Bra rum, mkt.bra balkong, mkt bra frukost. Men måste klaga på den extremt dåliga WIFI uppkopplingen. I övrigt var den en trivsam upplevelse.

Hotellet hade dålig mat inte värt att ha helpension. Maten i buffén var ljummen på gränsen till kall, även om vi var på plats precis vid öppning av serveringen. Duschen på rummet hade inget tryck och varm/kallvatten växlade om vartannat. Städningen på rummet var slarvig, då det låg hårstrån i badkaret och på golvet (inte våra hårstrån). I was there for business, it is not a business hotel! Very family orientated, loads of kids, very Spanish (which is nice) and no wi-fi in rooms or anything. Huge pool, great gardens, plenty on but you would need a car to get out and about.

There are some areas of the hotel that are a little tired but overall it's fine. We've stayed a couple of times and the rooms at the back have superb views over the golf courses to the mountains and sea, and the ones in front overlook a great pool area down to the sea. This hotel offers all-inclusive package holidays to Spanish companies.It is very difficult for non-all-inclusive guests to get any service.The staff have no time for you and make you feel like a bit of a nuisance.The noise is also very bad particularly at weekends.We have visited this hotel many times but wont be going again

Lovely hotel. We only stayed for one night but it was a pleasant stay. you will definately need a car if you stay here as the hotel is a fair way back off the main road and all up hill. great walk and amazing views . the room was clean and tidy as was the hotel in general. Friendly staff, value for money, good service. Rooms clean, although bathroom in particular a little tired. Decor is somewhat 1930's in style (lots of panelled wood) although this did suit the trad/jazz music that was being played in the bar! The hotel is way of the track and to find it you have to drive on roads that seem sometimes like a construction site. The hotel is high on a hill and to be fair was quiet and had very nice gardens. This hotel was lovel, nice clean spacious rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast excellent everything you could possibly want to eat.. Fabulous gardens and pool. The only downside is, it is a long way fron Estapona and the coast, high on a hill. You would need a car to go anywhere.

Great value option in the Marbella area. Located on a hill, around golf courses in a residential area. Close to restaurants (along the main highway). After reading many reviews of this hotel I was curious about what I would find, since the reviews were very mixed. As someone who travels extensively, I now understand the problem. This is a strictly European hotel. There were no Americans there during our stay. They do not cater to an American tourist. OK- the rugs are old- but clean. The rooms and […] the eating areas were fine- there was plenty of food at breakfast- much more than you should expect to find at no extra charge at many hotels. The room service everyday did an excellent job keeping the room clean. And true- the tv has no American/English channels- but I was not in Spain to watch TV. There are several wonderful restaurants near by- esp the one out of the hotel tp the right and left down the hill. One quick lunch in the hotel was ok- don't expect more- again, I was in Spain for the fish and bbq. The staff was wonderful- from the maids to the waiters to the front desk, they could not do enough for us or be nicer. It was an excellent base for our trips to Granada, Cordoba and Tangier. We stayed in this hotel for 1 night, we requested a non-smoking room, the woman on check in was very rude (not to Spanish people though!!) They don't have a proper check-in system, they have it all on paper and have to look through a list of names to find your reservation (Making check-in take a very long time!) We arrived in our room to find it was […] a smoking room and the wall was falling apart! I went back down to reception and I handed back the key and told the woman that we requested a non smoking room, She had to ruffle through all her paperwork as if I was lying and I told her about the wall, she completely ignored what I said and handed me a key to another room (An actual key, not a key/card) The next room was clean but the beds were not comfortable as the matresses seemed to be made out of some sort of plastic... On a whole, the hotel is very dated and would be nice if someone put the effort in to do it up. The pool area was nice but that was the only up side to the hotel. Läs mer

On the whole, this is a nice place. The room is fairly clean and spacious, but the carpeting was kind of old. No TV channels in English, though. The breakfast was good and the swimming pool is very nice. Right by several golf courses as well.

Værelserne og udsigten er rigtig fin. Både morgenmad og aftensmad er nærmere vandrehjems standard end 4 stjernet. Restaurenten virker desuden nusset og beskidt. For os var det første og sidste gang.

Hotelletet ligger veldig avsides, så du er ganske avhengig av bil. Det som var mest skuffende med hotellet var måten. Avskyelig om du spør meg. Jeg og dama spiste middag der en kveld, og alt det hadde var en middagsbuffet, med en egen bedriten kokk. Jeg fant ikke noe som helst var godt, kjøttet smakte råttent, all servisen var skitten. Hotel convenable dans l'ensemble mis a part la nourriture moyenne. Le gros probleme c'est l'isolation des chambres tres difficille de s'endormir avant 2h du matin du fait qu'il n'y a pas d'animation les gens veillent dans leur chambres et sur le balcon une horreur je deconseille.

La estancia fue muy gratificante. Disfruté de un fin de semana de relax gracias a su gran piscina exterior, sus extraordinarias vistas al mar y la sierra, y su entorno tranquilo junto a un campo de golf, donde apenas hay ruido.

l’extérieure de l’hôtel est bien entretenu par contre les chambres non pas de parquet comme sur la photo mais de la moquette avec quelques taches. buffet copieux pour le petit déjeuner , personnel agréable.il faut obligatarement une voiture car loin de tous on ne peut rien faire a pieds sauf aller au golf en face.

Das Hotel El Paraiso ist das Gegenteil von Touristenburgen, sehr ruhig auf einer Anhöhe gelegen, mit Blick auf Gibraltar. Es hat das schönste Schwimmbad in Andalusien und einen grossen Außenpool mit ruhigem Garten. Die Preise für Getränke sind äusserst günstig, Bier € 1,80, Kaffee € 1,50, Flasche Rotwein € 12,20. Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut, […] teilweise als Menue. Einziger Wermutstropfen, es gibt nur Spanisches Fernsehprogramm, nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption soll dies jedoch geändert werden. Dieses Hotel ist zu einer reinen Katastrophe für Reisende gewoden. Unverständlich, da es noch vor 1 1/2 Jahren nicht schlecht war. Schmutzig, auch die Zimmer und Teppichböden, die Zimmermädchen machen wirklich nur oberflächlich sauber. Kein Wunder , wenn alles verkeimt und kaputt ist! Wenn man sich den Urlaub versauen will, steigt man hier ab!
