Rummen har balkonger. De 153 luftkonditionerade gästrummen på Résidence Du Parc har fönster som kan öppnas. Gäster har tillgång till kostnadsfri wi-fi (höghastighetsanslutning) på rummen. Jag har bott på många hotell men för detta saknar jag nästan ord! Men, för att så många som möjligt ska få chansen att bo här ska jag göra ett försök! Jag bodde här i 3 nätter i början av februari 2013. Det började med ett varmt mottagande redan utanför hotellet där väskorna i snabb fart försvann upp till rummet. Därefter följde en privat rundtur genom hotellet, för att bekanta sig det och för att få veta vad som fanns för ditt välmående. Rummet var oklanderligt med den utsikt över Eiffeltornet jag alltid velat ha! Hela hotellet har en atmosfär av lugn och skönhet där man känner sig "hemma". Personalen är gränslös i sin förmåga och vilja att tillmötesgå minsta önskan. Tala om serviceminded UTAN falska leeden! Där har vi verkligen de som ger service ett ansikte när service är som bäst! Det var nästan för bra för att vara sant! Visst, det kostar en slant att bo där men OM du en gång i livet ska kosta på dig ett lyxhotell i Paris - välj detta!! Du kommer inte att ångra dig! Det är HELT UNDERBART! Kontakta gärna hotellet innan du åker dit om du har speciella önskemål som exvis om utsikt mot Eiffeltornet. Alla talar mycket god engelska och kommer att göra sitt bästa för just DIG! Jag kommer att återvända!

Bra bemötande av personal som alla talade engelska, bra frukost fanns en hel del att välja mellan. Nära till tunnelbana som tog dig i princip över hela Paris. Promand avstånd från Notre Dame, ca 20 min nära till bra bargata längs San Sebastepol. Vi är mycket nöjda med vårt besök :)

Disneyland Paris lockar barn av alla åldrar och ligger i Marne-la-Vallée, 25 km öster om staden. Den omfattar Disneyland Park, ett Magic Kingdom i fem temaavdelningar och Walt Disney Studios. Sex hotell finns på plats och underhållningskomplexet Disney Village ligger precis utanför parkingången. RER-tåget linje A tar 40 minuter från centrala Paris till stationen Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy vid ingången till parken. Eurostar anordnar direkttransporter från London.

"Nära Eurodisney"
Hotellet låg nära Eurodisney, och hotellet har egen shuttle till parken mot avgift. Men se till att boka detta i tid, blir snabbt fullbokat. Poolen var fräsch och skönt att kunna ta sig ett dopp efter en heldag i t.ex. Eurodisney. Bra städat, och servicen var oftast bra. Var bara en person som var lite otrevlig och dessutom kunde hon inte många ord […] på engelska. Dock ingen matbutik eller restaurang inom gångavstånd, buss till Val ´d Europe är nog det bästa alternativet i sånt fall. Ett stort köpcentrum, med en outlet där man kan hitta flera av de stora märkeskedjorna i Frankrike (Lacoste, Ralph Lauren m.m.) Tyvärr är köpcentrumet stängt på söndagar och inga bussar går till Eurodisney på söndagar heller. Så har man inte bokat shuttle med hotellet så är det taxi som gäller (ca 15 euro). "Nära till Disneyland, men långt till allt annat."
Ett bra hotell om man ska besöka Disneyland, dock inte gångavstånd till någon mataffär eller restaurang. Beroende av buss som inte gick speciellt ofta och inte heller sent på kvällarna. Det bästa med hotellet var poolen och ett trevligt bemötande av hotellets personal. Städningen kunde varit bättre, porslin och bestick ej rena när vi kom och vi saknade […] badlakan vid ankomst, som vi fick be om ett flertal gånger. "You can live there but don't expect too much !"
The room was not air conditioned as stated, they only had an exhaust (fläkt) which did not cool the room. the pantry was very poorly furnished. They had only wine glasses but no glasses to drink water. No fried pan, no salt or pepper and only one useless cooking pot. The carpet and the toilet was pretty old to be used in a hotel that they claim to be […] 3 star. I would rate the Hotel to be 1 star and call it more of a Motel then a Hotel. Not far from Disneyland, free parking if you have a car, a littl crowdy parking at the end of the day, shuttle to the parks for €5 each room, one trip, book the day before, very big shopping mall(closed on sundays) not far(by car), kitchen in the room, so preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner was easy. "Good and bad"
. I had high hopes for this hotel. It was nice but I will never stay here again. I picked this hotel because it looked nice and came with a very good price. However upon arrival I was told about other charges I would have to pay, for example I would have to pay extra for my kids even though they were on my reservations (I paid in full in advance) and […] if I wanted the pots and pans to go with my kitchenette I would have to pay extra for those. The staff was nice but had a very, it's not my problem attitude about things. The day we left we needed a taxi and since our room phone was down we asked the front desk to call one for us. The next morning we were surprised to find our taxi cab fair was being doubled because even though we informed the front desk about needing one at around 1900 they didn't choose to call until 0100. There is random other stuff that I just don't feel like going in to detail about. Bottom line, call and ask about all their hidden fees and get all the details about their bus to the parks because it only runs once a day at some random time and its expensive. Nice hotel we drove to the park as advised by receptionist just as cheap to park as it would have been using buses the only real complaint is the lack of cooking equipment impossible to cook with only one saucepan, no kettle or toaster. hotel is what you would expect for a 3*. Good value for money, would be disappointed if we had paid more. The only complaints are the lack of pans in the kitchen(only 1 pan to cook with) would have liked a kettle to make tea/coffee, also a toaster would have made our stay better, as it would have been nice to have toast for breakfast. "Great for large family or group"
Very basic hotel to visit Disneyland Paris. Don't expect luxury but it is affordable and convenient. Bus stop right at hotel to take bus #42 to Marne La Valee station which is right at Disneyland. But read the bus schedule and plan accordingly otherwise you can face long waits between buses. But it's a fraction of the cost of the shuttle. "Wouldn't go back!!!"
The hotel is great for Disney Land if you have a car however if not its around €15 in a taxi. The room was very basic, there was no bed just a hard sofa bed, and only one set of towels even though the room was booked for two people. We were 2 people in our twenties and their was barely enough room for both of us, a family would have no chance. I hope […] the family rooms are a lot bigger! The staff at reception were very rude and unhelpful, they came across very unfriendly and everything seemed like an effort to them!! "Good for Disneyland Paris"
Within easy reach of Disneyland Paris and the shopping centre is a drive away by car. However, there is very little within walking distance of the hotel. Rooms were basic and there was no bar. "Ideal disney but not for self catering."
Kitchenette equipment lacking (1 pan and that's you're lot# & no corkscrew which is a crime in France! IE It's OK for preparing a bowl of soup but don't expect to self-cater your meals. "a great budget hotel and apartment for travelers"

"Would definately return"
We stayed here for 3 nights to visit disneyland and to go into paris itself. Easy to find and in a very quiet location, which is always a bonus. The room was ideal for us, 4 adults and a toddler, although the carpet was rather stained and we no kettle...everything else was good value for money..the staff were also great. Ideal location for disneyland, […] 10 min drive and the shuttle is available for a small fee from right outside the hotel. One night we wanted to order a pizza and our french lingo was not great so the staff on duty very kindly ordered for us. The only problem we had was trying to get the car back into car park at night when the only member of staff was on a break...we were stuck outside for 30mins. "Closer to park than Disney hotels! well worth it!"
We booked this hotel for its low price and its locaton near to Disney. Booked a sofabed studio room as there was only the two of us. The sofa wasnt that comfy but fine for a short stay and 'base' for the holiday. I'm not sure what the people who put up bad reviews on here expected, there are some horror stories! However I'd like to say that we got better […] than what we thought we would get. There are 'extras' you can pay for like daily room cleaning/cooking equipment if needed. Tip: Dont forget to take washing up stuff with you as its likely the previous person didnt wash up properly! The room and kitchen were well equipped even without paying for the extras. Free Wi-Fi was very usefull as we had to tell the family the news that we got engaged at the park on the first day! The staff were lovely - we were trying to speak french and they helped us out. It seemed closer to the park than some 'Disney' hotels! we got to the front of the car park every day and in time for shopping before park opened. Yes, the main hallways are a little worn and carpets had a couple of bleach stains (but at least this proves they use bleach!). You do need a car as although it is extremely close to the fence of the park (if it wasnt for a tree you could see the Tower of Terror from our balcony) the actual car park entrance is around the other side of the park. "Horrible service and uncomfortable rooms"
Close to Disneyland, although you will still need to take the bus or train to the park. 30 minutes walk to a big supermarket and shopping outlet. However, the supermarket is closed on Sundays, same with the bus services. Services from the staff were horrible. The night we checked in the staff at the desk was on two phones (one of them being her own […] cell phone) while we stood there for literally 10-15 minutes waiting for her to finish. Then the room she gave us, the lights did not work at all so she switched us to another room. The rooms were dirty and old. Sofa beds were uncomfortable. The day staff was rude when we had a question to ask. Overall, location wise for disney, its not bad for the price. This is not a hotel, it will come under apartment catogery or house. No one coming for cleaning. No one takes the bin bags, The carpets are very dirty, canot bring our children's... Family with 6 year old and 4 year old. Fantastic for staying near Disney with children. Kitchenette very useful saving fortune on eating out. Pool enjoyable. The hotel is ideally located for Disney. The family room was a decent size with good facilities. The pool area was great. This hotel is in a fabulous location for access to EuroDisney. The design of the apartments is excellent with sufficient space and facilities for a family of 5 to stay comfortably. However, it is badly in need of a refit. The walls and carpets are stained, dirty and damaged. The fixtures and fittings have also seen better days. "not recommended"
we missed the fireworks in Disney due to wrong information from reception. Tried to call hotel many times to change pick-up service but no answer, reception doesn't answer phone from room neither.
