"Perfect Stay for a Shopping Weekend"
We booked the room fro a night during Easter long weekend. My husband and 2 babies under 2 years old enjoyed the cozy room although I would have preferred view overlooking the river. The service was exceptional. We even had free continental breakfast in the morning with the yummiest pastries. "Excellent service and very clean"
My wife, son and I stayed for one night this weekend. Everything was perfect...checking in was quick, the room was spotless (but a bit small...but for the price I shouldn't complain). The room was spotless. I was a bit worried that it would be noisy, but I slept like a baby, and that doesn't happen often. Our room (319) was spotless, with a city view. […] I really don't care about the view unless I'm somewhere that warrants it. There is a 7-11 just down the street which was good for drinks and snacks as the hotel restaurant was a bit too expensive for my budget (full breakfast was $18), but I bet it was good. "Concert night!!!"

"Worth the money spent."
Good, clean room. I have the river view room. The view was great. I got everything I needed. Unfavourable experience with how to get to the hotel. Part of Buffalo Ave was closed. I had to take a separate route (instead of all the way on Buffalo Ave) after driving from the Rainbow bridge. "Amazing view of the falls!!"

"Dissapointed."
Room was very small - especially the bathroom and there was no real closet. There was a lot of noise as the doors to the hotel kept slamming against the wall when they were opened and the walls were paper thin. What was most annoying was the sound of the HVAC system - it kept us all awake. The view was disappointing as well as it was supposed to be […] one of the river. We found the access to the hotel easy. It is close to the shopping areas that we wanted to go to and directions to get around were simple. And it was close to the highway to go to other shopping areas. Our room was comfortable,clean and fresh looking. We did not eat at the hotel. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The room was fine, but I expected better quality bath tissue than 1-ply. "Close to Falls"
The carpets in this hotel desperately need to be replaced they were disgustingly stained everywhere particularly in the halls. The room seemed clean otherwise. The beds are a bit on the hard side but not as bad as some others. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The resturant was reasonably priced and the view of the river is pretty. "Room and restaurant"
Rooms were clean however walls were not noise proof. We heard every noise came from next door including restroom. Restaurant wasn't good . "nice view"
Very helpful staff, only issue was someone had been smoking previously, bathroom stunk of cigarettes. Cleaner came up with a spray, really didn't help. We should of insisted on moving, but had already unpacked and tired after shopping all day.Verifierad gästrecension

Hotel offers free shuttle service around Niagara, bar and restaurant in hotel available, but I did not indulge. Room service breakfast was very good. The expedia add says View of the falls. Its five miles from the falls, on the river. The picture on the website shows the falls, its no where close. False advertising to the highest degree.Room was nice no microwave. Their credit card reader was malfunctioning so had to leave cash deposit.
