Hotellet ligger perfekt längs den norra motorvägen igenom Los Angeles. Nära Pasadena vilket är en fantastiskt stad. Rena rum, trevlig och serviceminded personal. Fin utsikt mot bergen.

"Great location and close to restaurants"
We really like the Chino Hills Hampton Inn, however, they could improve on their complimentary breakfast. They use powered scrambled eggs, never any bacon or sausage and syrup for waffles isn't good at all.Verifierad gästrecension
"Not terribly helpful"
The front desk operator was not very helpful. We had issues with a chair in our room that was broken and he claimed to have switched it out for another chair, but the new one was just as broken if that was the case. "Bad night"
I had the worst night while staying at this place. For being a studio suite it was so small. I stay at Hampton inn's all the time and they usually are great. This time at chino hills it was a terrible time. When someone would shower or flush the toilet you could hear the pipes in the walls to the point where it woke me up! "Not a good nights sleep"
The hotel was nice, but the people who stayed that weekend were really noise and the hotel managers did nothing to stop them from slamming doors, playing in the hallway and playing there TV so loud???? "Go somewhere else"
We did not get a good nights sleep. The A/C unit sounded like a diesel truck starting and stopping all night long, shaking and rattling the windows. We had a room above the pool and tried opening the window and shutting down the A/C, however there were a group of drunks partying loudly in the pool until 4:30 am. "Okay for one-night stay - bring your own water"
Pros: rooms were clean, service was quick and friendly. Beds were comfortable. 20 minute drive to Ontario airport. Cons: our room had a view of the freeway, the water from the tap tasted so bad that it was literally un-drinkable (not even to brush my teeth). There was no bottled water in the room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The A/C was making a loud noise as if something was loose inside. I informed the lady at the front desk and quickly switched me to a different room. We had a good size room and the beds were very comfortable. The staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. You get a nice little breakfast in the morning and if you like Starbucks it is in walking distance. "Boring Breakfast"
The breakfast each morning left a lot to be desired. Not too much of offer for Vegetarians. Had to wait 15 mins. for the omlets only to find that meat was added to omlets. Another day, we had to ask for the scrambled eggs and had to wait another 10 mins. I just think the person who was preparing/serving the food needed some help.
