Hotellets standard var mycket bra, stora rena rum, tyst. Sängarna var hårda men ok. Frukosten var mycket enkel: vitt bröd, ost, salami, marmelad, yoghurt, corn flakes, croassiant, dåligt kaffe/the och dålig juice. Läget på hotellet för att ta sig till Venedig var mycket bra med buss som gick var 10 min utanför hotellet. Att ta sig till tågstationen tog drygt 10 min till fots och därifrån kan man enkelt ta sig till Padua, Bologna, Verona, etc.

Efter att ha fått ganska negativ feedback på Venedig som resmål blev vi mycket positivt överraskade av stan och detta hotell. På dagarna Venedigs alla smala gränder, Marcusplatsen etc och på kvällen lugnet och harmonin på Lidostranden och Villa Laguna. Diskret toppservice och gott om trevliga smårestautanger på gångavstånd. Avslutar gör man med en trevlig promenad lägs med kajen eller stranden (300 meter emellan dem båda). +++

Mycket fina rum, vi hade bokat fyra de luxe rum som alla var till belåtenhet. Alla rummen var mot kanalen. Ett av rummen hade en liten balkong som vi kunde stå på när vi ville kika på gondoler som gled förbi. Hjälpsam personal. Mysig takterass. Nära till de sevärdheter vi ville titta på. Frukost som innehöll både färsk frukt, bröd med diverse pålägg och bakerk. Vi kan rekommendera hotellet.

San Marco är det mest väsentliga för Venedigs besökare. Piazza San Marco, känd för sina duvor, klockstapeln, basilican, Palazzo Ducale och exklusiva kaféer, får inte missas. Vyerna vid vattenkanten är legendariska, och fler gondoler än någon annanstans i staden går härifrån. Under säsong vimlar det av dagturister på piazzan, men bara ett kvarter eller två därifrån är gatorna tysta och erbjuder fler museum och palats att utforska.

My mother and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Becher! Anna and the staff were very helpful with directions and suggesting sights to see. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the coffee and cookies available to guests during the day. Also, we appreciate Anna for making a change in our room accomodations […] when I realized the handicap accessable room I had reserved earlier was not necessary. Although I'm not certain of the correct spelling, I want to thank Massimo, Anna, Hiemo, and Daniel for their assistance. There was a sweet young lady at the desk who made reservations for us to see a wonderful concert our last night and we appreciate her. "Small and outdated but comfortable"
Hotel is very old and outdated but the room was very clean and breakfast was included. For the price in Vencie which is a very expensive place to stay it was just fine.

"a small gem"
The service, location and breakfast were all great. The rooms are small, but if you can live with that, all else is lovely. We had a room overlooking a canal that was frequented by gondolas...sometimes with singers. Five-minute walk to St. Mark's Square.

There are a lot of pics of this hotel online and I would say they are all VERY accurate. The location of the hotel makes it easy to get around. The staff is very nice. Had issues with the AC called down at 3am and someone came right up and helped me with it, it was something I was doing wrong. "Favorite Hotel in Italy"
We just returned from Italy and Venice was our last stop. Hotel Becher was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip. The room was delightfully clean and the people at the desk were extremely helpful. We left by water taxi at 4 AM for an early flight and they had breakfast for us before our departure. Eating breakfast on the canal landing was […] a special treat but the warm reception we received was the best. My husband and I have a poor sense of direction and the manager was extremely patient with us as we asked for directions multiple times! If we return to Venice, we will definitely stay here again! The rooms are too small and cramped. Toilet was too narrow. But service staff were warm and friendly.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The reception staff were extremely helpful from the word 'go' and provided very useful insights and guidance. The bedroom was extremely small for two people with suitcases and would be a real turn off if staying more than a few nights. This was a wonderful, quaint hotel walking distance to St. Mark's square. The hotel management was extremely helpful and made our stay exceptional.

This hotel was lovely. The staff was very helpful, the hotel was clean and breakfast was great. We elected to take a water taxi from the airport which turned out to be a good choice, delivering us right to the canal level back door. Finding the hotel might have been challenging otherwise.

"Hotel Becher: A great central choice in Venice"
My son grandson and I just had a great vacation in Venice. The Hotel Becher is centrally located in Venice around the corner from the Fenice with easy access to San Marco and the vaporetto stops. The front desk was very helpful and kind, the hotel is charming and well-kept, the shower worked well for three of us every morning, and the breakfast (included) […] was quite good. "Best Hotel in Italy!"
The room was very comfortable and the service was great.The location was a little hard to find, but it was worth it. Breakfast was good. The tables were clean. When you open the balcony door, you can see the river and gondolas passing by.Great veiw. The people at the front desk were really nice. I highly recomend this hotel.

Although we could not follow the directions to find the hotel, a porter at St. Marks came to our rescue and for 20 Euros took our luggage and led us to it. The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel plus free WiFi made this place a real bargain. We aren't night people and CNN or at least one English TV chanel would […] have been nice but, then, we don't travel to watch TV! Well positioned Hotel Becher, is a wonderful hotel, great room, good breakfast, run by wonderful owners who were, helpful and attentive. This was our first time in Venice a great place to visit.

O hotel é exatamente o que esta descrito. É limpo, familiar. Os quartos sao pequenos porem um pouco maior que o padrao de paris. Sao dois banheiros, um com ducha e pia e outro com vaso sanitario. A recepção eh muito atenciosa e nos ajudou bastante com dicas para restaurantes. Tem um ajudante que fala portugues ! As duas coisas que nao fizeram da estadia […] ser melhor foram o carpete no quarto e a regiao que estava fora do agito de saint-germain a pé, apesar de estarmos bem proximos da estacao de metro. ジュニアスイートに宿泊しました。 ほぼジュニアスイートと言う言葉に釣られただけで、 ただ広いだけの部屋でした。 まあ、こんなもんでしょう。 メインの観光スポットには充分な徒歩圏。

"Schönes, zentrales Hotel mit excellentem Service"
Das Hotel Becher ist kleines, schönes Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen in San Marco. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, alle bemühten ihre Deutschkenntnisse. Besonders die Wirtin Anna ist spitzenmäßig und hilft, wo sie nur kann. Der Frühstücksraum ist klein, aber das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse wirklich ausgezeichnet. Beim Frühstück […] schaut man auf den lebhaften Kanal, an dem das Hotel liegt. Charme hat auch der eigene Bootsanleger, Kanal und Taxifahrten beginnen somit direkt aus der Rezeptionshalle. Die Zimmer sind sauber und entsprechen voll dem Qualitätsniveau der 3-Sterne. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Läs mer
"ホテルベッチャー-全館禁煙ホテル"
ホテルズ・コムで最初の予約時喫煙室の希望を入れ忘れたため最初の予約を一度キャンセルして再度希望を入れた結果当初の部屋が取れず１ランク上の部屋になった筈だったが、ベニスのホテル事情のためか今回の旅行中最も料金が高い割りに部屋の広さ、洗面台の狭さ、備品のチンケさ（冷蔵庫のグラスがプラスチックカップ等）、朝食の貧弱さ（卵等のホットミールなし）で堂々の第１位にランクされることになった。おまけに船着場からのアクセス確認のためホテルベッチャーのホームページを開いたら「全館禁煙ホテル」と誇らしげに書いてあった。客室は禁煙、小さな運河に面したホテル専用のモータボートの船着場部分でかろうじて喫煙可能であった。部屋は運河に面した２階で、ゴンドリエの歌がよく聞こえるのはよいが、昼間から夜の１０時過ぎまで毎日毎日何 […] 十回も聞かされると若干辟易した。それと運河はトラックが通る幹線道路のようなもので朝は５時過ぎからごみや物資を輸送する船が何艘も往来し荷役作業を行うのでうるさくて目が覚めた。行った翌日に雨が降りサンマルコ広場や通路が水浸しになった。その増水の影響か帰る日に予約した水上タクシーがホテルの船着場まで入ってこれず大運河の船着場まで歩かされる羽目になった。ほとんど唯一のメリットである専用の船着場も意味をなさなかった。ベニスでは他の都市の５割増し位の予算でないと中途半端にランクを上げても意味がないような気がした。 Läs mer
