Jag quotar hotellet självt: A three star hotel with a five star attitude! Fräscht hotel, bra service, bra mat, bra poolområde, litet gym, 10min m taxi till shopping/hav etc Mycket prisvärt. Lite hårda sängar om man ska säga ngt negativt. Rekommenderas absolut!

Hotellet Arabian Park i Dubai var perfekt i sitt prisläge. Standardrummen var utmärkta, dock i minst laget för två personer. Allt fungerade på rummet från första början. Personalen var trevlig och servicen utfördes snabbt. Allt var ent och fint. Det fanns två nackdelar. Den ena var läget. Hotellet låg ganska isolerat. Friendly staff. We were downgraded, but given complimentary meals for our entire stay. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but the room was clean. The pool and surrounding area was nice. There are several issues with this place. I shall never take this hotel in future. (1) Quality of Service - they claim to have free internet in rooms as per your site, but the fdacility is only available in one floor which I suppose is usually full. I was charged additional 200 AED for Internet for 3 days. Their internet connection does not work all […] the time, and I could not use internet facility between 7 AM till about 10:30 AM on the 8th Feb. I had to leave for Airport after that. (2) Location - the location is very difficult to reach and extremely unusual. (3) Amenities - the rooms are very small and does not have the ability to place a laptop for work. The hotel concierge always recommends their own car rather than a taxi at approximately 3 times fare. The reception usually declines to book a taxi. Läs mer

The hotel was great. Although it is not in the centre of the city access to everything was easy. The hotel has a courtesy buses to the Wafi centre, Jumeirah Beach Park, the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and to (but not from) the airport. Staff were helpful and friendly. I can hardly believe anybody rated this place a "5." It seriously begs the question of what exactly they are used to. I was beyond disappointed when the taxi dropped me off here. I almost made another reservation somewhere else and would have just cut my losses for the cost of the room. That's how badly I wanted out of this place. It's in the middle […] of nothing - you can't walk to get food or a drink or... anything. So you're stuck with what's at the hotel, which is a pitifully small selection and terribly overpriced at that. I paid about 30 dollars (100+ Dhms) for noodles with a few shrimp and a hot tea. There was no balcony on my room. There was a window that faced the highway and offered traffic sounds if you dared open it for fresh air. The mattress was... jeez... it sucked - the kind you can actually feel the springs on it. I opened the fridge thinking I could at least console myself with an overpriced drink from the minibar and... suprise, surprise: it was empty. The hallway smelled like pine and body odor. No lie. This place came as a recommendation by the lady at the airport because I missed my flight. As her punishment, she should have to stay there a few nights. I stayed one day/night and tried to just sleep until I could leave the next day to come home. I prefer my cubby in a warzone to this place. Läs mer

Great Hotel Fair pricing Although the hotel is relatively closer to airport but its little away from rest of the city, which causes delays to find taxi from hotel to city. I wish they had a free wifi all over the hotel, they just had free wifi on the 2nd floor Overall, a good stay

My girlfriend and I stayed at Arabian Park Hotel for 5 nights and we were quite disappointed. The rooms are probably the smallest we've ever seen in Dubai! The bathroom is tiny and water was leaking from the water sprayer next to the toilet seat. The TV is small and archaic with an annoying hiss; I'm surprised they still have such old TV's installed […] in this relatively "modern" hotel. The fridge was not cooling properly and when I called maintenance they told me that the fridge has to be at room temperature (!) are you kidding me?! Housekeeping was bad, when we came back to our room the table was still dirty and dusty, and we found disgusting dust hairballs on the mat blown out from underneath the bed by the vacuum cleaner's exhaust air. I confirmed this by leaning down to take a peek under the bed but I won't even mention the repulsive scene. The hallways had a bad smell of moist dirty carpets. I presume it's because of water leaking in several places. I called room service to ask for toothpaste and they bring me toothpicks! Ironing our clothes was a pain as their broken iron board does not stand up properly and we were using an outdated metallic iron. Not to mention that there was no way to reach the wall socket behind the table so we had to use the extension. The pool outside is laughable! It's only approx 1.5m deep! And you will not get sunlight post 12.00 pm. For these and MANY other reasons I do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. Läs mer

This was our first visit to Dubai, and the hotel was recommended to us by a friend. It's on the outskirts of the busy areas of Dubai, but easy to get into the city centre (using the fairly regular hotel bus provided) and to jump a taxi back (both private and Dubai City taxis waited outside the hotel, so remember to take the city one - half the price […] of the private white ones). The hotel staff were very friendly, and helpful. The pool seemed to be in the shade most of the day, but not a problem for those of us who are not sun-worshippers! I would recommend the room upgrade (to a Superior Room) - it made all the difference to have a balcony, and water & tea/coffee facilities provided each day. The in-house deli isn't cheap - £3 for a 300ml of Pepsi. The restaurant was very nice, but again, not cheap. Service was very good though. I would definately go back to this hotel. Läs mer

The female staff were rude. The building shades the pool so you cant lie and enjoy the sun. Fridge not working. Wifi only works if you sit in the public room on the second floor

Hotel is ok if you are there for a SHORT layover in Dubai. I've stayed in many hotels in Dubai over the years. This is by far by last choice on my next trip through. In short, the cost of the room is equal to the value of the stay.

The room I had was fantastic. It was the cheapest room and it had everything. The bed was comfortable , All the furnishings were tasteful and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. APH is a lovely place to stay all be it a short tax ride from most attractions but there is a bus service for most destinations and the Dubai taxi come quite frequently. Staf are friendly and very helpful. Wifi is free on second floor and the food is supereb. The staff has poor customer service skills. I struggled to get into the lobby while pulling two suitcases and no one at the desk bothered to even hold the door open for me. The mattress was of poor quality and all the metal springs could be felt. On my last day, there was no hot water and the management did nothing to notify the guests. Hotel has a little bit poor transportation connections, but in near future there will be a metro station opened near by. Room was clean and everyboy was nice and polite. There is also a swimming pool so you can refresh after whole day of walking around.

Our stay at Arabian Park Hotel was very pleasant.We stayed in a non-smoking refurbished room with a view on Sheikh Zayed Road. I would actually rate the hotel as 4* not 3*. The room was always well cleaned, staff at the reception was very helpful, especially Umer who handled my parcels that were delivered to the hotel for me. Also Michael in the Business […] Centre helped us with car rental documents by emailing then to the rental company. All the staff was very kind and helpful. I also found the rates very good. Great value for money! Although there is nothing much around the hotel, we didn't find it as a problem (we rented a car). We enjoyed the bar and used the 2nd floor internet lounge on a daily basis. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the heavy air/conditioning in the lounge on the 2nd floor. I was always very cold when working on my laptop. We had an early airport departure, so the hotel was great for a one-night stay. The airport shuttle only goes every 90 minutes though, so we ended up getting a taxi, but it's not far. The receptionist was pretty underwhelming when we checked in as far as friendliness goes, but the rest of the staff made up for it later. This hotel was excellent. Staff service is amazing and the keeping and attitute of the hotel and its people is very good. They have everyday, many free shuttle bus services running to different locations around dubai such as Burj Khalifa, Jumeria Beach Park, Wafi Mall (where you can catch the metro to any location), Deira City Centre (Gold and Spice […] Souk). They both drop you off and pick you up for FREE. Their hotel food is expensive though, so its worth brining some food back from the mall when you come back to the hotel. The last bus pickup is from Wafi Mall at 11.15pm so you can roam around the whole day in dubai and know you have until 11.15pm to get to WAFI mall for a free drop off to hotel. Drivers are very friendly. A great place to stay for singles, couples and families with kids. I would deffo reccomend this place. The Hotel and its staff are great and very hospitable. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and checked in. We were business travelers and would recommend this hotel even to tourists alike. It scores well on everything, cleanliness, politeness, service, etc. Only a couple of minor things to note is that the bed in the room is a tad bit uncomfortable […] as it is too bouncy for comfort. The superior room with a balcony was lovely, very spacious and beautifully decorated. The Hotel was exactly what we wanted- a base from which to explore Dubai and experience other hotels and places.The staff were very professional and courteous and the room was serviced exactly when we wanted, which suited us.
