trevligt hotell som har nära till allt. väldigt nära Krakow Galleria, gamla stan/borgen och slottet. enda nackdelen är att det inte finns AC på rummet. under väldigt varma nätter (vi hade 24C på natten och en relativ luftfuktighet på ca 75%) blir det lite obekvämt.

För att börja med det positiva så var det rent och snyggt och trevlig personal. Det negativa var att trots att elementet var på full värme så var det kallt på rummet, för att inte tala om toaletten. Frukosten på Bistron var väl inte den bästa, men man fick det man behövde.

Bra hotell med tanke på vad man betalar. Sängarna är hårda men i övrigt städad och personal finns tillgänglig 24h om dygnet. Hotellet ligger grymt bra placerat, nära till den stora gallerian med massa shopping. Ett väldigt prisvärt hotel som ligger hyfsat mitt emellan platserna man som turist förmodligen besöker mest.. Nämligen Det stora moderna köpcentrat och den gamla stadskärnan m. alla restauranger o sevärdheter.. Bra läge, trevlig personal med bra service och väldigt prisvärt..

Mycket bra läge på hotellet, mycket trevlig personal som verkligen hjälpte till vid behov. Sängarna var dock stenhårda, i övrigt fräsht o fint.

We had room #13, a large room with a kitchenette. We were able to cook all our breakfasts there even though the utensils were limited (no spatula). There is a big water cooler in the reception area which we used to fill our own containers. We were a 2 minute walk from the huge shopping Galleria (which has a large grocery store) and trams. On the other […] side of the Galleria were the train and bus stations. The hotel is next to St. Florian's church which is the start of the "Royal Route". The Old Town Square was a 10 minute walk for us. There are several inexpensive restaurants on the way to Old Town. The hotel people couldn't have been more helpful. They told us how to get to Schindler's factory and even phoned to make sure admission was free on Mondays. Läs mer

This small hotel by the train station is quite hidden. Keep in mind that if you are looking for the name on a building you will never find it. Search for the sign and you go behind a building into this small hotel. With that in mind the service here was incredible. I had an incident where something was poured on me when I was at the galleria. I went […] back to pick up my bags and explained that I had something poured on me and even though I had checked out, I requested a shower since I wanted to get the stuff off me and I wanted to catch a flight. They let me take a shower, in the middle of the afternoon, while guests were still coming. The hotel is perfectly located outside the main train station (for the quick rail link to the airport) and bus station and very close to the old town. There is an excellent market close by. The Hotel is simple but offers excellent value and the staff are charming, very welcoming and helpful.

i thought the place very basic and it lacked attention to the cleaning of the rooms with the onus being on the guest as opposed to the hotel.it was close to the city center beside the florin gate.thougt quite cheap its not for be i dont do basic.

The apartment was within five minutes from railway/bus station and tram stop. Bakery across the road and supermarket in large shopping complex around the corner. The weather was extremely cold on my visit to Krakow but the apartment was well heated. It was spotlessly clean and although fairly basic had everything i needed. We arrived in Krakow centre by train from the airport. After checking this place out on Google street maps it was really easy to find. Literally walk out of the galleria (huge shopping arcade) up the street and it's right next to st florens church. We arrived at 10.30am abducted although check in wasn't until 2, our room was ready. The reception staff […] were willing to help with all our question and queries and always said hello when we entered the hotel. The room was basic although there was a kitchenette with tea and coffee so we could make our own. The bed was pretty hard and was actually 2singles pushed together and 2 single duvets overlapped, but we weren't bothered by this. It's less than a 5minute walk from the wall of the old town square. It was snowing when we were there and the walk through the small park was so pretty. We booked breakfast as part of our package, and really wished we hadn't! Seeing as our flight left early the last day that was wasted, and to be honest the breakfast certainly wasn't worth a lot. It was in another hotel across the road and consisted of a lot of things I'd never consider as breakfast, so you'd be better of going to a cafe, or even dare I say it, McDonalds! On return home we couldn't be bothered to get a train due to the snow so asked reception to book us a taxi which they did no problem. As for Krakow itself, it's a lovely place and I can't wait to go back! Would I stay in Aparthotel Maly again? I say probably, but I,d leave breakfast! Läs mer

Really good place to stay, very quiet location and only a couple of minutes walk from the busy market square. Only slight concern is the small bedding, if you are over 6ft tall you may find the quilt a little short. Not sure if this is the same for all apartments, we stayed in no 7.

The hotel is located facing a courtyard/ parking area behind a building, away from the street and fairly quiet for a downtown location. We first got a very small room(#14), not what you'd expect form an "apartment" hotel, but we moved to a larger one with kitchenette the next day, The beds are small(by North American Standards), but comfortable. The […] suitcases had to stay on the floor, a couple of stands or shelf to put them on would have been be nice. The kitchenette w. fridge was well equipped for simple food preparation and the bathroom/Shower worked well, with lots of hot water. The rooms are plain, but clean and airy. Besides Wi-Fi there is also a hard wire connection if you carry a cable, The location is very convenient, only a short walk to old town, and a block away from a major shopping center with food court, and Streetcar/bus/ train station. There are also quite a few inexpensive restaurants serving excellent Polish food a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are very friendly and will cheerfully answer all your questions and supply maps of the city and tell you how to get to the attractions. The motel was clean and comfortable and the staff very very helpful. Location was great, close to transport and most attractions. I'd stay there again, but make sure your room has a fridge if that's important to you.

There was no A/C. The room was hot. There was no fan. The window had to be left open. That helped with the heat but let in a lot of noise. The room was very small but clean and adequately equipped. Staff were really friendly, helped you with anything. Quiet on evenings and in a great location, only downside would only recommend for 2 people or couple with small child. Beds were a bit on the hard side.

The hotel could not be in a better location. It was only 50 yards to the huge mall that contains the train station. The Old Town was only a 10 to 15 minute walk. The employees were very helpful and the room was nice and clean. We were able to cook a little and save some money.

Great location, very basic, misleading with thinking we had a complimentary breakfast, and had to change rooms since I thought we had a frig and stove in our room. They let us switch rooms, but told us breakfast was not included. Overall, it was short and sweet stay.

Horrible. When we arrived the room was freezing cold - one of the two radiators had not been turned on and one of the windows had been left wide open. In a large, sparse, carpet-less room it felt like an icebox. Double bed was two singles, including frames, pushed together leaving a 3-inch gap between beds. Mattresses were some of the most uncomfortable […] we have ever slept on - our backs hurt horribly after our two night stay. The two provided pillows were collapsed to the point of uselessness. Sheets did not completely cover mattresses and blankets just barely covered the width/length leaving no overlap to the sides. When we asked for additional blankets an old, disgusting, unwashed throw was all that was provided. The door didn't completely fit the flush to the frame so every time another tenant open/closed their door the air pressure change in the hotel caused our door to rattle and the lock to the door was a flimsy key - we didn't trust our or our possessions' security at all. The faux wood flooring was damaged horribly in one part of the room and we were disgusted to set foot on it. The shower never got very hot. At 2AM the second night, the receptionist carried on a very loud conversation with a guest for 30 minutes which woke us up and could be heard throughout the hotel and she never answered our phone call to request that they keep the noise down. It may have been inexpensive but we didn't expect hostel cheap. Läs mer

The location of the hotel was very close the the Krakow Old Town and very much within the 5 minutes walk as advertised. The room also had small kitchen facilities in addition to a comforable bed, desk, TV and sizable bathroom/shower and free WiFi. Very good room, especially at a very low price compared to other hotels in Krakow.

Worn-out rooms, walls need painting and floors need cleaning. Thin walls and doors provide little barrier against outside noise. You can hear people snoring in adjacent room, watching TV or having (what they think) a private moment. Thus, sometimes it may be difficult to have a good sleep. This hotel sits near a large shopping center and train station and just outside of the old city which makes it excellent for a visitor going by foot, but there is car parking too. The room I had was small but adequate and it was clean. The staff was friendly and spoke english well. I would recommend this hotel!
