This hotel is great choice for tourists. They even have milk closet next to the room.It is quiet historic building I guess. Nice room, courteous staffs and nice location to the park and country plaza.

We checked into hotel, went to our room and had some one else's bags in our room. With the door propped open I was getting ready to call front desk and this couple walks in a picks up bags and walks out. I asked what they were doing and they said taking another room. I called desk to verify story and made them make us new cards for door. Manager on […] duty gave us 2 drink tickets with 2 drinks each. We went down to get our drinks at 5 like she said and it was 5:18 before the bar keep showed up to serve. Then he said we only got 2 drinks total. We just left after first drink and went to supper. We prepaid online for breakfast. The next morning when we went down for breakfast we figured out that the breakfast is no more than you get free at most other hotels. Hotel was clean and most of the staff tried hard but in my opion it wasn't worth the cost of the room. Läs mer

Nice hotel in very good location on the famous Country Club Plaza in KC, but the bed was really comfortable and the HVAC system is very noisy.

We chose the Courtyard by Marriott Kansas City Country Club Plaza for its central location to our activities. Our stay there was superb. The hotel, while in an older building, is very well kept up. Our room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderfully presented and the hostess/server was friendly without being intrusive. […] We also appreciated the very convenient, free, off-street parking directly behind the hotel. The only, very minor, issue was checking in. It seems the Hotels.com sometimes uses Expedia to complete a booking. The front desk clerk didn't know about that and had to make a call to figure out how to complete the check in. Once that was sorted out everything else was delightful. We will stay here again the next time we need to spend the night in Kansas City. Läs mer

Very nice hotel. Clean. Very comfortable bed. Free parking is a plus for the area. Right on the plaza. Walking distance to museums. Short drive to zoo.

The hotel was everything and more than we expected. We went with the kids this time but are planning a return trip for a romantic getaway. Close to the Plaza and lots of restaurants and shopping. Loved it.

Overall I thought this to be a wonderful hotel. The location was superb. We were right across the street from the JC Nichols fountain and only two blocks from the Plaza. The staff was friendly and our room was clean. The only complaint I have is that this appears to be an old building restored into a hotel and therefore it kind of had the old building […] smell to it. Also, the air conditioning and fan in our room was loud and took a long time to cool. Also, I'm not sure how it happened but the last night our TV wouldn't turn on. We weren't that concerned about the tv working therefore I never got around to telling the staff so it might have been a simple fix. I would definately stay here again simply for the fact that the hotel was located so convienently to the plaza. Läs mer

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Courtyard. The price compared to others was very good-- especially given that there is no additional parking or internet fee. The parking in back is convenient to get to thru back doors. The room was clean and the hotel looked nice. For our purposes it was perfect. If you need a view, that was probably the […] only thing lacking, and being around the corner from the main part of the plaza (which also made it quieter). had a wonderful experience, great staff and very helpful, could not have ask for better service,and plan to stay there when we return to the area for vacation. maybe hotel.com could have a more detail on rooms but like i said as soon as we told them they change the room and everything was fine. thank you

The accomodations were quite comfortable. However, we did have a room that had the sound of running water on and off all night long. Since it is an older property that has been refurbished, I suspect that this is just something that nothing can be done about. Parking was convenient and it was within walking distance to the Country Club Plaza area.

Very nice quiet hotel. Good location on the Plaza for shopping, eating and the bars.

The Courtyard at Country club plaza is a great location, very convenient to country club plaza, letting us walk wherever we needed to.

The hotel was fairly busy due to the Cardinals-Royals series that was going on, so the staff stated they were booked solid and couldn't check us in at the prescribed time of 3:00. Figuring that checkout time was 12, that should allow some time to clear out of few rooms, but ours would not be ready. Shame. The quality of the room was great, but in the […] rush they forgot to give my room and my friend's room towels. They were quick to correct the error. No apologies, though. Maybe it's a Kansas City thing. Hmm. For the price, I wouldn't recommend it. My other friends stayed up the road for cheaper and got breakfast INCLUDED. For the price of this place, breakfast was NOT included. Shame again. Lesson learned. Truly it's not horrible. Organization just doesn't meet my expectations for the price paid. Läs mer
