We checked into 1 room, 4 adults. Waited for the room to cool off. Went to dinner came back the room was still hot. Upon calling the office we were advised we would have to change rooms. Although this was a big hassel the front desk was very friendly. I belive maintaince should be more on there game with something as important as air not working. We stayed in a 2 bedroom. I really only have 2 complaints. The first being that the overall size was a bit on the small side. That being said, they have done a wonderful job of working with the space provided. The other issue being that housekeeping is not like your typical hotel but that of a long term stay. Meaning, they don't come clean top to bottom […] everyday. Not that it was bad, I guess I just missed that note when booking. For the money, its tough to beat this place. You would be hard pressed to find one hotel room for their normal rate let alone finding a 2 bedroom with full kitchen and living room. It was as nice as any apartment I have ever been in...probably nicer, lol. We will definitely be staying here anytime we visit the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Oh, and its just 5 or so minutes to Grapevine for those interested in shopping and wineries. Läs mer

The hotel was made up of suites. Mine had two bedrooms w/baths. A living room and a full kitchen. Well equiped place to spend a few days. Clean and comfortable.

Good for the money we spent. It was 6 of us who stayed in the room and the kitchen was huge. All in all, good experience. The front desk guy was a bit mean and there was a dead roach in the bathroom! But other than that, great hotel!

Pleasantly surprised that an apartment complex was turned in to a hotel. Two beds equaled a two bedroom/bath apartment with full kitchen. The hot/cold breakfast buffet was not your typical free breakfast, rather a nice surprise with many options to choose from. GREAT place to for families or a long/extended stay!

Very easy to find. Very inviting and safe neighborhood. The only thing to improve is the lobby. When we first arrived we weren't sure exactly where to go. The good news is that they are planning remodel soon so problem solved. The breakfast buffet is awesome and an added benefit. Heard that they where doing away with. Please hear my plea... Keep the […] buffet. It is a family perk and very good and well worth waking up for. The room was excellant and the cleaning service was awesome! I will be frequenting Dallas often and have found my temporary home here. Have no doubt this is a quality hotel and family friendly. Läs mer

For our trip to Grapevine, we decided to stay at this hotel for the convenience of having a double bedroom, sofa bed, living space and kitchen. What's there not to like? The room was clean, the room itself is really nice and the use of space is amazing - the stainless steel appliances and 3 flat screen tvs is icing on the cake. The location is just […] right. It's off the freeway and near several restaurants and a gas station. Las Colinas is a really nice part of town - quiet and pleasant views. It was a short drive to the Christmas Capitol (Grapevine, TX) and we were able to take a quick (<10 minute) drive to the Polar Express Vintage Railroad Ride and the Gaylord Texan Resort for the ICE! Exhibits. To be able to all of this in one afternoon, come back to our clean and comfy room, AND have a full breakfast served the following morning made this one of the best hotel stays and bargains that I've ever had. For the price, the amneties, location, and room layout...this place cannot be beat! We will definitely stay here the next time I head up there! Läs mer

Good points: The room was clean upon arrival. It was an apartment-style room complete with kitchen, refrigerator, toaster, and a kitchen sink. If you have one extra person, there is a mattress underneath the sofa bed that could be unfolded. Bad points: The hotel's location is at least a 20 min. drive on the highway to the nearest attractions (clubs/bars […] in downtown or midtown Dallas). It's a pretty far drive to the State Fair from this location. Also, after 11 pm, if you lose your room keys and you don't live within the same building as the hotel lobby, you are out of luck. The door to the lobby was locked after 11 pm, and the hotel staff refused to let me in to talk to them despite I rang the intercom like 5-6 times. Also, the hotel staff only changed the towels and did not make the beds for my 2nd day of stay. Läs mer

This hotel is about convenience as it's situated close to a main highway and right across the street from a shopping mall with some eateries. The suite is fairly large and sufficiently equipped to handle long stays. Excellent value for the money.

Right in the middle of Fort Worth/Grapevine area and Dallas. We went to Dallas one day and Grapevine the other. It was convenient to the freeway so we could go in either direction without difficulty. The breakfast was nice, loved the carrot cake muffins. The walk to the breakfast area is not far. Since the kids were sleeping in we loaded up on breakfast […] and ate in our room. We them simply loaded our dishes into the dishwasher and them to clean while we were out and about. The pool are was great as an after for the kids to unwind before heading back to the room. The only thing was that there weren't any pool towels so we had to go into the lobby and ask for some. Not a big deal. We will definitely be back in the winter to enjoy Dallas again. My family and I were very satified with our stay in the two bedroom suite. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom with the large commom living room with fully stocked kitchen. Location was perfect, we were able to get to just about anywhere we wanted to get to inside of 20-25 minutes. The buffet style breakfast was awesome, don't forget the outdoor pool […] and spa. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our visit very much. It was clean, roomy and updated. The pool and hot tub were also nice. My only negative comment is that there isn't enough laid back seating in the living room. But overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, especially for the price!

We were extremely satisfied with this hotel... the size of the room was great (we had 4 kids and 2 adults). The hotel and the room were very clean. The breakfast was hot and with many choices. We are definitely staying at this hotel again the next time we visit the Dallas / Ft Worth Metroplex!

Excellent location, good food (breakfast and dinner buffet during the week) and great service. Probably not for those who want to be "pampered" ...but an excellent place to call home away from home for a few days during the week!

This has been my second stay at this establishment. The rooms are always clean, and the service friendly. tey are full suites with living room table, living room, full kitchen, and queen bed. I like the fact that they have a full free breakfast (eggs, sausage, toasts, fruit, cereal, juices, etc..), free wifi, pool is clean, basketball court. I had a short business trip to the Fort Worth area. I got to the hotel after a long flight from Tokyo. The check-in process was smooth. My room was quite large and comfortable but it was a bit too dark -- needs better lighting. The buffet breakfast was very nice -- lots to choose from. The evenng cocktail hour was also very nice -- free beer and wine […] and enough light food to fill me up so that I skipped dinner. There is a small pool and it was nice to sit poolside after a long day of travel and work. Overall it was a nice hotel -- very conveneint for travel to the Fort Worth Area. I was particularly pleased that the business center was free -- I could print out my documents and send faxes for free -- that was great. Läs mer
