on our first night, no one could find a room service […] menu (despite many posters in the lift and on walls advertising it) and the meal that arrived was not good. But the location is great and the centre of town/restaurants only 25 mins walk away and the hotel is next to a stop for the hop on hop off sightseeing bus which was also a bonus. this is a huge hotel with hundreds of rooms, not friendly but ok if just here to use the large swimming pool. At the checkin, we had to wait one and a half hour to get the room as it hasn't been cleaned yet. The comfort of the room is OK and Breakfast is nice. I advise to stay in a riad rather than this huge standard hotel far from everything!

Location is convenient if you want to get away from the 'madness' in a dull 'new town' area. El Andalous isn't really 4*, its jaded, rough around the edges and a wee bit grubby. BUT the food is excellent, especially the buffet dinner, which only costs an additional fiver if booked from here. You can flex this with a three course lunch any day too. The […] mark up on drinks in astronomical - 250 - 400% for water, wine and beer, this is based on prices from the local supermarket. The prices are the same for the pool bar, restaurant, room service and 'nightclub' (appalling). Reception, housekeeping and waiting staff are friendly, kind of efficient but will not go out of their way. Overall its good value, its OK, I wouldn't say don't go. However it has an atmosphere of gloom, quiet and unfriendliness amongst the guests......I guess its because most people cant afford to drink those really expensive drinks (for this hotel) when you can have fun, luxury, funky, trendy, real Marrakech or madness up the road for the same price. L’hôtel en lui même est bien et surtout bien placé à proximité de tout. Le personnel très serviable et gentil, les chambres agréables,pas de piscine couverte contrairement à ce qui est marqué sur le descriptif, par contre le buffet est très moyen pas de choix, du poulet tous les jours et des crudités en entrées, rien de local.

C'est un hôtel pour l'été, pas pour l'hiver. On a gelé pendant tout le séjour. À part quelques clim qui servent de chauffage, tout l'hôtel est glacial. Et si on vous propose d'aller à la Fantasia de chez Ali, dites non! C'était le plus cher et le plus pourri des spectacles. De plus c'était en plein air avec 3 ou 4 degrés dehors.

Bra hotell som ligger fint til for besøk til både gammel og ny bydel. Rett i nærheten er flere restauranter med rimelig og god mat dersom man ikke ønsker å benytte seg av hotellets restauranter. Hop on and hop off Sightseeing Buss stopper rett på utsiden av hotellet. Blid, hjelpsom og hyggelig betjening på hotellet. Frokost er enkel og god og servicen […] bra. Det eneste vi har å utsette på oppholdet var litt harde madrasser i sengene og en airkondition på rommet som ikke helt virket. Ellers er vi veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. no es que es el hotel en sí esté mal, porque se agradece el aire acondicionado y la piscina con el calor que hace allí... pero algunos empleados nos trataron de muy malas maneras, en el restaurante una vez se inventaron el precio del zumo al vuelo y el tío se guardó el dinero en el bolsillo (a la saca), pone en internet que tienen minibar y luego llegas […] y es mentira (importantísimo tener agua fría allí), no hay wifi (si tienes suerte, solo en recepción), está como a 20 minutos andando de lo primero que vale la pena ver (que con el calor se hace un rato interminable) y la gente te empieza a agobiar nada más salir para que cojas un taxi y te quieren cobrar entre 20 y 30 DH cuando el trayecto, si te ponen el taxímetro, no llega a 7DH, me encontré pelos de otra gente en las sábanas... en fin, un poco de todo Läs mer

Nous avons eu un soucis à l'arrivée. La réservation n'était pas transmise entre hotels.com et l'hotel choisi et nous avons attendu 1h pour que le probleme s'arrange alors après 4h de vols c'était un peu dur....

chambre spacieuse avec tres belle vue sur les montagnes. menage OK globallement, sauf un cm de poussiere/sable sous les lits, attention allergie?. Joints dans salle de bain un peu passés. Petit dej décevant (tres peu de choix), c'est dommage […] parceque c'est un point imoprtant pour moi. point positif sur les crepes local faites devant vous (a un rythme un peu faible peut-etre). Først: Meget sødt og hjælpsomt personale generel, men personalet i receptionen havde meget lidt serviceforståelse. Fantastiske børnevenlige tjenere på rest. på hotellet; udendørs rest. havde virkelig dårlig mad og generelt for vestlig mad i stedet for landets gode kogekunst. Mange oplevelser med virkelig dårlig hygiejne på hotellet. Smukke fælleslokaler […] dog. Roomservicepersonalet meget hjælpsomme, men generelt mange fejl i hver bestilling; teens kvalitet svingede fra udrikkelig til udemærket (og vi drak en del te på vores ferie. Trods venligt rengøringspersonale, fik vi kun sjældent gjort værelset rent eller i orden, trods mange timers disponibel tid hver formiddag og middag. Il s agit d' un faux 4 étoiles. Il fallait se battre pour le petit dej et pour se réserver un transat pour la piscine. Le service est passif et les repas ne sont pas varies. Je déconseille cet hôtel. Il n y a pas de mini- club et pas de refregirateur dans les chambres. Le groupe extérieur du climatiseur se trouve sur le balcon donc impssible de profiter […] de celui ci.
