Enjoyed the Hotel. Walking distance from the main City attractions

Ideally located across from a park that holds free evening music and only four blocks away from the vibrant core and plaza of the old city, circa 1600. Great restaurants abound in the area. Both rooms rented by us had a mouldy smell and some mould on the ceiling. Due to a festivity on the plaza next door there was quite a bit of noise. The wireless connectivity was rather poor.

I would recomend this hotel to anyone that likes small a cousy hotels; it is in a very well location and close to downtown Merida.

Great room, great service. There was a little bit of mold in the shower in the otherwise really clean bathroom. Everyhting else was at least as good as expected.

In general terms the hotel was fine with great location. It is a small hotel with few rooms which we liked very much. Some comments for improvement: the food was ok but the service at the restaurnat very slow. The safe in the room was not attached to the wall and not working at all. We went for four days and used Merida as a base camp to explore a little bit of Yucatan. This is a very very nice hotel with a special feeling to it that has great location to go out walking through downtown Merida at night.

It was a really nice people, really helpful. The hotel was nice, quite and clean. I liked it.

Absolutely love this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You couldn't beat the location, plaza right across the street, buses stop almost in front of the door. Yet the rooms are set back in the courtyard making them very quiet away from the street noise. The pool is keep quite clean. Try the Lebanese fare in the restaurant, it's outstanding.

We spent 3 delightful nights at the Casa Lucia. The room was very spacious and tastefully fitted out. The courtyard was able to accommodate a lovely retreat from the bustle of the city, with a garden with couple of relaxing fountains and a lovely pool with sun loungers. The service was excellent. Had a wonderful stay here in the heart of Merida. The room was beautifully decorated in the authentic Mexican style and the staff was very courteous.The grandchildren enjoyed the pool very much. Would certainly recommend Casa Lucia Hotel.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff members Carlos and Theresa took very good care of us. The pool was great and the food was wonderful. Great location.

The room was GREAT! Absolutely lovely and spacious with super comfortable bed and large bath. Very nice and most adequate furniture (for clothes storage). Writing table with chair and flat panel tele with English language BBC news channel. Easy on-site parking was very welcome. Only a few negatives: Shower head needs to be replaced, hot water was sporadic, […] if that, and the restaurant food was, at best, boring. Stanza e bagno enormi, armadio piccolissimo. Peccato che macchie di muffa sul soffitto e un odore di chiuso distolgano l'attenzione dalla bellezza della stanza.

Realmente el hotel es bonito, aunque esta un poco descuidado y la atencion y equipamiento de los cuartos no es de un hotel boutique. Las habitaciones son casi iguales, yo me quede en una suite y los acabados y tamaño son casi los de la estandar.

Albergo piccolo (circa 10 stanze), ma molto grazioso. A 10 min a piedi dal centro. Piscina molto carina, stanze veramente molto belle (enormi e con un bellissimo bagno) e presenza del parcheggio

Très bien situe en centre ville avec un parking et une piscine agreable. Pas vraiment les services des 5 étoiles affichees et chambres un peu vieillissantes, mais très bon rapport qualité prix

Hotel boutique de lujo a bajo precio.

ci siamo trovati molto bene, bello e allo stesso tempo molto caratteristico (quello che volevamo!!!). La posizione è ottima per visitare il cuore pulsante della città. Se mi chiedessero un consiglio...LO CONSIGLIEREI ALLA GRANDE!!!

Хороший отель,достаточно удобное месторасположение в Мериде.Есть парковка,номер достаточно большой,чистый и выполнен в местном стиле.Завтрак скуден,но голодными не останетесь,хотя могли бы и расширить меню. В целом достаточно приличный отель для красткосрочных экскурсий по окрестностям. Моя оценка твердая 4 !

Wir wohnten zu viert im April 2011 im Casa Lucia Hotel. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Zimmer waren groß und komfortabel hatten aber leichte Mängel bei Sauberkeit. Empfang war freundlich, der Service aber nicht einem 4 Sterne Haus entsprechend. Am Hotel Eingang prangen sogar 5 Sterne " Boutique Hotel ". Eine krasse Übertreibung. Der größte […] Schwachpunkt war das Frühstück. Brötchen, Croissant, Marmelade Butter Kaffee- das wars. Da wir einen günstigen Preis bezahlt hatten, waren wir nicht ganz unzufrieden, hatten aber aufgrund der Bewertungen deutlich mehr erwartet. Läs mer

Muy amables en el hotel y se nos hizo bonito y agradable. El único contra es que había zancudos pero estando en Merida pues esta medio difícil que no haya zancudos en todos lados. Tal vez deberían proveer un repelente de los que se conectan a la pared.

Nous avons séjourné 2 jours à cet hôtel en mars 2011 avec mon mari et mes deux filles de 6 et 8 ans. L'accueil était très sympatique, l'hôtel très calme, et très bien situé (près du centre et pas très loin de la place où se tenait des concerts le soir). Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuces, la déco de style coloniale m'a beaucoup plus. Il y a un […] restaurant où on mange correctement. Le coin piscine est très bien, les enfants se sont régalés. On peut manger des petits snaks au bors de la piscine. J'ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel et je le recommande à tous ceux qui veulent faire un séjour à Mérida. Läs mer

Klimatyczny hotel o stylistyce kolonialnej w samym centrum Meridy (trzy przecznice do głównego rynku). Bezpłatny parking znajduje się przy samym hotelu. W pobliżu znajduje się kilka niezłych restauracji serwujących dania kuchni meksykańskiej. Hotel nie jest najnowszy, ale czysty. Bezpłatny dostęp do internetu (przez kabel). Basen niezbyt duzy, ale wystarczający […] do ochłodzenia się i pochlapania się przez dzieci. Śniadania kontynentalne: sok, kawa, rogalik francuski oraz tosty - moim zdaniem adekwatne do ceny. Spędziliśmy w tych hotelu z żoną i dwójką dzieci (5 i 8 lat) 5 nocy robiąć kilka wycieczek wynajętym wcześniej (w Cancun) samochodem - do Celestun (flamingi) do Uxmal oraz do Hacendy Sotuta de Peon - wszystkie goroco polecam. Wcześniej mieszkałem w hotelu Hyatt (genialne śniadania), który jest w wyższym standardzie, ale jest znacznie droższy i nieporównywanie gorzej położony (ok. 30 min do Zocalo spacerem). Läs mer

Céntrico Hotel que pese a su cercanía al centro posee la distancia adecuada para conservar un sentido de intimidad y silencio para disfrutar de sus bellas habitaciones. Espacioso y cómodo una excelente opción de hospedaje!
