Oengagerad personal. Svårt att få temperaturen i rummet att bli drägligt . Måste be om Ac flera gånger för de två nätter vi var där. Hotellet ligger i/runt en galleria med instängd utsikt över gallerians tak samt rum mittemot. Otroligt buller på mändag morgon med huggmejsalr och anfdra bullrande verktyg! I övrigt nytt o fräscht- dock små rum- farligt […] tryck på vattnet i feldimensionerat tvättfat. Hela rummet blev blött! Läs mer

Mycket centralt beliggande, mitt i det gamla centrum, praktisk, lätt tillgängligt.

Our three day stay at Art William was a great experience. Spacious room with a really nice bathroom, clean and fresh. When we arrived I accidentaly left a folder with our return tickes in the reception but they were kept safely until we could collect them. Bra hotell centralt beläget

Ett fräscht hotell mitt staden. Gamla staden börjar alldeles i närheten och det är nära till allt. Service och personal förtjänar beröm. Rummen har karaktär och var trivsamma och välstädade. Kan absolut rekommenderas och vi skulle gärna bo där igen om vi återkommer till Bratislava.

Fräscht hotell mitt i gamla stan. Oklanderlig städning och bekvämlighet. Frukostbuffén var helt okej men inte spektakulär på något sätt. Språkförbistring kan göra det lite knepigt att kommunicera med personalen när de vanliga standardfraserna är avklarade. Men på det stora hela ett välidgt trevligt och fräscht hotell.

Bra läge i Gamla stan. Nära till hamnen för resa till Wien. Stort rymligt rum. Hotellet överträffade förväntningarna.

Strangely located in a small mall-like shopping concorse, this hotel is situated very near the center of the old town. Clean room with modern bathroom. When will Europeans ever figure out that a half shower door does not protect the floor from shower water?

Nice hotel, nothing outstanding but clean, great location, friendly staff, reasonable price.

Good location, good value, nice rooms, excellent breakfast. Friendly helpful staff except for one of the receptionists who was very unhelpful and unfriendly. The hotel did not give us twin beds as requested and this receptionist was very unhelpful when it came to rectifying the problem. Otherwise OK.

Great location in old town. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Very clean, modern room. Parking is available a short distance away in Opera garage, with a hotel discount, although still rather expensive.

We arrived on a birthday for one of us and had just come from another hotel in the same chain in Prague. They were nice enough to upgrade us and the room was FANTASTIC. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Hotel is situated really well in center of town. A GREAT stay. Highly recommend (though it had nothing to do with hotels.com).

hotel was in a great location, surrounded by shops, there was a good selection of cafes, restaurants which ever direction you walked in, prices varied , drinks €2 - €4 but menus were displayed outside, at first the hotel was a little hard to find as its within a little exclusive shopping mall, staff were polite and helpful, the room was large with lush […] carpets, aircon a good selection of toiletries and there was also bathrobes and fridge..trams buses are all within a few minutes walking distance i would recommend this hotel and if i was to return would stay there again. Good, varied breakfast. Good location (but hard to find the hotel at first--keep your eyes peeled for the shopping mall in which the hotel is located). Nice rooms: modern, stylish and clean. WiFi in lobby (free). We enjoyed our stay very much.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great location on a central pedstrian street a couple of minutes walk from the central square. Room was comfortable. We would certainly condider it when returning to Bratislava.

The Art Hotel William is located right by the the old town so sights are within easy walking distance.Many restaurants are located nearby.Service was good and the rooms we found to be excellent-the decor is somewhat funky or modern but very classy and the facilities very good.Value for money was outstanding

I found the bed a little hard and the pillow too big. I asked in the reception for a smaller pillow and just received a "no" as an answer. For guests not used for such pillows you have a bad stay guaranteed. If they don't change the policy i will not come back. The location is very good.

Firstly, the staff speak good Engalish and are cheerful and helpful, which makes this a welcome hotel. We walked from the bus station, about 10 mins, and found it no problem on the pedestrian street near the huge portculis. Room was large as was the en-suite. to get aircon you have to ask reception and thet activate it - probably saving money as you […] can open windows too. This hotel was great, what a deal! I bought it online and it was 200% less online than as a walk-in! The hotel is somewhat hidden from the outside as its in a shopping mall complex and the name is just one of many on the door. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice and spacious bathroom. We didn't have any views. EASY walking to all […] sights. We came from the ferry and walked from there as well. Breakfast was included, nothing spectacular but was able to get something easy before heading out. Läs mer

Modern, clean, hotel in an extremely convenient location. Large room with comfortable bed. Located right within the old town section of Bratislava. This hotel was a real find. Highly recommend booking here.

We were very pleased with the Art William Hotel. It is very convienent to several great restaurants, and the professional staff were outstanding. I recomend it, and would stay there again.

This is my third time staying at this hotel which is conveniently located close to the main artery into the city which is very hand for drop off as most of the old town is blocked to cars. Very clean, comfortable, quiet hotel and extremely safe. As a female traveling on business it is sometimes difficult to get this combination. Lovely hotel, but a bit tricky to get to as it is in a pedestrian street. However, hotel staff walked back to car (which we'd abondoned nearby) and took luggage and suggested parking nearby. Hotel is very contemporary with large, bright, fresh rooms. Lovely vast bathroom with beautiful marble tiles. Very comfortable bed. If I was being extra picky I […] would say the cream wall in hallway could have done with a lick of paint as suit cases had scuffed it, but that's an extremely minor point. Would recommend highly. Puh! Extreme heat in Europe, and I was travelling by bus at night to Bratislava from Vienna airport. Fortunately the soaring temperatures did not affect me in the bus or in the Art Hotel William. So the hotel was a bit hard to find (couldn't drive directly to the hotel because of the pedestrian street). Art Hotel William was partly hidden by an outdoor […] servingplace as well, and the letters on the building was not that illuminated. However, a friendly pair of receptionist greeted me inside and gave me an update about whats on and to do in the city. I got hotelroom #314 and that was a decent room indeed. But there was a whiff of sweat/smoke in the room, and in the clean bathroom it smelled a bit of rot. But the aircondition aired that out. Otherwise the room looked and was great. I slept great in the not too soft bed. Had a great time day and night in Bratislava. Went out to serveral nightclubs and pubs near and far from the hotel. No troubles, just fun and beer to approx.1 € :-D Great stuff, and the drinks were nicely priced too. Found some hidden gems when it comes to museums and sightseeing as well, so all in all it was a great stay! Never tried the breakfast there, but there was so much else to eat in town when I was hungry. Läs mer

hotel is quite nice, and rooms are very modern. Right in Old two center of bratislava, and so conveniently located. I cannot compare to other Bratislava hotels in terms of price, but I thought it was a bit overpriced.

The rooms are big, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is well appointed with a huge tub that even my 6'3" husband could stretch out in. The hotel is located on the pedestrian street which makes getting to it with a car quite challenging. It might have been the weather but Bratislava was like a ghost town...not alot to do and see here so one night […] was plenty. Not entirely sure I would recommend Bratislava as a side trip to Vienna - I think I would drive the extra mileage and go to Budapest instead. But very satisfied with the hotel. Läs mer

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms a huge bathrooms. Nice staff. The breakfast is not worth the money but then you're in the center of the city so there are plenty of alternatives. I can only recommend this place.

The hotel was very nice. I had stayed at another nearby hotel on my last trip, but this time this one was much cheaper, so I gave it a try. I was not expecting it to be great, but it exceeded my expectations. It doesn't have a ton of amenities, but I had a very nice room with a big bathroom. The front desk staff spoke English well and were very nice. […] Best of all it is right in the heart of the trendy pubs and shopping, which is why we went there. I will definitely stay there again. the hotel was amazing in a brilliant location and service was excellent But we didnt enjoy the city itself so much and When asked where was good to go we were told it was very dangerous in niteclubs.

My colleagues and I stayed in this hotel on a recent business trip. Our main reason for choosing this hotel was cost and therefore we were really impressed with the quality and ambience of the hotel. The rooms were big, clean and full of natural light which made it a lovely base to work from. We had an excellent stay in this hotel, very comfortable room, very quiet, yet centrally located. After we had checked out, my handbad was stolen, eith my passport, credit cards and money, just hours before my departure. Hotel staff could not have been more helpful - a member of staff accompanied me to the British Embassy, and the police, did all the […] translating nevessary to arrange my emergency passport, and arranged a taxi to the airport. We would not have made the flight without the help of the hotel, way beyond the call of duty. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visitng Bratislava. Läs mer

Hotellet ble valgt ut fra hva tidligere gjester hadde uttalt, kombinert med pris og vi er strålende fornøyd med oppholdet. De ansatte er svært vennlige og serviceinnstilte, det er rent og pent og frokosten er utenom det vanlige, med forskjellig varmmat hver dag, i tillegg til flere sorter brød og pålegg. Hemos quedado muy satisfechos de la relación calidad/precio de este hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias y están muy bien. Además en el hotel tienen un restaurante con menú del día con precios muy económicos.

Waren zwar nur eine Nacht im Hotel - sind jedoch sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Alleinig die Lage der Rezeption ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, ist nicht auf den ersten Blick als diese zu erkennen.
