"not bad at all"
Betygsatt av en Hotels.com-gäst okt 17, 2012The hotel was a nice one hidden just behind marriot courtyard, bit difficult to find unless you really look for the sign, if you don't look for it you wouldn't know it was there. Once you actually do find the hotel you realize it's really close to the motorway AND Penn Square Mall, the hotel itself is not noisy or anything despite the location. it's a very quiet hotel with clean room and good service, friendly staff, good complimentary breakfast. only thing that annoyed me was the shower, it seemed like the bathtub tap wasn't attached properly, and when you tried to turn on the shower faucet with the shutoff valve on the bathtub tab, it didn't fully shut off the wather from the lower tap, meaning the water that came out of the shower weren't that much. nothing i couldn't live with though In general a nice hospital.

The staff was all very nice. However our room had not been vacuumed. There were French fries on the floor in front of the microwave. The inside of the microwave was nasty with burnt on food. ""Not up to it's usual standards"
I always look forward to my stay at Country Inn & Suites. This visit was not what I expected. There was a wait to check-in. The water in the bathroom was cold. I reported to the front desk, but it was so busy, I decided not to make it an issue. Because it was so busy, the breakfast options were limited. I literally had to go out for breakfast every […] day during my visit except Sunday. I had hoped to spend some time by the pool, but found out, that during the entire three-day stay, the pool would not be working. For a quick stay-over at a cheaper place it wasn't bad, but it didn't meet my expectations for the price we paid. It seemed like an economy motel, just in a nicer wrapper. "Great, clean hotel"
The hotel was easy to get to off the highway and the staff was very friendly. Lots of restaurants near there and a casino is located close to there if looking for something to do. Tip: the casino offers free pick up and drop off 24 hours a day, all you have to do is call. We found this out from the woman at the front desk and if helped us out a lot. […] The room was very clean and the bathroom was great. Much bigger than other hotels we have stayed at. They do allow pets but there is a deposit. We got a newly refurbished room...it stunk...when I complained the clerk said that everyone complains and that the "new" cleaning spray doesn't smell good for very long.
