Vid bokningen såg och verkade hotellet i toppskick, det var det naturligtvis inte. Ganska slitet invändigt och en större renovering pågick under hela tiden, vilket medförde ett påtagligt oljud. This hotel is modern, clean and convenient. It is within walking distance of the Drum and Bell Towers and the South Gate of the city. The rooms were comfortable. There was good WIFI. The price was reasonable. You can find anything you need within walking distance. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Things that were annoying: 1. Paint smell 2. Paper thin walls- you could hear people snoring like they are sleeping next to you. 3. It was way too hot in the room. You can't really control the climate. 4. Smell of paint and smoke. 5. Pushy- very pushy tour sale staff that hung out in the lobby all the time. 6. Didn't like how someone left a escort service […] card under our door. Location is great. Facilities are new. Beds are soft. See through bathroom with no door on the toilet section is disturbing. We booked Standard but none was available so they have us dulux. Very small room for a dulux. The room would get too hot so I couldn't sleep. When asked for a fan, they upgraded us to executive. That room was a very nice size. All upgrades were free of charge which was very nice. Staff spoke good English. Direct bus no 16 and 35 to PSB from the hotel in case for visa extentions. Läs mer

BOOKED A 2 NIGHTS QUEEN BED ROOM, FIRST NIGHT GOT A TINY TINY TWIN BED ROOM WITH ONLY ONE TOWEL , AFTER COMPLAINT. THE 2ND NIGHT GOT A NORMAL QUEEN BED ROOM.

To expensive for what it offers. Rebuilding while stay. Old and worn off furnishing (carpet, couch, etc.) Look for something else... you should find better than this. Does not deserve the 4th star!

Although we booked a room for 3 adults, they tried to charge us extra for the 3rd person, but then ageed not to after showing them clearly on our reservation print out. A/C was mediocre. Other than that it was fine.

I was very disappointed with the size and condition of the room. What was pictured in your website was nothing even near to the standard and look of the actual room. I have stayed in number of Hotels in Xian but this experience is my worst. With the same budget, I could have gotten a better deal in other hotels in Xian. We stayed only one night. We arrived at the hotel before noon and they let us check in anyways. We just had to wait a few minutes for the room to be cleaned. Great location, The west wall is only about a 2 minutes walk. The Drum Tower and Bell Tower was only about a 10-15 minute walk. very well located, asround the corner from airport bus drop off. Very difficult to find it as the name sign not very big and also local people did not know it as the name was in English?! Bedside device to control lighting was very difficult to function and some of the main lights were not working, so the lighting was too bright when you did not needed […] it so. Excellent shower. Crappy TV channel option, many channels, majority Chinese (and I can speak 3 languages!!), only 1 English. Staff were courteous but it seemed only one spoke fluent English so you had the catch him! Decent hotel - nothing amazing but also nothing bad either. Hard beds, to be expected, shower was fine. Wasn't the most modern place but again no serious complaints. Cord internet in the room worked fine. Location is great, right near south entrance of walls and short walk to center of town (clock tower). That's a primary reason to stay here.

The staff was very nice and sincere although only a few of the m spoke English (which was ok). The restaurant and cafe in the hotel were very nice and convenient. You can find places like Dunkin' Donuts and brand name boutiques as well as traditional Chinese places. There are bus stops right outside the gate, if you feel like exploring the city. The hotel's location is great, just a few steps away from the old city wall, which is a major attraction of the city. the hotel is also within walking distance to the drum tower and food street, where you can find local delights, and lots of touristy gifts. go early in the morning and turn into the side street from the main stretch of the tourist spot, […] and you will see how locals go with their days... shops and stalls selling everyday supply. This actually is a four star hotel. Great location just south of the Drum tower. Area is easily walkable and great for shopping, restaurants and nightlife. I stayed in the boutique room which was very small but more than enough for one person traveling alone. Coffee shop downstairs with free wifi. The room was convienietly located near the Bell Tower in central Xian. The staff was very helpful or at least they tried to be since their English was almost non-existing. The beds where hard but quite comfortable anyway. The biggest issue was that the room smelled smoke.

This place was being renovated while we were staying there but it was never noisy or messy while we needed to rest. The level of English of most staff was acceptable, and everything was well taken care of. The only thing I would suggest is don't bother with the breakfast - when we finally got the girl at the counter to understand that we hadn't pre-ordered […] breakfast and needed to pay for it on the spot, the breakfast was disappointing. Much better to head down a side-street for some "Chinese hamburgers". But the best thing was the location - five minutes from the Bell Tower is the closest to central you'll want to be, and South Street is a great place to be. This was a very nice hotel. It was a little difficult to find from the Train Station, but if you take a 611 bus from the train station it is right there. The staff was very helpful and spoke very good English

Skytel is located at the south side of the city and next to the South Gate. In walking distance to the South Gate, the Drum and the Bell Tower, the Muslim community, and shopping center. The staff were excellent and spoke English well. Everything was wonderful and we'll definitely stay here again.

Skytel was very nice. The staff spoke some English and was extremely helpful! They found a private guide for us to the terra-cotta warriors. What other reviewers said is correct. The rooms are small with hard beds but otherwise OK. The breakfast was very good. Location is a little hard to find but right in the middle of everything.

The hotel was good...nothing extragavent, but clean and comfortable. Very well located, close to all major attractions and railway station is just 10 minutes away by taxi. Terra cotta warriors are a 45 minute drive. I would stay here again as thier rooms are reasonably priced.

Hotellet stank af maling og indgangen til hotellet var med bygningsmæssige forhindringer - der blev larmet af håndværkere til kl. 22 om aftenen. Der betales særskilt for morgenmad, som desværre er var asiatisk præget (masser af kage og cerials) og meget simpel - ikke den stil som hotellet ellers lægger op til at få.
