Great hotel, the best in HCMC. Good pool area, great spa...Fantastic breakfast and most importantly very friendly and professional staff.

I don't mind spending money as long as it is worth, but this hotel is too expensive for what it provides. It could be because of the historical building that it commands price but definitely it is not worth the price. If not the price, the hotel has good amenities and wonderful staff.

As a constant traveler I always appreciate a staff that steps up to make things better with another service provider falls short- and this team did that hands down! After a 10 hour stint at the airport with flight after flight delayed or cancelled I found myself stranded for another night in Ho Chi Mihn and frustrated with the lack of airline service. […] The team at the Hyatt got me back to the hotel, coordinated making sure my luggage was ready for flight next morning, coordinated all my new travel details and got my clothes quickly washed overnight so I could start my journey again back home. A good but not fantastic hotel, the food was ok but inconsistent, nice service and friendly. Poor language skills and the concirge servce was awful. No crosskeys concierge which a 5* hotel should have. If it wasnt the best hotel in Saigon I would probably not go back

Hotel was absolutely fabulous. The service was perfect with the most charming of staff. I am used to staying in top hotels in London/paris and this place did not disappoint.

Rooms have not very well sound proofing. You can here all the corridor noise from your bed. Restaurant. cafe is over priced for Saigon and food not good.

Very expensive by Vietnamese standards we booked into the Park Hyatt as a treat for the last 2 nights of our holiday. It was very luxurious, the building itself is stunning, the rooftop pool is lovely and the location is fabulous. The Park Hyatt Saigon is a really exceptional hotel, fantastic service, great restaurants and a very peaceful pool and spa which makes it feel like an oasis away from the phrenetic pace of saigon.

Loved the Park Hyatt. I stay in a lot of hotels including 5-stars all over Asia and this experience ranked near the very top for me. お部屋はやや小さめですが、動線がよく考えられた作りになっていました。 ルームサービスはやや時間がかかりましたが、その他ブラケットやラゲージのピックアップ等のオーダーは迅速に対応して頂いたと思います。 市内のバイク等の騒音に結構参っていましたが、このホテルに帰ってくると、ヴァイオリンの演奏があったり、ゆったり過ごせたので大変有難かったです。

騒がしい街の中に高層な建物ではないが上品でヨーロッパを思わせる佇まいで落ち着いて過ごすことが出来ました！朝食にもっとベトナミーズがあったらなお、良かったと思いました。

3泊4日の出張で利用しました。 利便性の高い1区の中心にあり、ビジネスがほぼ徒歩で完了する非常に便利な場所でした。 インテリアやお部屋は高級感・品があり、落ち着けます。 またサービスも親切・細やかで、コミュニケーションも英語でOKなので大変満足。 ランドリーサービスも数時間で仕上がり助かりました。 欲を言えば、レストランで皿が空く瞬間、すぐに下げられてゆっくり食事ができないこと、スパのマッサージ担当者の英語が下手なことでしょうか。 それ以外は全く問題ありませんでした。ベトナム出張の際にはまた利用したいと思います。

このホテルの中にいる限りは、ノスタルジックなサイゴンを満喫できる。いわゆる雑誌の中に出てくるようなロマンチックなサイゴン。 一歩外にでると、現実の生活感がいっぱいだけれど、このホテル内だけは別世界。

호치민에서 최고가에 호텔이라 기대를 많이 하고 체크인을 했는데, 방 사이즈도 너무 작고, 개인적인 의견으로는 전체적인 시설은 별 3개 정도 호텔이랑 다름이 없었습니다. 무엇보다 비지니스 센터 및 인터넷 사용요금을 부과하는것이 가장 불만족 스러운 부분 입니다.
