When we booked the hotel on line it said we had breakfast included. When we got there they said breakfast was not included. Not sure what happened there.

The hotel was very nice but not in an area where you could easily walk around and see anything. The mall (Metro Centro) is about a block away but that was it. They have an airport shuttle service that was $9/person or you could take a taxi for $15/trip. The airport is not close or easy to get to from the hotel at all. This hotel was great. The staff was wonderful, the food was better then average, the location is awesome. The staff has cars to shuttle you wherever you want to go for a fair price. I LOVED my stay and have all intentions on going back and staying at the same hotel.

Convenient for business travellers. good: very friendly staff in the restaurante, especially at night, in the center of the town, good parking downstairs. not so good: noise all the time in the yard near the pool due to some structure they have there. somehow expensive. for privat stay too expensive, for business travell ok.

after a long flight this was great to arrive at hotel. Very comfortable! HOtel organised pickup from airport. Only stayed overnight as i was transferring the next day.

I understand that banquett service is part of hotel business but moving chears and tables after the event until 1am is not acceptable on a Wednesday for a business hotel.

My boyfriend and booked a night at the Hilton Princess for the last night of our trip across Nicaragua. We booked it because on Hotels.com it was roughly the same price as the Best Western across the street from the Managua airport. The hotel is located in front of a mean street, therefore is very loud. Additionally, if your room is situated near the elevator, you will hear the elevator´s bell every time the elevator stops at the floor where your room is located.

We had a fantastic time and the hotel was wonderful. They are wonderful people—the people in the country that we met at well as the people working in the hotel. We did not eat at the hotel because it was just a bit pricey for our limited budget. We did use commercially bottled water for drinking.

The suite was small with no view. The rooms were musty, especially the bedroom. There was effectively no temperature control.

It was a nice hotel in a rough city. The mall is a couple blocks away and an american looking gym was being built across the street. There is a pool and a small bar and a nice looking restaurant (I didn't eat there). The Crown Plaza was close and 40 bucks less. I didn't go in, but it had some bad reviews. I had never been to Nicaragua and wanted the […] comfort of being in a Hilton. You don't need to speak Spanish and I didn't see any ants (ants are everywhere in Nicaragua). I had an interesting experience in that I fell and sprained my ankle in the amazing lobby of this hotel, and the staff could not have been more professional in making sure that I was taken care of. The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, if u use the Hilton cab they are way overpriced. I recommend to take a regular Taxi which can take u almost all over Managua for 60 to 70 cordobas. The Hilton taxi charges much more for transportation.

The hotel was perfect for our needs to travel through to Granada. Close to banks, local mall, chica buses if you want that experience and hotel amentities comprehensive.

The response to the booking issues was very good. The charge for the shuttle to the airport was no insignificant. The catered banquet was very well managed. (It took me a week to contact the hotel directly, because the number on the website is incorrect).

The Hotel was great. It was nice and clean. The hotel was located in a very nice area. The best feature of the hotel was its personnel. Excelente en general. Tienen que poner un poco más de cuidado en brindar los servicios básicos, como internet inalámbrico en todo el hotel y ojalá sin costo, pues la tarifa de por sí, ya es elevada. Muy buena la calidad de la comida y el servicio del personal.
