Mycket låg standard på hotellet! Heltäckningsmattan i rummet var blöt. Tråkig omgivning. Dålig skyltning, vi körde förbi hotellet (baracken) flera gånger innan vi såg att det var ett hotell.

Ett litet trevligt hotell en liten bit utanför centrum med mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Frukosten är väldigt amerikansk med bullar och donuts.

The appearance of the hotel needs a lot of care. There needs to be a sign that is permanently placed for the hotel. The hotel clerk, Chris, made the trip extremely enjoyable. His customer service was exceptional. Just a few little landscaping changes will help to up grade the hotel rating.

I was very unsatisified wsith everything about the hotel. There was a hole stuffed with a piece of paper towel in the bathroom ceiling, the sink was almost falling off the wall,and the service was horrible. Clean, simple, no frills, and cheap! Just what we needed the night before we flew out of Ft. Lauderdale. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others! A great budget option.

I don't know why other people gave this place bad reviews. Sure it's a cheap hotel in a not-so-hot neighborhood, but for the money you pay you get great value. My wife & I got stuck overnight in Fort Lauderdale due to a storm cancelled flight, and this was the first hotel recommended. The staff was friendly, knowlegable, and helpful. The room was spotlessly […] clean, and there was even a little side room off the main bedroom with bunkbeds for children. The cable TV and WiFi were first rate. Now, there was some blistering paint in the bathroom, but nothing really bad, and it was small. By cab it's less than 10 minutes from the airport. Almost walkable, if you don't have too much baggage. The negative reviews here are not fair. It's located in an industrial area, but it is completely safe. The staff were some of the most professional I've ever seen and I've stayed all over. I would not hesitate to come back here again for the money it's absolutely perfect. The building looks like it does because it is considered an historical building, […] and the owners take that very serious. Amenities are top notch, in a cab ride to the beach is about $10. The staff was super nice but the room was small and the bathroom was horrific. Could really use an update. There was also a HUGE bug in the bathroom that I saw and eventually flushed down the toilet after a lengthy battle. After that I couldn't really sleep the rent of the night.

Felt very uncomfortable in the neighborhood. The desk gentleman was very nice but our room was not. The bed was like sleeping on a teeter totter. The bathtub was in need of replacement. The room was very dreary. Would not stay there again.

This was one of those expedia suprise me hotels. Hotel is not in a good area, is run down, and when i entered the room and took off my shoes, i found out that the floor was soaking wet. I'm thinking the shower base didn't hold water, even with all that silicone they used. i hate to write a bad review, but would definately not stay here again.

very unnerving location ....worst place i ever saw ...we actually refused to stay ...got a room at the RED Carpet Inn which was same price , not far from the airport and much, much, much better !!!

Staying here was like going back to 1950's with the room not updated since then. Surrounding neighborhood is dismal. Local chains are about same price and much better. We only ended up here because of last minute plans during a busy season. Only advantage: close to FLL airport.

The hotel was built in 1920-30 and hasn't had much of anything done to it since. Driving down the street I would never stop at this hotel. The bath wasn't more than a converted closet. Holes in the wall. And grossly over priced for what it is. I have stayed in nicer places for $30.00 a night rather than the $100-$150 per night I was charged for two […] night. I got in late on a business trip. At first it seemed that the surrounding neighborhood was a little undesirable; its on the outskirts of the airport and there is a few rental car agencies and a small apt complex. But by the next day I realized the neighborhood was perfectly safe. It was also just a short drive to all the local businesses you may need […] to visit on 17th st. So that was incredibly convenient. The room was nothing fancy. It did have everything I needed; desk, ironing board, coffee maker, and mini fridge. The bed was fairly comfortable. The one qualm I had was that when I arrived late at night the blinds did not work and could not be closed. I just put a blanket over the window because I was too tired to complain and wait to have it fixed. I did tell them upon check out so it should be fixed. The place was not fancy but for the price if I have to go back to Ft Lauderdale and don't have a ton of money to spend on a fancy hotel, I would probably go back. Läs mer

The hotel night mgr. was a wonderful person who gave me excellent directions when I called because I was lost. He also had some wine out (chardonnay & merlot) for me because he wanted to offer me something after having been lost and caught in some traffic. He also gave me some yogurt containers because I commented on the fact that I didn't stop for […] dinner and also an apple. Re the room: the bed and linens were clean. However, the small bathroom left a lot to be desired. I needed to take a shower and the shower stall had some hair on the walls that were defintely not my hair, including hair that appeared to be from the reproductive areas of a body. I would have never gone to that hotel if there had been vacancies in the hotel chains I normally stay in. The night mgr. did say that the owners were going to demolish the existing hotel structure and build an 8 story microtel. Regardless, I don't think I will be staying at an Americas Best Inn hotel anywhere ever again. Läs mer

The only bad thing about this hotel is there is no shuttle to the airport even though they are only about 1 mile eway and seond the distance from restarants is about two miles so if you are traveling by air and have no car you could be at a disadvantage in the respects I mentioned.

Very old and rundown "motel". Very small room; dirty and musty smelling . Found mold growing in the clothes closet. Did not at all fit the description in the hotels.com website.

We were very unsatisfied with lack of cleanliness. No wash towels or soap were provided. The shower curtain and shower were moldy. Extension cords were everywhere for mini fridge and lamps. Bed was a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Even though the motel did not have many units the rooms were adequate sized and very functional. The unit that we stayed in suffered from some neglected maintenance in the bathroom and tub area.

Inexpensive, but not "cheap" in that it is of decent quality. It is small and basic, but the room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The only problem was that the wifi was spotty and my husband sometimes had to sit outside to get good signal. Overall, a good choice for someone wanting to see the sights!

Very tiny tiny bathroom. Too small even for one person. Old fixtures. Would not stay there again for that reason. The staff were extremely nice and helpful with our travel plans down to Key West. Neighborhood not the best and hard to find even with our Tom Tom.

Tiny upstart motel very convenient to longterm parking and the airport. Very pleasant management. Room was clean and neat. However the tub needed to be reglazed. Hard to find because of small size (13 rooms) and poor signage. Lousy area. Good for a one nighter.

I rather stay in hotels where the rooms are accessed through a corridor and not directly from the street, specially if the doors open outwards! But apart from that it was okay, with a nice refrigerator, table, closet, oven, a good bed, and conveniently close to the airport.
