Only had a one night stay. Hotel recently remodeled it appears but done well. Large indoor pool and spa as well as exercise room. Nice that hotel restaurant is 24 hours. Great for the business traveler. Memory foam mattresses are a plus! Will definitely stay here again.

I liked the stay but we stayed in a room next to the pool so we could not sleep in later than usual. The beds were good and everything was clean.

overall the hotel was great. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly ! I can't complain about anything really, everything was great. everyone was friendly and willing to help in anyway I asked, I would most certainly stay again !

Cool hotel swimming area. The location is also close to a bowling alley=Fun:)..Dog friendly was my sell, my pup enjoyed it. Located on the north end of Minot but nothing is very far away in that town. I would go again.

Very poor housekeeping, room not made up one day; next day clean-up only partially completed (coffee service not refreshed, soap not replaced, etc). The restaurant and service were very good, unlike the rest of the service staff, including the front desk.

We reserved 2 rooms. When we went to the rooms; one was furnished; one was completely empty (no furniture at all). Got another room; this one was also emply.. The 3rd room was furnished. We had a 5:00 am fligt to catch so we went to bed early. Fire alarm went off at 11 pm. Got back to bed and still lots of noise from the pool area at this time. I don't usually make negative comments, but this hotel was so awful I don't want someone else to make the same mistake. I had high hopes because of the way the lobby looked and the pictures on the site, but when we got to the room it was another story. The air conditioner was broke & a guy tried to fix it but couldn't which is understandable he did […] what he could do and at least tried. When he couldn't fix it he said he would have the front desk call to make other arrangements, 11:30 pm and still no call. My daughter was so tired she fell asleep with the heat, but my husband and I tossed and turned the whole night. The other thing about this hotel is that I slept in my clothes, because the room didn't look clean. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but I wasn't going to chance it. We would have left, but we had an early flight the next morning & it's hard to get a Hotel that late at night in Minot. Läs mer

The lady who checked me in was not friendly. She almost threw my key at me. Other than the check in, my stay was fantastic. I dined in the restaurant and the food and service was great. I would definitely stay at the Grand Intl again.

For the price of the room I expected it to be a lot nicer. The roof air conditioner roared very loudly in our room. The pool was so cold that the kids spent longer in the bathtub in their swimming suits than they did the pool. We stayed there many times in the 90's and it was very good, but not much has been updated since then.

Lodging in Minot continues to be a problem. This hotel has definitely seen better days. It appears that some rennovation is being done with much more needed. When we arrived the computers were down and they were unable to look up my prepaid Expedia reservation. After a long manual process to check in, I proceeded to my room where the room key failed. […] This happened several times during my stay (as well as to other members of our group). The staff was pleasant and helpful but it was still frustrating to have to run to the front desk after a surprise at the room where you were locked out of the room. It was okay for a business trip and I would stay again but it won't be my first choice in Minot. Läs mer

The staff at the Grand International was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean except for the carpet which was extremely dirty & looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for quite a few days & there were brown stains on the top sheets. The food that was served at the restaurant was really good but when we ordered take out & arrived at our room all […] that was in the containers was the meat, no rice potatoes or vegetables. Even with the flaws & lack of food I would stil reccommend this hotel because I enjoy being greeted by happy smiling faces when I enter a business. Läs mer

No major complaints, but is very hard to get any reservations here on short notice. Needs to be a month or more in advance.

The cleanliness of the rooms was disgusting where we found a pair of gotch left behind by a previous guest and the carpet was not vacuumed. One of the days our room was left uncleaned and had to find clean towels for the next day. The beds had the covers thrown across rather than made in a proper fashion. Was not worth the money spent!

Although it may have once been "Grand", this hotel is past its prime. The parking lot was littered with cigarette butts The woman at the checkin counter barely spoke a word, printed off my registration form, and slid it across the counter to me saying only "Sign at the bottom." No smile, no please or thank you. No information provided about the hotel, […] its amenities, etc. The hallways needed vacuuming quite badly, but the room itself was fairly clean, although the ventilation and bathroom fans were quite noisy. The TV predates flat screens. There is only one elevator to the "3rd" floor, which is actually the floor right above the entrance level. It can be a long walk to your room, as the hotel is quite large. On the plus side, the food was good in the newly redecorated ground-floor restaurant and the service was friendly. The arcade area looked like a party had gone on, the floor had all sorts of garbage on it. The pool was nice and big which was good cause my kids could stay on one end of the pool while the young adults drink and partied on and in the other end of the pool. Our room and the rest of the hotel was clean and well taken care of. Would go back here if we […] could get a better deal on the price but will not be back for the price that it was and what we got. The hotel was very nice, the room was very nice, however the bedding was full of dog hair, brought up new bedding, just sheets, walked downstairs to front desk, they brought up a clean comforter, but we had to change the bedding ourselves and they never brought our extra pillows we ordered. I love staying at this hotel. It has the memory foam mattress and very nice clean spacious rooms. It even has a beautiful view from many of the rooms. The restaurant is very nice.

We were in the older part of the hotel. Rooms were clean and amenities were good. We enjoyed the 24 hour restaurant.

The room were spacious. The hotel is older and needs some work. The "fitness facilities" room was half the size of my room and the equipment needed maintenance. Parking is terrible and the parking lot is very poorly lit. This place is too expensive for what you get.

The first room smelled of smoke, so we were switched to another one and it was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean and very comfortable.

I love the bowed shower rod for extra room in the bathroom, but the door was too close to the outside sink. The extra toilet paper was hidden behind the towels on the top rack. I had to ask the staff to get me an extra one not knowing I already had one up there. Had an HD TV in the suite but couldn't figure out how to get the universal remote to turn […] it on--hotel staff couldn't do it either--had to turn it on and off manually. I have stayed here many times, and the rooms are very comfortable. Resturant is open 24 hours which is very helpful. The blowdryers in some of the rooms are from the 1950s and don't work really well, so I have learned to bring my own. The hotel is nice, a little spendy for some of the older rooms, but comfortable and worth it.

The room was fresh & clean with very comfortable memory foam mattresses. It had had everything we needed and was also reasonably priced. The restaurant food was very tasty, staff friendly, and we would definitely stay there again.

Nice room in an ok location - away from shopping and restaurants, but comfortable. Our air conditioning wasn't working, so they gave us a full refund after trying to repair
