The Comfort Inn was conveniently located and had a nice selection if restuarants, pharmacy, and stores nearby. Will stay there again when I am in the area. Also, it was a very short drive to my meeting site....Indiana National Guard.

Nothing fancy but everything we needed for a trip with two small kids. A reasonable price too.

The hotel staff was very nice. Very surprised with the breakfast bar - terrific. Rooms were nice and maintained. Cleaning staff were very nice! Walls were a little thin. Plan on staying there again next year.

For a hotel that had 2 1/2 stars, I was glad it was clean and suitable. My only complaint would have been that we were put in an "adjoining" room and the occupant of the room next door was watching t.v. very loudly. Probably more prominent because of the connecting door. The floors are so thin above your room!!! I was unable to sleep due to the excessive noise I heard above my head from 12:00 am - 2:30am. My room was fairly clean and comfort. There was very little employee presence at the desk or around the hotel. There was no security (anyone can walk off the street and come into this hotel). I was very uncomfortable […] after being stared at by male guests and traveling alone. The employee could provide better service. I was not asked about my stay or any concerns when checking out. When I called to complain about the loud noise above my head - the employee sound annoyed acting as if I awoke him from sleep. The cleaning staff left my door unlocked while I attended a training. When we first checked in to our room, we were given a room that had not been cleaned. When we got back to the front desk though, we were promptly given a cleaned room, and had no other issues for the rest of the stay. It may have been the best continental breakfast I've ever had, boasting a waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, eggs, and all of the usual […] cereals, fruit, yogurt, breads, muffins, and pastries. We arrived at the hotel to find hotels.com didn't make the reservation with our hotel even though we were charged on our credit card. We made another reservation and the hotel agreed to give us a room and get the confirmation later. It never came even though hotels dot com charged us again on our credit card. Recently I had an extended stay at this hotel, nine days and the sheets were never changed!! Housekeeping routinely cleaned the room at 6:00PM (makes getting ready to go out to dinner a little dicey as you never know when there will be a knock at the door). Sometimes I had coffee sometimes I didn't. Sometimes the trash was emptied sometimes not. The […] only times I saw anyone at the desk was at check in and check out other than that there was never anyone at the desk to contact about anything. This hotel was perfect for the purpose of our trip. There were fast food places and stores within walking distance. The only bad thing I can even think of is the pillows. They were not the most comfortable. Lost their shape quickly and it felt like I had no pillow at all. Other than that. It was a great room at a great price!!

Very nice for the money. 2 thumbs up from me!! I was in town for an event at the Indiana State Fairgrounds and this place worked out great. Nice neighborhood, shopping and restaurants all around. You cannot go wrong with this Comfort Inn location.

This place looked brand new to me. Very clean. Great room. I got what I expected out of the price. I thought the bed was hard, but all beds are hard in hotels of this range. This was close to where I was going. I have stayed at 4 hotels in this area and I have finally found one that I will be going back to. This place was great for the money.

Clean, well maintained. Not in the most convenient location, but only 5-7 minutes from I-465.

Hotel staff extremely helpful in resolving a rate issue surrounding the Super Bowl weekend. Could not have been more accomadating. Neighborhood ok with many conveniences nearby but the liquor store adjacent to property had some scary customers hanging around.

The desk clerk at check in was just disinterested. I had to initial the conversation. The security door to the outside of the building was keep slightly ajar by a rock. I kept moving the rock for the security. Then I find out the key card doesn't work. Not a comforting feeling. The indoor pool was like ice.

Arrived at the hotel at about 10:30pm. We needed to get up at 5:00am the next morning for a cheerleading competition so we had it in our mind that we would jump into bed as soon as we got in our room. As soon as we entered our room a wall of cold are hit us. The furnace had been turned off and temperature the last couple of days had been in the teens. […] It took 1 to 1 1/2 hours for the room to warm up to a comfortable level in the mean time we prepared for bed. I pulled the cover back on one of the beads and it was obvious they had not been changed. The bed had actually been made too. There was hair and a mystery spot in the middle of the bed. Use your imaginaton. The front desk offered to switch rooms but we had already settled into the room. Once we got the sheets changed we had a good nights sleep and good quick breakfast in the morning. The hotel offered us a $30 gift card for the trouble we went through, which i thing was reasonable. Great Location for a person traveling through Indianapolis! The staff were very accomodating and the room very clean.

I got in late and just wanted to pass out in a comfy bed. However, I was sent to three unacceptable rooms before I finally got a decent one. The first two rooms were not cleaned (beds unmaid, etc.) and the third was filled with cigarette smoke (despite being a non-smoking hotel). I felt bad for the conscierge- appartenly he had just started his shift […] and the person before him had not updated the room cleaning reports in the computer. He was kind, apologetic, and did everything he could to remedy the situation, inclluding giving me free room upgrade and walking me personally to the room to check it out. I was not disappointed with his service, but with the lack of organization of the hotel, which was reflected in an unsmooth check-in process. Läs mer

We had to go through three rooms before we found one that was made up. Unhappy! Unacceptable! Unpleased!

The hotel was very clean and pretty nice. The front desk staff was very helpful. The pool was very clean but just a couple degrees colder than we would have liked. The breakfast was pretty good, other than cold coffee one day and burnt scrambled eggs all days. The blueberry muffins are very good and you can make you own waffles! The room was very […] clean other than the coffee pot in the room, which had a piece of lettuce or something dried in it (no idea how because they don't even have lettuce at breakfast!). The rooms took rather long to clean in the late morning/afternoon, and we had to wait awhile to get back in after swimming in the pool. There's lots of restaurants in walking distance (Applebee's, Bob Evans, BW3's, Marco's Pizza, etc). If you are passing through town and are looking for a comfy bed, nice breakfast, and maybe a quick dip, this is the place to go. It's 10 minutes from 465, and traffic isn't too bad as long as you don't jump in during rush hour! May stay here again for a few days as another in-city getaway. Läs mer

The room itself was ok, the breakfast area was dirty and poorly stocked. Granted we went down at 930 and they stopped serving at 1000, but there is no excuse for the condition of the dining area

This hotel suited us fine for 2 nites for a function in Indy. Other than young soccer teams staying the weekend and being rowdy at night in the halls, I think this hotel would have been quiet for the nights.

Security - One vehicle in parking lot had all 4 tires slashed and driver side door keyed with "Busted" Another vehicle had one flattened tire Side door would not operate with key card. Key cards were only set for one night ( we stayed 2). Since Elevator went out of order Saturday morning we had to walk back down and up to get our cards redone at the […] front desk. Nice motel for what we paid. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, well lit parking. The breakfast was very adequate and tasty.

Being on a business trip, I wanted something quiet with easy access to basic restaurants. This was perfect

This hotel was very nice, not fancy, but very nice. The area had an ice storm recently and the parking lot was horrible. Our car was sliding while we were in park. Even the sidewalks were not cleaned off. BUT the stay was pleasant and we experienced no problems other than the parking lot. Hotel was busy and breakfast area is small.

This hotel is fairly new (3-4 years old maybe), staff was very nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. They lost power one night for about 45-60 minutes but it was the entire block, not just the hotel. Staff reassured guests that issue was being resolved. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by. The hotel was conveniently located close to resturaunts, gas stations, and shopping. The bed was not very comfortable and walls were not as sound proof as most hotels. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a budget hotel with moderate expectations.

Other than the room door that had to be pushed shut, it was great!

Enjoyed our stay. Price was reasonable, enjoyed the suite aspect of the room with bedroom seperated from sitting area. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
