We liked the area in general; Miami beach, parking was fine (parking garage just over the main street), great service by friendly personnel, but... the room is not for a family. It's like two great beds in a "prison". White walls, hardly any furnitures, cold and hard floor, lot of sounds from walking on the floor and some sounds from other rooms, the […] bathroom was small (but fresh). Worst of all? The air conditioner! Wow, what a noise! The cheap price is valid for this hotel. Stayed here for two night. That is acceptable. If I had to stay in the area fore more than 1-2 nights, no way I recommend this hotel! But, after all... great price for a great location! Läs mer

Hotellet har fantastisk lägge - nära till allt. Perfekt för vistelse utan bil. Om man är med bil finns det i närheten en stor garage.Det tar 2 min att promenera till Ocean drive och 5 min till Lincoln Rd. I närheten stannar bus för sightseeing. Ta en tur med bussen - det är bästa sätt att se Miami. Vi skulle stanna på hotellet igen.

ganska stort rum med kök och bra med förvarings möjlighet,nästan som en liten lägenhet. mycket bra läge precis där man vill vara, nära till de mesta. Det som är den stora nackdelen är att de är otroligt lyhört, de är som att ha öppna fönster och dörrar med tanke på ljudet.Ljudet från gatan, grannen samt bara folk som går förbi känns som att dom är inne […] i rummet, de stör otroligt mycket fast man inte ens är känslig för ljud. Perfekt läge. Nära till strand, shopping och restauranger. Rent och prydligt. WiFi fungerade. Garage tvärs över gatan. Nackdelen med hotellet är en bullrig luftkonditionering och att det är väldigt lyhört.

My friend and I arrived late. We stayed two nights. The room was spacious and clean, though there isn't a daily clean up as part of the room. The room had quite a large fridge so if you're looking to saving money this is a great amenity. I liked the proximity to the beach, Lincoln Road and Espanola Way. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The staff was extremely accomodating. The rooms are perfect: clean, large, updated and comfortable. The hotel was so close to the beach and the best of the nightlife.

The room was huge. It had plenty of room and was overall comfortable, clean, and close to everything. My biggest issue was that they had lights on in the courtyard that made it look like it was early morning the entire night. After staying in 3 very nice 4 star Radisson and Marriott hotels on our holiday I was concerned that this would ruin our experience on the last night. I had read lots of mixed reviews and on arrival thought what have I booked here when I met the tattooed men at the front desk who looked like they would be more at home in a garage! The hotel sucked! Back door opened to garbage cans in alley. Noisy all night. Had to wait half an hour to check out. Girl was at breakfast.

The hotel is in a very good location in south beach. The rooms were pretty much clean and spacious however not as spacious as you would expect from looking at the pictures. It was noisy as you can hear ppl passing by your door or doors slamming. I would recommend this hotel to couples or younger people which want to have a good time and don't want to […] spend a lot of time in their room, so not recommendable for families. The staff was so so, the cleaning ladies however a little nicer and tried to be as accomodating as possible. Great staff !!! Newly renovated rooms are clean and modern, no problem with the "green light" other people mentioned, I believe new doors solved that issue.... Comfortable, new feel to the room !!! Suites is spacious and close to everything in South Beach. The kitchenette is convenient and the extra closet space was helpful when sharing a room with 3 other adults. Don't expect great views or quite AC...but considering the cost of South Beach, Suites is a bargain. The bathrooms were clean and fully functional and the staff was helpful.

The hotel itself is in a convenient location. While staying here there was no need for a car because everything was located within the facility...clubs, beach, & food. The front desk staff was really friendly & helpful; & so was the cleaning staff but they chose the most annoying time to start cleaning and making loud noise right outside your window. […] The walls of the hotel were very thin, noises of people walking on the floor above you can be heard at all times of the day. Excellent stay at the hotel. The representatives were very accommodating and helpful. The location is a walk away from the beach, restaurants, shops, clubs. The fact that it has a kitchenette was a plus since we were travelling with a baby. All in all a good experience and I would stay here again.

We ended up with what seemed like a disabled bathroom without anyone asking or informing us of it, and our bed was horrible. As we weren't staying for long we didn't care to complain, however our bed was squeaky and uncomfortable and backed right onto an ally way. hotel elervators are horrible, problem with front desk answering the phone,no one ever answers phone in housekeeping i needed clean towels took over two hrs to get them showers in room differcult to work need some kind of instruction in bathroom. and what are those thing sticking up in the pool i stumped my toe twice in the pool

The room and location were great, but the toliet was broke and it took a day to fix it. The help desk said they could not guarantee the room category based on my reservation from Hotels.com. To save face they offered me a room upgrade which turned to be the deluxe suite. I would definitely stay there again.

Impossible to take a nap durning the day.. Every time a door closes everyone can hear it. At night it's fine, which is what we needed.

My only gripe is that one day our room wasn't cleaned. We asked the housekeeping to come back in an hour and they left for the day. Other than that, it was in a great location and the staff was accommodating to our needs. I would recommend Suites on South Beach to a friend for sure. Most bang for your buck!
