Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt med gångavstånd till CBD och dom stora gatorna. Personalen är väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig. Hotellet lever upp till förväntningarna jag hade med tanke på priset. No more no less. Fräscht rent och fint. Stort plus : tillgång till tvättmaskin och GRATIS WIFI!

Stannade i två nätter, rummet var stort och luftigt. Speciellt stort och ljust badrum. Vänlig personal som alltid var mycket hjälpsamma.

"Great but something is missing"
Hotel in an excellent location, with marvellous, kind and very helpful staff. Efficient service. Reasonably comfortable room with great views of the City. The main issue we had was the cleanliness of the room, especially on arrival - the floor rug was not only old and looking dirty but actually, was not vacuumed well. The couch and the armchairs looked […] old, dirty and smelled. There were places - radio, lights, pictures etc - which were not dusted. Bathroom looked old and thus, not fresh. One of the lights was missing. TV operation was awkward with one having to run through the available channels to find the desired one. Overall, the room - and generally, the hotel - came across as old and thus, with tired appearance, not fresh and welcoming. It is a pity as it is in a great position, with wonderful and most pleasant, welcoming staff. The room service food for one dinner was good. Would we recommend it? Yes, but with the above warnings. "Great home away from home"
Fabulous location right on Southbank next to Southgate. So close to great restaurants and the Arts Center. The hotel itself feels quite corporate and the service is efficient and very capable. "Friendly Staff and Perfect Location!"
From the minute we checked in, the staff at the Quay West Apartments were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay great. They provided us with maps, great tips and ideas for things to see and do. The rooms were fantastic and it was great having a kitchen with a dishwasher as a bonus! The apartment was in a brilliant location […] and having never been to Melbourne before, we loved that everything was walking distance from where we were staying. It was also great being so close to Southbank and all the great restaurants and festivities. The pool, spa and gym were excellent and very well maintained. "A night at Quay West"
We only had the opportunity to stay the single night, but we were quite happy with the hotel, it's location close to Southbank and only a short walk into Melbourne proper made it quite a handy place to be. The staff at the front-desk, room-service and in the restaurant weren't to be faulted and the room was plenty for myself & the family. If I had to […] make a criticism of the hotel itself, then I'd say that mini-bar prices were a tad high, but since we don't use the things at all, it wasn't a genuine issue. "Great value, great location, loads of space."
Booked this as it was very highly rated and we weren't disappointed. Excellent experience all round and in a superb location - just stroll out the door onto the riverside for bars, restaurants and great views of Melbourne city. Not cheap but very good value indeed. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We booked a one-bedroom apartment […] but it was huge and I suspect even a studio would have given the two of us (mother and adult son) plenty of space, even using the sofabed. A fantastic place to stay in a superb location. The staff were very helpful. We decided to upgrade to a one bedroom apartment on arrival and although we didn't have much of a view our apartment was clean & comfortable and quiet. A really lovely aspect and excellent location at Southbank in Melbourne. Pool was child friendly and gym was one of the better hotels gyms around. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious and clean and well-presented. Small kitchen is so useful for the family and washer dryer came in handy as well. Excellent location for city on foot. Large apartment, 5* quality without the 5* pricing, serviced daily. Staff superb - friendly, helpful, informative. Unfortunately we were there Friday/Saturday nights - avoid Southbank for dinner - it is heaving at weekends! "perfect location... reasonable price"
Big rooms, friendly service, perfect location. Run to the east and you are on nice running paths around the botanical gardens. Head west and you have a ton of great restaurants and a casino.
