Stayed at the Hampton Inn this past weekend with my 2 kids. We had so much fun in the water park & the hotel services were great. The hotel was undergoing construction & hotel staff helped make it a smooth transition for all. Overall our trip was at 9 out of 10.

We were able to check in early after a long ride which was great. Everything was excellent from bed to TV to bath except shower head was not working properly. Not bad enough to be a problem though.

Hotel was in the center of town just steps from shopping and skiing. Workout room was a little small & short on free weights but functional for a short stay. Kids loved the water slide.

We decided to do a 1 night getaway to your hotel because of the waterpark. Although it was fine for us, we thought the online photos made it look bigger than it was. Also, it would have been nice if there was a pool just for swimming when the slides are running.

Nice Hotel. Quiet . The hours and operation of the hot tub left something to be desired. I was treated like one of the children in the water park by the over zealous night staff. The eggs at breakfast were inedible. The price was very good. Beds were very comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay. I would visit again.

We stayed for a ski week around New Year. From check-in to departure the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The hotel has the feel of a guest house rather than a chain hotel. The cookies in the lobby in the afternoon, the all day warm drinks and the atmosphere around the "great room" felt like you were in a big house with lots of families […] chatting and having fun. I would definitely recommend for families particularly on a budget or for fussy kids. The hot breakfasts were fairly basic, but there was plenty of choice and always lots of good quality fruit, yoghurts and cereal. Even the waffle batter was good and as a Brit I'm just not that into waffles! In the evening at weekends they ran craft activities for kids and then put on a film on the big screen TV. As there is no restaurant, people were just eating take-out or delivery and they put a microwave out at the drink station in the evening, so everyone sat eating dinner watching TV, just like home! (There are microwaves and fridges in the room). There are plenty of restaurants within a very short walking distance all with pavements/sidewalks. The waterpark only has 2 actual slides but after a days skiing, that was plenty. We had one of the smaller rooms but it was still a good size and the beds were really comfortable. North Conway looked like it would also be a great holiday in summer too, our 6 year old wants to return in the summer and if we did , we would definitely consider this hotel again. Läs mer

Good location for hitting ski mountains in the area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. The breakfast was a plus, kids loved the water slides, but no swimming pool for the adults or kids besides the water slides. Our room was small, not sure if this is true of all rooms. We were pleasantly surprised upon checking in to this hotel - in fact we were thrilled with how well everything turned out !!! The staff was very friendly from the first and all the way through our stay- very easy check-in / check -out !! We stayed two nights !! Highlights: Great price especially as it included free breakfast both days - much more than […] a continental breakfast ; ie:waffles, omelets. PET friendly, loved seeing the dogs ! It is a good hotel for people with kids. Newer, and rooms are spacious. My kids enjoyed the water park. The breakfast was mediocre, that'd be my biggest complaint. Also there are TONS of families here so it can be a little louder than hotels you may be used to for business stays.

We stayed for 4 days including New Year's Eve, staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea all day, activities for kids were a bonus. Pool smaller than we thought, but still lots of fun!

As a family of five, we greatly enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn and Suites in North Conway. There were great movies in the evenings, early evening activities for younger children, and limitless hot drinks throughout the day (our kids loved the hot chocolate). The indoor water slides were warm and fun.

Great Family spot, watch chlorine in pool bleached out my daughter's swim suit.... Otherwise great family vacation, had a great time kids 4,5,7years.

Hotel is great, water park is fun for all ages! Temp of water and air in water park was a little cold, kids were cold the entire time. That's my only complaint.

I like to say this was a bad experience and then less people would use this and keep the crowds away....but...... The room was very clean, the common areas of the hotel were the same and the staff were friendly and accomodating. The Hampton Inn (North Conway) is an excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is quite good for hotel breakfasts and the service is terrific. I especially loved the games that we were allowed to bring up to the room and the free holiday wrapping they provided. The waterpark was fun but lacks a swimming pool for adults as you […] are asked to leave the pool that the slides shoot you into (yes, shoot!) as soon as you are out of the slide. That leaves the hot tub which is very nice for 15 minutes but not if you want to swim at all. You can't beat the location as it is almost across the street from the outlets. Läs mer

i forgot that this hotel has a "water park" (basically a water slide and sprinkler). All of thehotels were emptyas we drovew up the strip. Our parking lot was full. We knew we would be checking in at nine or so just to grab a nights rest. The hotel was full of families. I am not anti children I have two. But the folks above us let theirs run around […] until 11:30. You can hear everything. I even heard the guy next door snoring alll night through the thin walls. Breakfast was great waffles lil premade omelet circles. pretty much what I expected. But it was full of little kids. The line for toast and waffles was enormous. It was very loud even earlly in the morning. I have stayed here before and never seen it this full of kids. SO just be prpared if you go on the weekend it might be a kids holiday! Läs mer

Super hotel to stay whilst travelling in White Mountain area. Only stayed one night but wish we had stayed longer. Facilities very good and hotel central to area. Breakfast very nice and tea/coffee in room was a bonus ! Would definately recommend.

Great. Second stay and I'd go back again in a heartbeat. They have a great room for a reasonable price that easily accommodates the five of us. The kids love the water park, the free breakfast is solid, and the staff were gracious and efficient. Great hotel. Highly recommend it.

No complants. Staff was extremly helpfull and pleasent. Our only noticablle issue, was that some of the uphostered furniture showed wear and tears.
